According to a newly released Department of Justice memo, Attorney General Merrick Garland, the domestic terrorist label can be applied to ordinary Americans who speak out against local school boards. While this memo may be shocking to some, this was largely predictable as America continues to become more authoritarian. In June, Professor Giordano warned about the Biden administrationâs National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism, and itâs clear, the National Strategy is fully operational as the government is increasingly targeting those who express any form of dissent by labeling them as a domestic terrorist.

Intro
Welcome everyone to The P.A.S. Report Podcast.
This is going to be a great episode. I have two things I want to talk about, and both tie in with one another. First, as a Professor, itâs my job to provide grades and critiques. Today, Iâm going to do just that and issue a report card on how the current administration is doing. Iâll give you a hint- it ainât pretty, but it was largely predictable. Unfortunately, too many were blind to see the writing on the wall, and they voted for personality over policy.
So, with that in mind, Iâll run through the issues, give my grade, and explain my reasoning. Now, it is important for everyone to realize that I do have my biases. Iâll openly admit that. Itâs not a secret that I donât support this administration or its policies. However, keep in mind, when I provide the grades, I am being objective. Itâs not my fault the administration doesnât do well.
And this will lead me into the more important topic where the administration is openly declaring any parent who speaks out as having the potential to be a domestic terrorist. See, I warned about the National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism, and we are now seeing it in operation.
Iâm going to explain what this administration is doing, and why itâs so dangerous. Iâm also going to point out how this is right out of the Alinsky playbook, and more importantly, Iâll show how the bureaucracy is thoroughly corrupt, including the Attorney General of the United States who needs to be investigated for his actions.

The Presidentâs Report Card
This administration is a disaster. There really is no other way to explain it. When you look at everything thatâs going on, they literally get an F on every issue.
When it comes to foreign policy, F. Between the disaster of the withdrawal in Afghanistan. Chinaâs increasing aggression. Empowering Russia in the oil and gas industry, alienating our allies, and so many other failures.
When it comes to immigration, F. They have lost all control of the border. We are seeing record levels of people crossing the border and itâs estimated to be over 2-million by the end of the year, and thatâs just those we know about coming across. Imagine all those that have gotten into the United States undetected? And as we have a new caravan of nearly 80,000 people making their way up to the United States, whatâs our border czar, the Vice President, doing? Sheâs visiting vaccination sites in New Jersey.
When it comes to the economy, itâs another F. Inflation is through the roof, and itâs now estimated that the average household is spending $175 more per month on food and gas. (Fox Business) Itâs obvious that inflation really hurts those on the lower socio-economic scale and the middle class the most. It also means that the extra $175 families spend is not going to other parts of the economy. Many families have to make tough decisions and have begun to cut back which is only going to hurt other sectors of the economy that were already struggling. You may not take the kids to the movies or go out to dinner. Many may not be able to take a vacation or do other things they had planned.
And with all the shortages, inflation is only expected to increase, and this holiday season, many Americans may be in for a rude awakening as the supply chain issues show no signs of ending anytime too soon.
And now weâre witnessing a worldwide energy crunch thatâs sure to make gas prices increase. Even worse, is we are heading into the winter season, and so many families will be paying a lot more to heat their homes.
Then we get a disastrous jobs report that even MSNBC and CNN couldnât spin. In fact, a CNBC anchor was brutally honest when the report was read live on air and said, âWhoa, that is real low.â Hereâs how bad the jobs report was. Analysts were expecting 500,000 new jobs created, but only 194,000 jobs were created. (Fox Business)
The President comes out and says that the economy is making a significant improvement. Heâs living in a parallel universe. I understand spin, but there is no way to spin this disaster of a jobs report. Remember, this is the President that constantly says heâll always give it to you straight. Instead, he constantly lies. It would be nice if the media industrial complex actually called him out on the lies.
When it comes to energy, the Presidentâs policies get an F. This ties in with inflation to a degree, and foreign policy. Remember, when President Biden came into office, he immediately sabotaged Americaâs energy independence. Over the course of four years with President Trump, for the first time, we were no longer dependent on other nations to provide us with oil. In fact, for the first time, we became an oil exporter.
