Over the last week, we’ve witnessed lie after lie from the administration, including Press Secretary Jen Psaki, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Vice President Kamala Harris, and President Biden himself. In a pathetic display, this administration would rather throw Border Patrol agents under the bus in an effort to divert everyone’s attention from the border crisis.

Welcome everyone to The P.A.S. Report Podcast.
I said last week when it came to the previous administration, the press would constantly focus on the gossip. They created a crisis of personality. Under this administration, we have a crisis of policy, and on nearly every front, those policies have been a disaster for America, and for us.
Just think back to the last four years prior to the Biden administration. Gas was relatively cheap, food prices were stable, along with the prices of just about everything else. We became the world’s largest energy producer and began exporting energy to other nations. Full employment. Largest salary increases for blue-collar jobs in decades. While China was looking to gain power and dethrone the United States as the sole superpower, they were boxed in, to a certain degree. Afghanistan was relatively stable. The border was secure.
And then look at where we are today. The price of gas has shot up, and we are no longer the largest energy producer. In fact, we have to import gas and oil from Russia, which is really pathetic when you think about it. Food prices are out of control, along with the price of just about everything else. Families are at the brink trying to get by as best they can. People still aren’t working even though there are a ton of job openings. We’re seeing a shortage of all sorts of products and the materials necessary to make those products. China now sees itself as a co-equal to the United States, and they have become far more aggressive in their international policy. Afghanistan is a disaster, and the Taliban is back in power. Essentially, we don’t have a border, and it’s anticipated that over 2-million people will come through our Southern border this year alone. We have a border crisis that they are knowingly ignoring.
What a difference. Yet, you still have acolytes in the media, the pundits, and the ruling class, that will go out of their way to defend the administration. And so, I’ll ask you. Would you rather deal with the crisis of gossip and personality or actual crises that have a major impact on our lives in a negative way? Do you think we are better off as a country? Do you think we are stronger?
Sometimes it gets so frustrating watching what’s going on. And this is highlighted by the current border crisis. Essentially, we don’t have a border, and in the last episode, I focused on the corruption within the bureaucracy, today, I’m going to focus on the big lies by this administration who would rather throw our Border Patrol agents under the bus, instead of solving the border crisis.

The Complete Collapse of the Border Creating the Border Crisis
While I’m going to get into what’s currently happening with the border crisis, and all the lies the administration has said over the last couple of weeks, understand that the border crisis started long before the last couple of weeks. In fact, when you look at the numbers, the border crisis started at exactly the moment this President was sworn in.
From March until August, we’ve had 1.3-million people come in through the Southern Border, and obviously, that doesn’t tell the whole story. (WSJ) President Biden was sworn in on January 20. In the month of February, we had over 100,000 people enter the United States, and obviously, September is turning into a complete disaster making the border crisis even worse.
Let’s compare that to 2020. In 2020, it was a little over 400,000, but Biden defenders will say that’s not fair. The world was in the grips of the pandemic. So, let’s look at 2019, where it was a little over 800,000, and that’s when we had far-left organizations organizing the migrant caravans. (American Immigration Council) It’s what propelled the very successful Stay in Mexico policy. When you actually look at the border under the Trump administration, things were trending in the right direction. While 800,000 is still high, it was trending in the rights direction.
Under the Biden administration, the border crisis surged, and essentially, we don’t have a border. In fact, at our current pace, we are on track to have over 2 million apprehensions this year alone. (Texas Tribune) That’s insane. Consider that I have looked at immigration data since 2005. The last year with over 1-million apprehensions is 2006. And throughout our history, we never had anywhere near 2-million.
Yet, this administration doesn’t want to call it a border crisis. They are knowingly lying to the people. And while the media has begun to ask questions, the press coverage is tepid criticism at best.

The Administration is deceiving the American People
While the administration acknowledges apprehensions are up, they say that the border is closed, and the administration will be removing many of the migrants entering the United States. That’s nothing more than a blatant lie.
You have to carefully listen to the words they use. Remember, these people like to manipulate language. They try to act as wordsmiths. It’s like them using the word migrants instead of illegal immigrants, but first I want you to take a listen to DHS Secretary Mayorkas, and then I’ll dissect what he’s saying, and explain how a migrant becomes an illegal immigrant.

