The Firing of Bureaucrats Begins: Accountability in Federal Agencies
The Trump administration has begun to clear out the rot within our federal departments and agencies, especially within the DOJ and the FBI as they have weaponized the government over the last few years.
So far a few dozen bureaucrats in the DOJ and the FBI have received their pink slips, including David Sundberg, the Assistant Director in Charge of the Washington field office, and seven other senior executives within the FBI. Those involved in the Mar-A-Lago raid were fired. Special agents in charge of local field offices, agents that worked on Jack Smith’s special counsel probe of the president, and prosecutors involved in the January 6th case.
Democrats are already crying ‘purge,’ claiming Trump just wants to install loyalists. Senator Adam Schiff, how this imbecile was elected to be a Senator is mind-boggling, but he labeled it a Friday night massacre.
They are saying that President Trump is firing these people so he can install loyalists into these positions.
But here’s the thing, this is not about Republicans or Democrats. This is not about loyalty to a single person. This is about whether those that have weaponized our government against the American people should be allowed to continue wielding unchecked power.
For years, bureaucrats within the DOJ and FBI have operated with impunity. They have used their positions not to enforce the law impartially but to target political opponents, suppress dissent, and shield their allies from scrutiny, and there is a ton of evidence to support this.
When we look at targeting political opponents, look at what they did to President Trump. Look at the raid on Roger Stone, or how Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro were hit with contempt of Congress citations and had to do prison time, and people like Eric Holder and Lois Lerner faced no consequences for defying Congress. Which proved that sometimes justice in America is based on political affiliation rather than the rule of law.
What about suppressing dissent? Tons of evidence to show how many of these bureaucrats used their power to censor Americans and instill fear. Look at the massive censorship efforts to silence Americans. Look at how they targeted parents attending school board meetings or labeled Catholics domestic violent extremists because they believe in two genders and may be pro-life. Look at how they raided the homes and threw pro-life protestors in prison for years. Meanwhile, we have seen a massive increase in attacks on churches over the last couple of years, especially arson, and there have been very few arrests. This is what a weaponized government looks like.
Then there are the shielding allies from scrutiny. Does anyone remember Hillary Clinton’s private server or the fact that Clinton operatives colluded with the FBI and other intel agencies to push the Steele dossier and the whole Russian collusion narrative? What about the 51 intel officials that deemed Hunter Biden’s laptop as Russian disinformation even though they knew damn well that the laptop was authentic and had nothing to do with Russia.
I could provide more examples, but I’m sure you get the point. I back my arguments with evidence and that’s why I say these aren’t bureaucrats. They aren’t public servants. They’re partisan enforcers wielding federal power to crush opposition.
The firings aren’t about installing “loyalist.” It’s an attempt to restore integrity into institutions that have been hijacked by partisans who see themselves as rulers, as the guardians of what they deem “democracy,” rather than public servants.
The real question isn’t why these individuals are being removed. The real question is why they were ever allowed to abuse their power in the first place.
If the media and Democrats were truly concerned about justice, they would have been outraged when these same agencies engaged in blatant political interference, from Crossfire Hurricane to the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story.
The reality is that the only people mourning these departures are those who benefited from a system where justice was applied based on political affiliation. The American people deserve agencies that serve the country, not a political agenda. That’s what this is about. It’s about accountability and transparency, which are necessary to restore faith in institutions that have long abandoned their duty and made a mockery of our Constitution.
But let’s be clear, firing a few bad actors isn’t enough to end a weaponized government. The problem isn’t just the individuals. It’s the system that enabled them. And at the heart of that system is Biden’s National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism. This was a policy designed to target dissent. If we’re serious about restoring justice, that strategy must go.
I have focused on the National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism when it was first released in June 2021, and warned that this will be a major catalyst for even greater weaponization of the system.
President Trump to stop a weaponized government, he needs to rescind the National Strategy immediately, and that’s what I want to focus on for this episode. It’s a lot to pack in, but I will get to it all so hang tight and we’ll be right back.

Biden’s National Strategy: A Catalyst for a Weaponized Government
Welcome back to The P.A.S. Report Podcast. Building on what I discussed in the last segment, while terminating federal employees who have weaponized the system is a good start, the real problem is the system that enabled them and tolerated this for so long.
One aspect to that is the Biden administration’s National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism that they issued in June 2021. To be fair, the National Strategy isn’t the only catalyst for the abuses, but there is little doubt that the National Strategy institutionalized the weaponization of government and was part of the foundation for the abuses.
We also have to be aware that bureaucrats were laying these foundations long before President Biden because we have morphed into a system where bureaucrats believe they have far more power than they really do and we can thank Congress who has long abdicated its Constitutional duty of oversight, and Chief Executives that have too often deferred to the bureaucracy rather than serve as the Chief Executive Officer’s they are.
Understand, the real purpose of the National Strategy isn’t about stopping terrorism. It’s about empowering the government to expand its federal powers and silence dissent.