As soon as at the beginning of the Biden administration, he canceled the Keystone Pipeline project on his first day in office. As if that was that wasnât dumb enough, the administration then canceled dozens of oil drilling permits. (Bloomberg)
Take crime, and this is another area where President Biden gets an F. Now I usually donât apply crime statistics to the President because the fact is crime is mostly a state and local function, and it reflects on the failures of the local leaders.
However, this is the party that has completely maligned the police. Itâs the party that pushed bail reform. His own Vice President called for contributions to a bail fund for all those peaceful protestors who were arrested for assault, looting, and arson. And this is the party that has made the defunding of police a central part of its party platform. The President is the leader of the Democrat party, and considering crime is surging in all Democrat-run cities, he needs to show leadership and take the Democrat mayors to task.
Finally, take the coronavirus. Itâs probably the main reason people voted for him. Many thought that President Biden would do a better job managing the coronavirus, and so howâs it going? This is another area where President Biden gets an F. Despite the fact we have a vaccine, more people have died this year than last year. (Forbes) Most of these idiots still havenât realized that masks donât work, and what they did overall, has been a disaster.
I challenge anyone to show me one area where the United States is better off today than it was a year ago or at any point over the last 5-years.

Priorities are Backwards
You would think with all those failures that the administration would reprioritize whatâs important. You would think they would recalibrate, but they are tone-deaf Talk about incompetence, but I donât want to minimize it by saying theyâre incompetent. Some in the administration are just plain nefarious.
This amorphous idea of domestic terrorism, which they still havenât defined, combined with the woke agenda, is a dangerous combination that serves no good purpose whatsoever. But understand, they donât define what constitutes domestic terrorism or what makes someone a domestic terrorist for a reason. Itâs because they plan to use it to target any opposition to their agenda.
This really is extraordinary. The entire Biden presidency is collapsing, but they would rather define you and I as a domestic terrorist rather than tackle the real issues hurting American families. They would rather continue to push a woke agenda in an effort to foster division within the United States, particularly among different racial groups. They would rather demonize and target those who donât want the vaccine and turn the vaccinated against the unvaccinated. They would rather push a leftist agenda inching us closer and closer to a socialist country.
And thatâs the bizarre thing. Whoever is advising the Democrats is doing a terrible job. Consider that in 2018, the Democrats won back the House with moderates. Now once those Congressmembers were sworn into office, they voted with Speaker Pelosi, and the radical left nearly 100% of the time. But it was the message of working with the other side and negotiating that got them elected in the first place.
But the Democrats moved further to the left which was bizarre. You have radicals like Congresswomen Ocasio Cortez and Ilhan Omar that essentially hijacked the party.
Yet, it gets even more bizarre. In 2020, the Democrat primaries kick-off, then-candidate Biden appeared to be on the ropes. He had poor showings in Iowa and New Hampshire. The party bosses were in a panic because it looked like Bernie Sanders was going to continue to gain momentum and had the potential to take the nomination.
Then Biden wins South Carolina, reinvigorating his campaign. Biden and his handlers positioned him as a moderate with a half-century of experience and someone who would be able to unite America. He ultimately defeats Bernie Sanders, and thatâs what makes it so weird.
It was clear that Democrat voters rejected the radical left. They rejected Sanders.
2020 then became more challenging. You had the coronavirus. Then the death of George Floyd sparked massive protests. Unfortunately, groups like BLM, the Democrat Socialists of America, By Any Means Necessary, and others, took over the protests, and many of the protests became violent. Destroying property, burning buildings, looting, committing assault.
Thatâs what led to the whole defund the police movement, of course hurting the most vulnerable communities, and thatâs the intent, but getting back to my point.
While Biden may have won the presidency, the Democrats got demolished in the House. They went from a 38-seat majority to a 5-seat majority. Again, this shows the thorough rejection of the leftist ideology. You would think that with the losses sustained in the House, and Biden winning the presidency by saying he would be moderate, that the Democrats would have learned a lesson. That most Americans, including Democrats, repudiate the far-left.
Instead, you would think that Bernie Sanders won the presidency, and Congresswoman AOC was the Speaker of the House.

Targeting Political Opponents
This is what everyone out there needs to realize. Time and time again, the people thoroughly reject leftist ideology, and the left realizes this. Itâs why theyâre desperate. Itâs why they trying to shove this woke agenda down peopleâs throats particularly in grades K-12. The idea is to indoctrinate entire generations of youth so that theyâll grow up to be good little socialists.