To clarify, in this clip, they are only talking about the surge of over 17,000 Haitians, but this is indicative of the entire system when they talk about apprehensions.
So, he says 3,000 are in detention. That means they are being held by the government, in a government facility, until they have their immigration court hearing. Those that are detained have issues that deem them inadmissible to the United States under Section 212 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. (USCIS)
The more important thing was the second part of what he said when he said “others are in immigration court proceedings. They are monitored by us. We impose conditions upon them, so we keep in touch with them, and ensure their appearance in court as the law requires.”
That statement is extremely misleading. When he says they are in “immigration court proceedings,” what that really means is that they have given citations that the migrants will have to appear in immigration court at some point.
They are released into the public and don’t believe the nonsense that they’re monitored. The reality is that most of these people will never show up to their immigration proceedings.
First of all, consider that the immigration courts are so backed up because of the surge of migration that it will be years before the cases are heard. At that point, you know the Democrats will say that these people have been in the United States for a few years so it would be unfair to send them back to their native countries. They got acclimated to American life and so they should be allowed to stay.
But the second part, the more important part, is that most of these migrants won’t show up. Now, this is a pretty big sample size. Of 50,000 migrants who crossed the border between mid-March and mid-July of 2021, only 13% of them have shown up to their court hearings. (Newsweek) Previous administrations have also verified this exact thing. In 2019, then Acting Secretary of Kevin McAleenan testified that the number of no-shows was about 90%. (National Review)
So, not only have these migrants disregarded our laws when it pertains to the Southern Border. There are several categories specifically laying out the conditions of what can be considered under asylum. Economic purposes are not a reason to seek asylum in the United States.
Asylum is supposed to be used on the basis of political or religious persecution, domestic violence, etc. In addition, according to the international standard using the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, asylum should be claimed in the first country you enter. Under Article 14, it also states that while individuals have a right to seek asylum, it’s the right of the State to grant asylum. (The Concept of Country of First Asylum)
The key takeaway, something the media completely ignores, is that these so-called migrants quickly become illegal immigrants for two reasons, even though they’ll never use that term. But they are illegal immigrants because you are not allowed to lie, deceive, or mislead on any security questionnaire forms or to investigators. Also, the second they fail to appear to a court appearance, that now makes them illegal.
Again, let’s be clear. Many of these people will become illegal immigrants who live in the shadows all because of a failed system where the administration decides to hand out desk tickets to appear in court rather than close the border to stop the border crisis until we can get better control.
A Country That Cannot Control Its Borders, No Longer is Sovereign
Ask the question. If a country cannot control its borders. If people decide they can resettle here when they want, is that country really sovereign?
There are a lot of people who think the Democrats want open borders so that they can win the presidential election, but it’s actually deeper than that. It’s not about voting in presidential elections. It’s about Congressional representation. Understand that every 10-years we conduct a census. The census goes by the number of bodies in a state, not the number of citizens. The more bodies, the more representation a state will gain. More importantly, it’s a way to turn red states purple and keep blue states blue.
President Trump tried to change this, but ultimately, he wasn’t able to do so, and this has a major effect. Consider that there are many in the ruling class who consistently say that there are between 11-12 million illegal immigrants in the United States. This is laughable. They’ve been using the 11-12 million number since 2005, so in order to believe that, you would have to believe that no one has entered illegally in the last 16-years. If you believe that, no offense, but you’re a moron.
In fact, a Yale/MIT study, not your hardcore conservative institutions, did a study in 2018, and they estimate that there is at least 22-million illegal immigrants in the United States, and it could be as many as 30-million. (Yale) Yet, here we are where politicians are knowingly misleading the American public. Just open your eyes. There will be over 2-million people coming in from the Southern Border this year alone, and many of them will become illegal because they will never show up to their immigration hearing. And that’s just the Southern Border. That number is not including all the Visa overstays we will see this year.
Hundreds of thousands of people overstay their visas each year. In 2017, that number was over 700,000. (DHS) In 2018, the number was 666,582 (DHS), In 2019, the number was 676,422. (DHS) This is insanity. If we include Visa stays in the illegal immigration number, it’s more like 2.7-million illegal immigrants a year. To put that in perspective, that’s bigger than the entire populations of Wyoming, Vermont, Alaska, and North Dakota combined.
Think about that for a second. And when we look at the last census, how many more Congressional seats would New York State have lost because of the last census if illegal immigrants weren’t counted in the census? What about California? So, we know this is having an impact on the Congressional map.