The National Strategy was deliberately vague to grant agencies broad authority to monitor, investigate, and suppress political opposition under the pretense of stopping “domestic extremism.”
For example, consider how the National Strategy defines those who engage in anti-government/anti-authority sentiments as potential Domestic Violent Extremists (DVEs), and yet, they never really define what constitutes anti-government/anti-authority sentiment.
Does anti-government mean that if someone even expresses the slightest criticism of the government or its policies, they can be labeled as anti-government? That’s more reminiscent of how they govern in North Korea, not the United States. I am someone who advocates for small-limited government, should I be deemed as an anti-government extremists even though this is what our entire founding is based on?
I constantly criticizing the government. I constantly tell people to question the government and its policies even if they agree with those policies and those in power. I’m constantly reminding people to be skeptical of government. That’s my job. In fact, it’s our civic obligation to be critical of the government. Am I classified as a potential domestic terrorist because I dare to ask questions?
When it comes to anti-authority sentiment, what does that even mean? So, if you are someone who believes the government exceeded their authority will you now be classified as a domestic terrorist because this criticism is deemed anti-authority?
On page 8, the National Strategy states that anti-government and anti-authority sentiment is based on perceived overreach. Using the word perceived was carefully placed here. Who gets to decide whether the overreach is perceived?
Basically, if you say the government is overreaching, as I have done many times throughout the coronavirus. If you say the government is abusing its power, that’s your perception and it is not allowed.
Apparently, the same government that you are accusing of overreach is the one who will determine whether they are overreaching or not. Think about that for a minute.
On page 9 of the National Strategy, we begin to see that it’s not only about those who commit or plan to commit acts of violence, it also talks about those who, “incite imminent violence – in opposition to legislative, regulatory, or other actions taken by the government.”
Again, they never define what incitement is. It’s overly broad, but on page 10, we begin to get a clear picture of the intent of the National Strategy. The documents states that people are radicalized by what they see and hear.
The document argues that those putting out content may not be engaging in direct attacks on the United States, but they may be guilty of incitement.
Well, if someone gets “radicalized” by something you post, you may run the risk of being tagged with incitement. And I want everyone to see how this isn’t exclusive to one political party over another.
Let’s say you believe in man-made climate change, and you constantly post information that the government is destroying the environment and not doing enough to fight the effects of climate change. Someone follows your feed. They get angrier and angrier with every social media post you put out there, and then that person goes out and commits an act of ecoterrorism. Are you now considered a domestic terrorist?
Well, we have the evidence and you don’t have to look far to see how bureaucrats framed ordinary Americans – parents at school board meetings, pro-lifers, traditional Catholics, and even critics of COVID policies – as domestic threats.
Parents attending school board meetings were maligned as domestic terrorists after Merrick Garland’s DOJ coordinated with the National School Boards Association.
You had the Richmond product where the FBI labeled traditional Catholics as “radical extremists,” and called for the infiltration of Catholic Churches all because traditional Catholics go against leftwing orthodoxy as they are pro-life and believe there are only two genders. How dare they. Even worse, this wasn’t based on the FBI’s intelligence, it was based on analysis provided by the radical left Southern Poverty Law Center.
We have seen pro-life activists getting SWAT-style raids for protesting abortion. Meanwhile attacks on churches and pregnancy centers went largely ignored.
And obviously, we saw the build out of a massive censorship industrial complex exposed in the Twitter Files, Missouri v. Biden, and tons of other documents.
The truth is the National Strategy was nothing more than a way to provide cover to bureaucrats and the government to target Americans. It demonstrates a bureaucracy that’s out of control, which is why rescinding the National Strategy is only the beginning of dismantling the administrative state where we have witnessed bureaucratic overreach that has eroded our civil liberties. It is why we have to restore accountability and ensure the government, and those who work for the government, uphold the Constitution rather than circumvent it. More on that when we get back from this quick break.

Dismantling the Administrative State
Welcome Back to The P.A.S. Report Podcast. In the last segment, we exposed how the National Strategy turned federal agencies against the American people—using counterterrorism tools to silence political speech.
It turned intelligence gathering inward and used counterterrorism tools not against actual terrorists, but against the American people, especially those who hold traditional or conservative views.
This is why simply firing a few bad actors isn’t enough. You have to understand, President Trump can fire all these individuals, but what happens in 4, 8, or 12 years? President Trump has 4 years left, and depending on how his administration does, then you have the potential for maybe a Vance administration, but that is far from certain at this point. More importantly, sooner or later another administration will come in, and can easily undo what was done under the Trump administration. They can return to the mindset where ideology is the driving force within the bureaucracy, and they can hire ideological zealots that immediately return to a weaponized government.
We need real reforms that dismantle the abusive system and prevent it from returning in future administrations. We have to dismantle the corrupt networks within the bureaucracy that have been operating with impunity for decades.
