Intro
Welcome everyone to another episode of The P.A.S. Report Podcast.
I hope everyone is doing well out there. I’m going to discuss a critically important topic today.
We are no longer headed toward the big brother surveillance state. It’s already here. The ruling class wants to remake the rules in an effort to control them. They use lies, manipulation, and deceit, and push it as truth while silencing anyone who dissents from their narrow-minded point of view.
They show utter disregard for the Constitution, and their disdain for the ordinary people, We the People, is on clear display. They’ve figured out a way around the Constitution to build out their totalitarian state.
But the worst of it all is that nearly half the country is encouraging this. They want the all-powerful state. They support it and promote it. They call for the silencing of any and all dissent. They dismiss anyone who raises questions.
What’s frustrating is that I know they’ll come to regret it. As soon as the ruling elites go after them, then they’ll scream and say it’s gone too far, but by then it will be too late.
And the media, forget about it. The mainstream media outlets serve as the cleanup crew to cover up the massive amount of corruption within the government. Essentially, they are the protectors of the thoroughly corrupt institutions.
How many stories have there been that the media never focused on, or even worse, suppressed them because they wanted to protect the ruling elite? You used to have young journalists who were hungry. They wanted to make a name for themselves. They didn’t care if it was Republican or Democrat. If they smelled corruption, they would act like pit bulls.
Now they take their directives from the corrupt establishment, and it’s pretty clear why. Some are just ideologues who don’t have a single independent thought. Others simply want to be accepted in the elite social circles. It’s as simple as that.
So, in this episode, I’ll point out how the surveillance state is here. How there are no longer any boundaries, and how the blueprint has been laid out pushing us ever closer to a totalitarian state.
I’ll point out how this goes far beyond the ordinary Democrat-Republican differences and can be used against anyone for any reason.

The National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism
A few weeks ago, I did an entire episode on the National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism, and I’m grateful that Tucker Carlson and Steve Malzberg did stories on the report to bring attention to this dangerous document. Since then, while a few other journalists have picked up the story, it has been virtually ignored in most media outlets, even conservative ones.
Covering this document with the depth it deserves, the media should be pounding on, day after day and night after night. But they’re not. Every elected member of the House and the Senate should be demanding answers and more specificity in regard to this document, but they’ve been silent too, including Republicans.
Understand that this document is nothing more than a blueprint that will lead us towards a totalitarian state. Ironically, the idiots that created this document have said that they did so because they are trying to preserve democracy.
According to these ideologues, the way you preserve democracy is to destroy democracy. The way you preserve liberty and freedom is to take it away and only allow those voices who are parroting a specific narrative, and I’ll provide examples illustrating how exactly they are doing just that.
I explained how this document was extraordinarily vague on purpose. That there was a reason they never defined words like anti-government, anti-authority, or incitement.
I explained how that was done intentionally. I understand government documents, and there are dozens of eyes on the documents before they get approved and released. And many of the political operatives that write these documents are wordsmiths. They know the importance of language and how the written word is conveyed.
Also, think about how many lawyers looked at this document, both inside the White House, the Department of Justice, and other departments as well.
Also, understand that this document wasn’t created within a two-week timeframe. They began developing this document several months ago, putting all the pieces together in order to make this apparatus work. While the document repeatedly mentions that it will respect civil liberties, but it clearly violates them at every turn.
Now, some people argued that I was exaggerating the threat that this document poses. They said I was mischaracterizing the report. Of course, they don’t provide any examples. They never countered with any actual points. They just said the government wouldn’t target ordinary Americans. They’re only looking for domestic violent extremists, and so no one should worry unless they engage in domestic terrorism.
I challenge anyone out there to read this document, if you haven’t already done so, and specifically tell me what the government means by anti-government or anti-authority or incitement and be specific. But here’s the caveat, you can’t tell me what you think the government means when it uses these words. I want it to be defined by the people that would be enforcing this document.
Disinformation
And remember what I said two weeks ago, this document goes far beyond what they deem as domestic terrorism. Just take a listen to the Attorney General, Merrick Garland as he was describing the rollout of this strategy.

I find it interesting that he includes the Department of Health and Human Services. I’d also like to know what other agencies he’s talking about when he says, “and others”.
But we know it goes far beyond the idea of domestic terrorism because all you have to do is read the document. On page 10 of the National Strategy, where it talks about perceived government overreach and narratives. The document specifically speaks to narratives in “conditions related to the Covid-19 pandemic” as one example.
We already see that this blueprint is operational, and it’s been operational for quite some time just look at how the government is targeting what they deem as disinformation.
On page 20 of the National Strategy, it talks about public health-focused violence prevention, and the strategy talks about strengthening user resilience to disinformation and misinformation online.
First of all, I would love to know what the hell they consider “public health-focused violence prevention”. Actually, I already know because President Biden pretty much laid it out. Take a listen.