Since the far-left controls the administration, they are well aware that their time is limited so they are rushing to push through extremely radical policies in order to keep their hold on power. Itâs why they have developed a targeted campaign that seeks to label their political opponents as domestic terrorists. Unfortunately, this has been weaponized at the highest levels of government, and we continue to see the Department of Justice attempting to criminalize intent.
Ask yourself, are you a domestic terrorist? Because this administration seems to think so. Using the highest levels of law enforcement, most notably the FBI, this administration seeks to investigate parents who disrupt public school board hearings.
See you thought that public school meetings were a place where parents can voice concerns and opposition to whatâs being taught to your children. You didnât realize that was a mirage. See, the school boards didnât care when a handful of parents would show up, but now that parents are actively engaged in their childâs education, the ruling elites are unhappy, and so they enlisted the help of the Department of Justice to shut these parents down.
I find it really interesting how on September 30th, the National School Boards Association (NSBA) issued a letter to the Biden administration specifically requesting that the Department of Justice, the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Secret Service to use the National Threat Assessment Center to target any parent that threatens or intimidates local school boards.
Iâll get into the language in a minute, but to sum up the letter, the National School Boards Association wants to unleash the massive power of our federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies to target parents who express outrage at what their child is learning, particularly CRT, and other things like mask mandates. Literally 4 days later, on October 4th, Attorney General Merrick Garland did exactly that, issuing a Department of Justice memo announcing that the massive powers of the federal government will now be prioritized and focus on the disruptions seen at school boards throughout the country.
The federal apparatus, including the FBI, the DOJ, and each United States Attorney, will work with local school boards local law enforcement agencies to develop a process for âthreat reporting, assessment, and responseâ when it comes to âviolence, threats of violence and other forms of intimidation and harassment.â
FBI Doesnât Track Antifa
Here is the amazing part, while the Merrick Garland Justice Department wants to declare parentsâ domestic terrorists, when it comes to groups like Antifa, well, Iâll let you take a listen. This is a sound clip of a hearing that took place in the House of representatives. The hearing was on September 29th, and the title of the hearing was “Confronting Violent White Supremacy (Part VI): Examining the Biden Administrationâs Counterterrorism Strategy.”

So according to the FBI Assistant Director of Counterterrorism, and the FBI Director, Christopher Wray, Antifa is a movement, not a group, and therefore, they donât track Antifa violence.
Taking it a step further, since Antifa is not categorized as a group, they donât have specific numbers on arrests. He could only say what the total number of arrests over the last two years for anti-government and anti-authority activities, and that number amounts to 75 total arrests.
Understand that the whopping 75 total arrests include people from the right and the left. I want you to think back to last summer. Think back to the images that were plastered on TV where thousands were destroying property, ripping down government statues, damaging government buildings, committing assault, and in some cases like Portland, we continue to see these activities to this day.
But Antifa is just a movement, so the FBI doesnât track them. But you parents out there, you represent the real threat. Youâre the real domestic terrorists. How dare you express outrage towards school boards. How dare you express outrage that your children have to be masked for 6-8 hours a day. How dare you disagree with the authoritarian decrees by petty tyrants like Empress Hochul. How dare you reject your children being indoctrinated with CRT and DIE ideology.
According to the Attorney General, youâre the real threat. Not the people and the groups who are actually going out there committing real acts of violence. Itâs those damn angry parents, or according to the DOJ and the school boards, the angry mobs. Theyâre the menacing ones.
The double standard doesnât just exist when it comes to how ordinary American parents are treated vs. groups like Antifa. Just look at whatâs happening to Senatorâs Manchin and Sinema who are constantly being targeted by far-left Soros funded groups.
You have people showing up at Senator Manchinâs home, and you have far-left activists following Senator Sinema into the bathroom, targeting her on planes, and they announced they will keep hounding her until she commits to supporting the $3.5-trillion monstrosity of a social welfare bill.
They can scream and shout at her in a bathroom, or target Senator Manchin at his home, yet you never hear that labeled harassment or intimidation by the media. You never hear about how that can incite others. And itâs amazing that not only do these far-left activists never get called out, but you have the press defend these activists. People like Ana Navarro say well itâs okay because there were no threats. These are just engaged and animated voters who are participating in social protests, but according to these same people, you are the domestic terrorist.