The Big Lies of the Biden Administration
And then you have this administration who has basically said the border crisis isn’t real. It’s imaginary. If you believe in a border crisis, you’re a conspiracy theorist. They say don’t believe your lying eyes.
They don’t want to publicly acknowledge that they’ve lost all control over the border, and one can only assume it’s because they don’t care. When you look at their actions and listen to the statements, there can only be two possibilities. They are either the most incompetent bunch of morons to ever run this government or the administration officials, including the President himself, are knowingly trying to deceive the American public, and are pushing for open borders.
Let’s take the Press Secretary first. Take a listen to what Jen Psaki had to say when it comes to those crossing the Southern Border.
Sound Clip Psaki/Immigrants Aren’t Staying for a Long Period of Time
According to Psaki, these people traveled thousands of miles through dangerous terrain, but they don’t intend to stay here for a lengthy period of time. They just came to get some American coffee and then they’ll be on their way. Does she think we’re stupid? Every single one of you should find what she said insulting. This is an obvious lie, and it shows exactly what she thinks by pushing this BS.
And then look at how these immigrants are treated compared to American citizens. If you’re an American citizen, particularly in blue states, you have to show a vaccine passport. If you travel overseas and come back to the United States, you have to show a vaccine passport. But you can come into the country illegally, and not have to show a vaccine passport.
What are the benefits of being a citizen again? That’s a serious question. Citizenship is supposed to denote something special. It’s something where our government is supposed to represent the people they swore to serve before anyone else. They’re supposed to do what’s in our interest. So, what happens when those without citizenship get all the benefits that citizens get, and they don’t have to comply with the same rules we do?
The Border is NOT Closed as the Administration Says
But that’s not even the worst of the lies. An even bigger lie was when the administration stated that the border is closed and those coming to the United States, particularly the Haitians that gathered in the Del Rio sector wouldn’t have entry into the United States. The reason the Haitians weren’t supposed to have access to the United States is that many of them already had asylum in other countries, particularly safe countries. We found tons of passports abandoned showing that many came from Brazil, Argentina, Columbia, Peru, and other countries.
Technically those seeking asylum are not allowed to be granted access to the United States if another country has already accepted them. That’s why many of these people abandoned their passports in an effort to deceive Border Patrol, and if they lied on any official security questionnaires they filled out while being processed, that’s also a federal offense. So we need to be clear that the vast majority of the 17,000+ illegally entered the United States.
Getting back to my point. Two weeks ago, these fools failed to provide specific numbers and they were generally vague. That was intentional. They kept estimating that there were between 10,000-12,000 Haitians trying to enter through the Del Rio sector, and we witnessed the thousands that gathered in Del Rio under the bridge. Well, it turns out the real number is over 17,000.
They also said that this group of over 17,000 Haitians would not be allowed to gain access and stay in the United States.
Now, the Biden administration was aware of how bad the optics were as the numbers continued to swell in the Del Rio sector, and the migrants began to build their own shelters. They knew that the images on TV clearly showed the nature of the border crisis.
It’s because of that that the administration lied and deflected all last week. Whether it was at press conferences or through Congressional hearings where these same officials wouldn’t provide any specifics. All they would say is that they are processing these people and will be removing them from the United States.
Day by day, the numbers at the Del Rio camp began to dwindle. So, how many of the over 17,000 people were sent back to Haiti or whatever country they came from? Well, we now have our answer. Take a listen to Secretary Mayorkas.

You hear that. We went from these migrants will not be allowed to enter the United States to 12,000 of them being released into America.
There are 5,000 still being processed, so how many of those will be released into the United States is anyone’s guess, and Mayorkas openly admitted that. Why didn’t he tell that to Congress when he had to testify last week? Why didn’t he announce this at his press conference last Friday?
I can assure you that relatively few will get the removal orders, and most will continue to stay here. They then will ignore their hearing, and it will be the states and the local governments that bear the responsibility on a whole host of levels.
Even worse, it’s the already vulnerable communities that will suffer the most. Where do you think these people are going? Do you think they are going to wealthy elite zip codes that can sustain these populations? Of course not. They’ll be going to already distressed communities. They’ll be going to the communities where the infrastructure is already crumbling. Where the schools are already failing. Where the crime is out of control.
The same people the administration claims it cares about are the same ones these policies hurt the most. And it’s not just the Haitians that will be sent to the communities already struggling. It’s all of the over 2-million people illegally entering the United States this year alone.
Do you think these communities will be better off or worse off? If we had a law that migrants can only be placed in the wealthy zip codes, put them in the Martha’s Vineyards. What about former President Obama’s compound? He’s welcoming. How many migrants would be able to fit in his compound? If we started doing that, you would see how quickly Congress acts to secure our border. It would be amazing. The border crisis would end tomorrow.
But since it’s not their neighborhoods, they don’t care. It’s the way it usually goes. They are generous when it’s other people’s lives are being negatively affected. They don’t mind the unfettered migration because it’s not their communities.
It really is disgusting. They have zero regards and could care less about the impacts this will have because guess what? They will still remain part of the wealthy elite, and to them, the increase in migrants just serves as more people from the peasant class who can serve the ruling elite.
And I wonder what the migrants think. Imagine traveling all this way only to be placed in the Baltimore’s or Chicago’s of the world. Some of these cities are more violent and dangerous than the places these people escaped.