Essentially, what the President is saying is that people’s social media posts are killing people so, in the name of saving lives, more action needs to be taken to combat disinformation on these social media platforms. Again, they use this saving lives nonsense when let’s be honest, they could care less about saving lives.
If they cared about saving lives, why aren’t we being much more forceful on communist China, especially considering that opioid deaths increased by 27% in 2020 where over 90,000 Americans lost their lives, many of which were not addicts? So, if they really cared about saving lives, we would be putting enormous pressure on China considering that over 90% of all fentanyl is coming from China.
If they cared about lives, they wouldn’t have denied the use of therapeutics throughout the coronavirus. Just look at hydroxychloroquine. This is a relatively cheap drug. Has been on the market for over a half-century and has relatively few side effects. Now if you pushed the idea that we should explore this therapeutic, you were silenced and censored. Posts were deleted. Accounts were closed, and it was all due to what was deemed as misinformation.
So, I would like to know how many lives were lost all because they didn’t like President Trump pushing the use of this drug. Remember, they don’t care about saving lives.
Here’s the bigger problem, you notice they never really define what disinformation or misinformation actually means. When it comes to something like the therapeutic drugs to combat COVID, they never explain the harms or anything. They just say it doesn’t work and want to silence any information that could show it has any benefits whatsoever.
If I look at the actions of the government, the media enablers, and those who regurgitate the narratives, it appears that disinformation is what the government deems it to be, particularly, whenever something goes against what the overlords say. If it goes against the narrative, it must be disinformation.
We see this when it comes to the coronavirus. We see this when it comes to any talk of fraud in the 2020 elections and how they deem it the “Big Lie.” We see it whenever there is talk about reforming elections and voting. We see it when it comes to Critical Race Theory. With everything. They declare anything that runs counter as disinformation.
You want a few examples. Several months ago, I posted a picture of a helicopter deicing a wind turbine, and my comment was “Ironically, oil & gas-powered vehicles come to the aid of wind turbines. Perhaps an all of the above energy strategy seems more prudent than trying to completely do away w/oil & gas. Artificially coercing markets, not the best of ideas- just sayin’.”
Now that was labeled by the Facebook censorship minions as partly false. Why did it get a partly false label? Well, according to the “independent,” and I am using their words with quotes, according to Facebook’s independent fact-checkers, they say the photo is from Sweden, not from Texas.
Now, I just read to you what I wrote. Where in my post did I ever mention Texas? Well, I never did. In fact, my post was 100% accurate. So, when we actually examine it, who is really putting out disinformation and misinformation? It’s Facebook of course.
And we need to ask, why would they do this, and the answer is pretty clear, they want to push an agenda, in this case, green energy, but it’s also more nefarious than that. They also want to try and discredit anyone that goes against narratives.
Another example is when the tech giants went out of their way to silence the NY Post and censor anyone posting information about Hunter Biden’s laptop. This was truly stunning as it was Hunter’s own laptop. Yet, the powers that be deemed any posts about Hunter’s laptop was simply Russian disinformation, and therefore, those posts must be censored.
Now, we obviously know that wasn’t true, but the tech giants and the media industrial complex had to protect Hunter Biden and the Big Guy, Joe Biden in case you didn’t know, at any and all costs. I wonder what the Biden family owes them in return for that protection. Hmmm.
But do you think all those posts, saying that Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation, do you think those posts got the False fact-check label. Of course, they didn’t.
In fact, if you look at all those posts accusing President Trump of working with the Russians and golden showers, did any of those posts get false and misleading labels. Of course not.
But let’s take it out of the realm of partisan politics. Just type in moon landing hoax or 9/11 was an inside job. Do you see any false or misleading labels on those posts? No, you don’t.
Just look at all the people claiming that voter laws being proposed in Texas, or the ones passed in Georgia are akin to segregation. A new era of Jim Crow. In fact, you had the President talk about this being the most dangerous time since the Civil War. Not only is the rhetoric totally irresponsible, but it is completely wrong. Have you seen those posts get fact-checked?
So, it seems the false and misleading fact checks are only on a couple of the issues where they want the narratives to go one way.
But that’s what it’s about. I broke down the four pillars inside the National Strategy. I explained them one by one, and we are now witnessing them come to fruition.