We need a full-scale investigation into how the National Strategy was used. Every department that implemented the National Strategy, from the DOJ, FBI, and DHS to the intelligence community to federal grant programs where tax dollars were used to build out the censorship apparatus, must be forced to turn over every document, memo, and email showing how they implemented the National Strategy.
Every bureaucrat that used the National Strategy to target Americans based on politics, rather than illegalities, needs to be exposed and banned from ever working for the federal government. Not only that, many will try go into the private sector including the tech sector, corporate boards, and academia. Those that violated the public trust should be banned from ever holding a security clearance. They must face consequences as a reminder to every bureaucrat that they exist to serve the public, not to target, silence, and censor them.
We also need to rein in the FBI’s intel and domestic surveillance apparatus. The intel component from the FBI should be completely eliminated, and the FBI should return to its functions pre-9/11. The counterterrorism division must be stripped of its ability to investigate political speech as the FBI has proven, through its own actions, that they cannot be trusted with this level of power.
The DOJ must rid itself of political activists masquerading as prosecutors. If a government prosecutor cannot uphold fidelity to the law, they have no place in public service.
DHS needs a complete top to bottom overhaul, and we need to seriously reconsider the role of DHS, particularly CISA. CISA has shown blatant disregard for the Constitution with their attempt to control information under the guise of Critical Infrastructure Protection and determine what Americans can see, hear, and ultimately, think.
Congress already has the weaponization committee up and running, but enough with the public spectacles. We need action. They need to subpoena and get the testimony of everyone involved. They need to issue criminal referrals for any bureaucrat that broke the law, and Congress must pass laws to prevent future weaponizations.
We cannot just leave this to the Trump administration and executive action. Congress must pass legislation that ensures no administration, Republican or Democrat, can weaponize the government again.
They need to strip federal agencies of their ability to spy on Americans, tighten laws, especially when it comes to government collusion with Big Tech, and create real consequences for those who abuse power.
If Congress doesn’t act, it will only be a matter of time before another administration picks up where the Biden administration and the deep state left off.
This is bigger than Trump, Biden, or any political party. It’s about whether America remains a constitutional republic that values liberty or we descend into a permanent surveillance state and turn Orwell’s 1984 dystopia into a reality through a weaponized government. I’ll break it all down after this quick break.

Call to Action: Restoring Accountability and Liberty
Welcome back to The P.A.S. Report Podcast. As I stated, we need real reforms because if we don’t reform the system, we will continue to be held hostage by unelected bureaucrats dictating policy, and in the process, crush opposition.
Dismantling the administrative state is the real battle, and it’s one we need to take seriously. This means we need to call on President Trump and his administration to immediately rescind the National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism.
And for all those on the left who may be listening to this program, you should support this because if the National Strategy is not rescinded, how would you feel if the Trump administration simply revises it and starts using leftwing policies as examples of anti-government/anti-authority sentiment?
Imagine if the Trump administration declared that those who promote illegal immigration are engaging in ‘anti-authority sentiment’ and could be classified as potential domestic violent extremists.
I’m sure if you’re on the left, you wouldn’t like that. And nor would I. Because this isn’t about which party holds power at the moment. It’s about limiting the government’s ability to trample on constitutional rights, no matter who is in charge. No more weaponized government.
Imagine an America where we returned to our roots and our government serves the people, not the other way around. And when I say serves the people, we are not talking about giving people stuff. We are talking about promoting opportunities to give every American a chance to succeed.
Imagine an America where law enforcement actually focuses on criminals, not political opponents. An America where the intelligence community stops spying on Americans and focuses on the foreign threats we face. In an America where justice is applied equally and we don’t have a two-tiered system that seeks to punish one side while protecting the other. An America, where Congress actually holds bureaucrats and government agencies accountable instead of allowing them to operate as a shadow government.
That’s what this is about. It’s not about Trump vs. Biden or Republicans vs. Democrats—it’s about whether we are going to allow an unelected, unaccountable bureaucracy to rule over us, or if we are going to restore a government that works for the people, not a government weaponized against the people.
And you all have a voice. Use it and make your voice heard. Pressure members of Congress and demand they use their powers of oversight. Lobby them to implement legislative reforms to prevent weaponization from ever happening again.
Call for transparency and the release of government documents as we need to push for the full exposure of how the government was weaponized and how it has abused its power.
Stay informed and don’t rely on the legacy media to tell you what’s happening. Think for yourself. Seek out primary sources. Listen, when it comes to the National Strategy, don’t take my word for it. It’s a 31-page document. Read it for yourself and you can come to your own conclusion.
This is about the survival of our rights. Our liberty and the freedom to exercise that liberty.
If we continue to allow the bureaucracy to consolidate power, we will reach a point of bureaucratic tyranny, and some of you may support that if your party is in power, but what happens if it’s the opposing party?
Bureaucrats shouldn’t wield more power than elected representatives, and if the real power lies with an unelected ruling class, then its game over.
This isn’t their country. It’s ours. Never forget that.