Illegal Immigration Changes Over the Last Few Decades
Illegal immigration has morphed over the last several decades making it far more challenging and far more expensive. In the ’70s, 80’s and 90’s, while females made up the majority of legal immigrants, males dominated when it came to illegal immigration. (Pew Hispanic)
While it’s still not acceptable, when adult-aged males cross the border illegally, it has less of an impact because these males would sustain themselves. They wouldn’t qualify for government services and most came to work. Some would send money back to their families in their native countries.
There were two types of males that would come to the United States illegally. While the males were illegally living in the United States and starting to build roots, the family unit in the native country would apply for legal status in the United States. Others would simply come to work, and when they accumulated enough money to live comfortably in their native country, they would return back to those native lands.
Starting in the late 2000s, but really exploding in 2014 as the Obama administration opened the social welfare rolls to those illegally in the United States, we saw a major shift. In addition to the self-sustaining males, we now began to see entire family units and unaccompanied children entering the United States.
This created a much more complex problem. Adult males are self-sufficient, children are not. In order to take care of the minors, government resources have been allocated, to the tune of billions of taxpayer dollars every year. (CBP) This is a catastrophic disaster and shows how the border crisis metastasized once we expanded these social welfare programs.
While it is difficult for adults to qualify for some of these federal programs, 26 states have made it far easier where they can qualify for State social programs including food benefits, healthcare, and even cash. (National Immigration Forum)
According to the Center of Immigration Studies, 63% of households headed by a non-citizen reported that they used at least one welfare program. (Center for Immigration Studies)
Attacking Border Patrol Agents
But now it’s time to discuss the worst part as if the taxpayers getting hosed isn’t enough. You now have administration officials, and President Biden himself, actually attacking Border Patrol agents. Our Border Patrol agents do a thankless job. They have to deal with horrible conditions and little to no support.
Most are unaware of how many lives the border patrol saves each and every year. Most are unaware of how Border Patrol agents take money out of their own pockets to buy these kids food and toys to try and make these traumatic experiences a little easier for these children.
Out of everything this pathetic administration has done, they have knowingly lied to the American people and are throwing our Border Patrol agents under the bus for doing an impossible job they’ve been tasked with.
I’m talking about how the administration has categorized the picture of the Border Patrol agents on horseback trying to control part of the Del Rio sector. Many on the left immediately jumped on the picture and screamed how our Border Patrol agents were whipping these migrants, which is completely false, and the photographer has come out and stated that at no time did Border Patrol agents whip anyone.
The Border Patrol agent was using reigns, which are to control the horse to prevent the horse from stampeding over these same migrants.
I want you to take a listen to the DHS Secretary Mayorkas who is ultimately in charge of the Border Patrol. Take a listen.