The State Surveillance Apparatus
Understand that the government surveillance apparatus is huge and includes both the government and the private sector. Everything is being monitored, and it goes far beyond what you can imagine. This is not some tin-foil hat conspiracy, it’s real. In fact, the conspiracy is what the government is doing, as it seeks to undermine nearly every safeguard our founders put in place, and use backdoor attempts violating our rights and privacy.
Consider the National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism. Then I want you to consider another program that hasn’t really received any attention. Where the hell are all the conservatives and the real, old-school liberals. They should be harping on these issues, but their silence is deafening.
So, what am I talking about? How many of you are aware that the United States Postal Service is monitoring social media sites to look for what they say are “inflammatory” postings, and then sharing that information with other government agencies. You heard that right. The United States Postal Service is monitoring social media posts. (Fox Business)
Now what the hell does delivering the mail have to do with what Americans are posting online? It’s a great question and I’d like to know the answer to that. If they were looking at accounts because of suspected mail fraud that’s one thing. That you may be able to justify, but this program has nothing to do with mail fraud.
The program is known as iCOP, which’s an acronym for Internet Covert Operations Program. According to a report, “Analysts with the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) Internet Covert Operations Program (iCOP) monitored significant activity regarding planned protests occurring internationally and domestically on March 20, 2021.”
Now, these planned protests were supposed to be part of what was being billed as an international rally for “Freedom and Democracy.” Isn’t that ironic. You have postal inspectors monitoring social media posts for our First Amendment Constitutional right to assemble. In the bulletin the postal service sent to other agencies and departments, they included screenshots of posts from Facebook, Parler, Twitter, Telegram, and other sites.
Again, this has nothing to do with delivering mail and the postal system. It’s part of the giant surveillance state.
Eyes and Ears
The corporate world, the financial sector, and big tech now serve as the eyes and ears of the government, and all government agencies and departments are working hand in hand. It’s all laid out in Pillar 1 of the National Strategy.
This is nothing more than a backdoor attempt to circumvent the Constitution. These people have no regard for the Constitution and view it as an inconvenience.
They distrust ordinary Americans from making their own decisions and doing what’s in their own and their family’s best interests. The ruling class looks down on ordinary folks as ignorant, and therefore, according to them, they must do whatever it takes to ensure these ordinary Americans don’t screw things up.
The problem is the government can’t do these things themselves. If they announced and implemented these policies on the governmental level, odds are they would be ruled unconstitutional, or the government would be forced to seek warrants on a massive scale which many courts would deny.
In an interesting metamorphosis, you now have nearly every Democrat, the media industrial complex, and supposedly liberal activists’ groups calling for the corporate oligarchy to take direction from the government and implement the surveillance state, essentially sidestepping the 1st, 4th, 5th, and the 9th Amendment, and we all know the 2nd Amendment is in their crosshairs as well.
See, there are limits on what the government can and cannot do, but these people don’t care. One way or another, they want to implement their vision, their agenda, and anyone who gets in their way shall be punished.
Telecommunications is Next
And this isn’t the only area where they are building out the massive surveillance state. The telecommunications industry is next. Politico reported that officials within the DNC are pushing to work “with SMS carriers to dispel misinformation about vaccines that is sent over social media and text messages.” (Politico)
Of course, the media industrial complex quickly dismissed this report. So, what does the DNC really want to do? According to the report, the DNC is arguing that there are organizations sending mass text messages to followers and providing misinformation about COVID and vaccinations.
They basically want cell phone carriers to monitor these mass text messages and send follow-up texts to people pointing out any misinformation.
The “independent” fact-checkers are working overtime to try and dispel this story. They are saying the Biden administration isn’t involved in this push as if the White House and the DNC don’t talk or work together on policy.
They’re also saying the report is being mischaracterized. That the DNC is not encouraging SMS carriers to monitor people’s private text messages, and that this would only be for organizations that send out mass texts.
Here’s the problem with that. Even if that’s true, how quickly before the program expands to cover group text messages with your friends or family? How quickly before they begin to expand to private text message conversations between two people?
They are arguing that people’s concerns are overblown. It’s exaggerated. Well, if I told you everything the government would do prior to the coronavirus, they would have said the same thing. Stop exaggerating. There’s nothing to be concerned about. Yet here we are a year and a half later.
Also, keep in mind that the telecommunications industry has worked very closely with the government ever since the 9/11 attacks so this is not far out of the realm of possibility.
Government Controlling the Narrative
Not only are the corporations and tech sector serving as the eyes and ears of the government, but the government is also using these industries to push a narrative. As I stated a few weeks ago, Pillar 2 outlines how the government wants to control the flow of information. They want to determine what you see and what you don’t. They want to determine what you hear and what you don’t.
Pillar 2 states that to “prevent individuals from being drawn into the grip of domestic terrorism in the first instance,” it is necessary the government and private sector partners work together “reducing both supply and demand of recruitment materials by limiting widespread availability online.”
We are now witnessing how Pillar 2 actually works. White House Press Secretary openly admitted that the government is directing what posts should be censored. Take a listen.