What Are These Threats of Violence to School Boards?
As I said last week, threats of violence and violence itself are unacceptable. Anyone who engages in violence deserves to be prosecuted, and I have no tolerance for morons. The fact is that those who engage in violence just set us back and discredit all those who have legitimate grievances.
Now with that being said, isnât important to ask what prompted the National School Boards Association to make this request to the Biden administration, and what prompted the Attorney General to issue the memo?
You would think this would be an important question the press should actually ask. Itâs pretty important to look at the evidence or incidents that triggered this dangerous power grab.
Well, hereâs the thing, the DOJ didnât provide a single example to justify this move. According to the National School Boards Association letter, which I link to in the show notes so go to https://pasreport.com to read the letter yourselves, they say they provide â20 instances of threats, harassment, disruption, and acts of intimidation.â (NSBA Letter to President Biden)
Now, notice the language. They didnât say incidents of violence. Instead, they use vague terminology. I read this letter several times and looked at their examples. Itâs garbage. Like everything else, itâs a bunch of BS. What they are mad about is that parents are questioning their policies and their authority.
These public servants have forgotten that they work for us. We are their employers, and we have every right to express our dissatisfaction.
The National School Boards Association Letter to the President
The letter starts off talking about how âlocal school boards want to hear from their communities on important issues.â
By the second paragraph, you see what itâs all about. The letter states, âCoupled with attacks against school board members and educators for approving policies for masks to protect the health and safety of students and school employees.â That statement right there speaks volumes and tells you what itâs all about. The school board considers any criticism of tyrannical policies like masks to be an attack. Youâre not allowed to question policies. Questioning policies can now be considered an attack and could get you labeled as a domestic terrorist.
It goes on to say, âmany public school officials are also facing physical threats because of propaganda purporting the false inclusion of critical race theory within classroom instruction and curricula. This propaganda continues despite the fact that critical race theory is not taught in public schools and remains a complex law school and graduate school subject well beyond the scope of a K-12 class.â
This is nothing more than a complete lie and it shows how demented these people really are. One day they say CRT is not being taught. The next day theyâll say anyone who criticizes CRT being taught in the classroom is a racist. Also, as Iâve told the audience before CRT goes by many different names, including Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity, anti or implicit bias, restorative justice, and others.
It literally takes two seconds to do research to know that this is a lie. I did a quick Google search for New York State and quickly found a memo from the Board of Regents, which is responsible for the supervision of all public schools and directs curriculum changes.
This is their own language, not mine. The memo discusses building out a diversity, inclusion, and equity framework for all public schools throughout New York State. Page 3 tells you all you need to know where it says that a confluence of events brought us to this point of reckoning including, âThe senseless, brutal killing of Black and Brown men and women at the hands of
law enforcement â and the ensuing demands for real and enduring racial justice in the face of this inhumanity.â (NYS Board of Regents) Now is that what you want your children to be taught?
Letâs get back to the letter that prompted the DOJ memo. If you go to page 2, it explicitly states that what school boards have witnessed over the last few months can be âthe equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes.â This is how demented they are. And since when did we allow the National School Boards Association to define what constitutes terrorism? Even worse is that the NSBA actually wants the federal government to see if they may be able to use the PATRIOT Act to target parents. Remember when we were told that the PATRIOT Act was to target al-Qaeda? Well, like everything else, they are now trying to use it against ordinary citizens. Actually, theyâve been doing that for a while, but never on a scale like this, and especially not for local school board meetings.
Now 90% of the over 20 examples given were about disruption. Parents are mad, expressed their anger, and the school boards didnât want to hear the parents, so they just ended the meeting. The fact is we pay for these meetings, and we have a right to express our outrage. From all the examples they provided, I can see one case of a physical altercation, and two cases of actual threats.
We Have Constitutional Rights
The ruling class elitists no longer want you to express your Constitutional right to speak freely, to peaceably assemble, to petition the government for a redress of grievances. Instead, you must shut up and obey. Disobedience will not be tolerated. You must speak nicely to your masters in a tone that they deem acceptable.
Consider the DOJ memo. In the first paragraph it says, âWhile spirited debate about policy matters is protected under the Constitution, that protection does not extend to threats of violence or efforts to intimidate individuals based on their views.â (Department of Justice) There are two keywords in that sentence. The first is spirited. Just do a thesaurus search when it comes to the word spirited, and youâll see forceful, feisty, vigorous, energetic, and other words. Spirited debate doesnât mean we quietly whisper our thoughts on issues.