Did you hear that? She said, “We are flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread disinformation.” This is happening in the here and now. While the National Strategy was only released a few weeks ago, it seems that Pillar 2 and controlling the narrative has already been fully implemented.
For all those that try and say Facebook and the other tech giants are private companies and can do what they want, this right here proves that these are no longer private companies and are working at the behest of the government.
You are now witnessing the implementation of speech controls within our country and it’s frightening how many completely ignore this. Even worse, is how many actually approve of it. That’s the crazy part. It’s as if the government has never lied or manipulated anything. These sheep just parrot whatever the government and the so-called experts say.
As this new program and partnership continue to get built out, we are now required to discuss all issues within the parameters set forth by the big tech censorship minions who are being directed by the government.
And I will ask this question. I want you to take off your political blinders. I want you to forget what your political ideology is. Just think of this question like a normal human being and put aside your biases. Throughout history, what entity has been the largest purveyors of disinformation and misinformation? Really think about that question, and the answer is obvious and simple. It’s governments. Throughout history, governments have been the largest purveyors of disinformation, and it’s always to push an agenda.
I’m not saying you can’t trust anything the government says. What I am saying is you should always be skeptical of the government and always ask questions even if you agree with the policies. Governments can be and have been wrong many times. Sometimes it’s unintentional, and other times it’s more nefarious. But you should always be skeptical of government especially when they have to work so hard to control a narrative and censor those who push back or ask questions.
What we have here is a state-run media campaign operating through private corporations. Only government-approved speech will be allowed. They say they want to ensure Americans are getting factual information, and that’s why they are engaging in this effort. Once again, they are disguising censorship under the guise of rooting out disinformation or misinformation.
See, they get to determine what’s accurate and what’s not, and their words are so intentionally vague, it gives the government license to censor almost anything and anyone.
Think for a second. Remember, Iraq and WMDs? Remember the Pentagon Papers? Remember when they said Americans weren’t being spied on?
And what does Press Secretary circle back Psaki think should happen to anyone who pushes what the government deems as disinformation. Well, she clearly spelled it out for us. Take a listen.

And notice how she explained how officials are working with social media influencers to push a specific narrative. We actually have a term for this, and it’s called propaganda.
Controlling Human Behavior
Understand, that not only is this an effort to use the private sector as the eyes and ears of the government. Not only is this an effort to root out what they deem as disinformation or misinformation. Not only is this an effort to control the supply and demand of information, and what people can and cannot see online. It’s an effort to control human behavior. To socially engineer outcomes.
Part of what this program is designed to do is socially exile anyone who challenges the narrative. This is, perhaps, the largest coordinated attempt to socially engineer society, and nothing short of compliance and obedience will be tolerated.

I really can’t stand this fraud. And what should happen if you don’t? Well, you need to be punished. Life needs to become more difficult for you. See, they argue that sure you can make your own decisions about your life and your health, but if you don’t do what you want, then we will make your life so difficult and unpleasant that sooner or later, you will fall in line. Essentially, we will punish you for disobeying your masters. Think about how petty and punitive that is.
And this is all being done under the guise of saving lives and public health-focused violence prevention laid out within the National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism.
And it’s not just the coronavirus. Just look at the 2020 elections. If you say anything about the 2020 elections, you get tagged with the “Big Lie.” No matter what evidence you present. No matter how you frame your argument. It does not matter. They will censor you if you dare raise questions.
And I’ll talk more about this idea of the big lie next week or the following week once I have time to go through the election audit information.

What’s clear is the blueprint for the totalitarian state is here, and it’s been operational for quite some time. Again, this is the most dangerous government document I’ve ever read, and it will have a chilling effect.
They want to control all aspects of life and our behaviors. From the things, we say, to what we post, to our behaviors and decisions about our lives, and those of our families.
For all the idiots out there, who think they are Constitutional scholars, and say that the First Amendment and free speech only address the government’s limits on speech, you’re wrong. Free speech is not exclusive only in government forums, especially when these private-sector corporations are taking their direction from the same government.
But more importantly, free speech exists within both public and private forums, and as technology morphs, free speech must be applied to emerging technology.

For all the idiots who think this is no big deal, what would you have said had the Trump administration released this document and engaged in these actions?
Many within the government don’t even pretend to care about civil liberties and civil rights anymore. They don’t even pretend to respect these important American values, but sadly, its not just those within government. The corporate oligarchs and the media industrial complex are all too willing to help them implement this totalitarian agenda.
As I said in the beginning, this goes far beyond the differences between Democrats and Republicans. This is about controlling the masses and totalitarianism. If you don’t see that, you’re blind. I don’t pretend that Biden is a dictator. It’s the state apparatus that’s exhibiting totalitarianism.
For those that want to diminish this threat, for those that deny what this is all about, you can bury your head in the sand all you want, but I promise you that you’ll come to regret that because sooner or later, the totalitarian state will go after you.