Itâs ironic how the same idiots that are saying you canât yell at a school board meeting are the same ones who justified the destruction of urban areas for months. Remember, the fiery but peaceful protests?
Yet, if you shout at a school board, you represent an existential threat to the Democratic process. Youâre such a threat that you will be designated as a domestic terrorist.
The second word that should raise eyebrows is “intimidate.” Anything can be considered intimidation at this point and therefore get you the domestic terrorist label. Remember, to these people, words are an act of violence.
However, understand, this DOJ memo is a direct result of the National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism. These documents have become vaguer and vaguer by design in order to cast a wider net on who can be considered a domestic terrorist. Itâs also designed to get people to think twice before they speak out against those who are actually supposed to be serving us.
Again, we see the irony. These documents are intended to intimidate people into silence. How many will now censor themselves out of fear that if they speak at a school board, they may be investigated by the FBI?
Letâs be honest, if there are real specific threats of violence against school boards, thatâs what local police and authorities are for, and they are plenty capable of investigating, arresting, and prosecuting any individual engaged in these activities. Itâs not a federal responsibility, but there are many in the government who want a federal police force that can do the far-lefts bidding.
Itâs Not Only About Speech
And thatâs more to the point. While they want to control speech and dissent, they also want total control. Just ask yourself why the government would want access to peopleâs bank accounts to examine every transaction of $600 or more? Is it really to target those trying to dodge taxes or is it about more control? And even more important, arenât you concerned that the government wants to see these transactions without any evidence that a crime was committed?
The Biden administration, under the guise of countering domestic terrorism, is completely altering the concept of burden of proof and innocent until proven guilty. The burden of proof no longer falls on the government, it falls on you. Essentially, you must prove that youâre not doing anything wrong. Itâs also designed to continue to build out the social surveillance state.
Control where the government monitors what youâre spending your hard-earned money on. And what are they going to do if they see a transaction they donât like? Are they going o send federal agents to question you about these transactions? These are the questions the press is supposed to be asking, but theyâre complicit. They advocate for the more powerful government apparatus because the press and the government have become one and the same.

Closing
Joe Bidenâs America is a dangerous America. One that empowers the government to rule over the people. One that empowers the government to monitor your every action and determine what you can and cannot say. What you can and cannot hear. And how you must conduct yourself.
This is all about regulating speech, controlling political opponents, and crushing dissent. Joe Bidenâs America is one where the Attorney General can develop a policy that directly enriches his son-in-law. See, much of the protests at school board meetings are about CRT, and Merrick Garlandâs son has a company that provides CRT curriculums and materials to public schools.
Get rid of CRT, and his sonâs company loses business. It really is that simple.
Itâs really not that much different than a crackhead, or former crackhead, selling his paintings anywhere between $75,000-$500,000 all because heâs the Presidentâs son. Itâs not like the paintings are good, and itâs not like he has any experience in painting. He gets to violate all ethical rules simply because he is the son of the ruling elite.
There is very little difference between these two examples, and it shows how the government is thoroughly corrupt, and getting worse by the day. They donât even try to hide their corruption anymore.
Just think about how I started the episode. Think about all those issues I gave the President and his administration an F on. Literally failing across the board, and yet they want to focus and bully ordinary parents. They want to label you a domestic terrorist.
Itâs insane. These people will do whatever it takes to obtain total control, and they want the communist China social credit system here in the United States.
If the Biden administration truly cared about the American people, they would begin to tackle the challenges we face. They would prioritize the issues. Rather than try to label you as a domestic terrorist.
The good news is that they underestimated the resolve of the American people. They are going to soon find out that Americans are paying to the issues, and that many American families are now struggling to make ends meet. See when Americans are paying so much more for every good and service, particularly food and energy, Americans get angry, all Americans. It doesnât matter if youâre a democrat or a republican.
When you go to target our children and indoctrinate them with poison, parents get angry, and they will speak up and fight back.
Donât ever back down. Donât let them scare you into silence. This is our country, not theirs. They work at the pleasure of the people, and they know that people are pushing back. Itâs that desperation thatâs making them label nearly 50% of the country as domestic terrorists.