This pathetic excuse of a human being is throwing his own border agents under the bus. Enough with this crap of systemic racism. This has nothing to do with systemic racism. Here’s the interesting part, a few days before, Secretary Mayorkas said the Border agents did nothing wrong. He must have gotten a call from the White House because he changed his tune within a day or two.
Imagine working for an organization in a difficult job to begin with, only to have the person who is tasked to lead the Department of Homeland Security to target his own employees for doing nothing wrong. That those agents are nothing more than political pawns where their lives don’t really matter. And that’s the key.
This administration is constantly touting the idea that it cares about human beings, yet they’ve decided these two agents are expendable to change the topic. Instead of focusing on the border crisis, the media shifted gears and covered this nonstory. Of course, they immediately brought racism into it.
Then you have the completely inept and incompetent Vice President. The person who has been tasked with fixing the non-border crisis. She’s really doing a bang-up job. Imagine, since she’s been appointed as the border czar, the situation has gotten far worse, and she still hasn’t even visited the border. The supposed border trip she took was a 15-minute joke. So, Vice President Kamala Harris has been in hiding for the last two months. Hardly seen. Hardly heard from. As the border crisis continues to rage, and as over ten thousand Haitians began camp at the Del Rio sector, she didn’t say a peep. Yet, when this image was released, she immediately released a statement. Then she found time to go on the View, you know those titans of journalism who deliver hard-hitting stories and ask hard-hitting questions, the idiots that they are. Imagine, this from a Vice president who has been invisible for the last two months. Again, pathetic.
This brings me to the President of the United States. Someone who pretends to be a leader. Someone who lied throughout the campaign and continues to do so. Someone who said they would be leader but has done more to divide us in every way. He had the nerve to come out and make this statement. Take a listen.

Does that sound like a President to you? He’s the friggin’ embarrassment. This is a guy who literally has made everything worse over the last 8-months. Just ask yourself, name one way your life is better off now than it was prior to President dementia. You’re paying more for gas. More for food. We are no longer exporting oil, instead, Russia has become the second-largest provider of oil to us. How pathetic is that? The Democrats bashed Putin in Russia for years, and now we are enriching them.
We have all these job openings, and no one is working. Just about every industry is facing product shortages. Families are just trying to get by. The Afghanistan withdrawal was a complete disaster. The administration lied and said they droned an ISIS K member, meanwhile it turned out to be a bunch of innocent civilians and children that were killed in the drone strike. China is more powerful. Coronavirus is still here, and we have even more decrees. And obviously the border crisis. So, I ask again where is the United States doing better?
As you can hear, I’m pissed. This guy has none of the facts, yet he immediately renders judgment. He says those Border Patrol Agents will pay. In the next breath, he says that an investigation is underway. But why investigate. It’s clear that Biden has already decided they’re guilty, and in his words, there will be consequences.
He should be this outraged that under his administration, the border has essentially collapsed sparking this surge. It’s truly amazing how people like him will always denigrate those who literally put their lives on the line. People like President Biden consistently rush to judgment and will take the side of everyone else except those he swore to serve.
He needs to issue a public apology immediately and the Border Patrol should be demanding a public apology. Enough with denigrating those who are doing a service that most others would never want to do especially now.
Think about all the crap our Border patrol agents have to deal with every day. Think of all the crap our law enforcement officers have to deal with every day, and this is how we treat them. This is how the administration treats them. It’s disgraceful, and all those pushing this nonsense should be ashamed of themselves.

Closing
You would think that this administration was elected to serve others over the people of the United States. You now have an administration that is essentially aiding, abetting, and encouraging illegal immigration. They say they are doing it in the name of humanitarianism, but that’s not what it’s about. They could care less about the lives of these migrants. How many hundreds to thousands of people have died taking this journey? They’ll never answer that question.
I do empathize with those that want to come here, but we have to have a system in place. You can’t just allow anyone and everyone to come to the United States. More importantly, we can’t do it at the expense of the most vulnerable Americans. This is insane. If we count all those crossing the border, and the Visa overstays, that’s nearly 2.7-million people a year.
Then factor in those that did it the right way, the legal way, and that means we are absorbing 4-million people a year. They never answer how many is too many. Is it 2-million, 5-million, 10- million people per year? They’ll always be vague and general saying that we have this moral obligation. However, if this continues, the system collapses, and then what? What good will it do?
The current border crisis is unsustainable, but no one wants to talk about it because they don’t want to be deemed a racist. We need to get control of the border crisis. Unfortunately, we have an administration that wants to lie and deceive the American.
Everyone criticized the previous president because he would lie. And understand that most of President Trump’s lies were actually exaggerations like he won the biggest electoral victory since President Reagan. While President Trump liked to exaggerate, it was the media and their enablers pushing the big lies. It was the ruling class pushing the big lies.

Under this administration, we have real lies that have real-world consequences. This is what you get when people vote because they didn’t like someone’s Twitter feed. People were tired of mean tweets and the palace intrigue gossip. So, they chose President Biden. How’s that working out for us?
Sure, he may not send a mean tweet about someone who criticizes him, but he’s actually worse. Constantly denigrating Americans. Targeting Border Patrol for doing their damn jobs. Constantly demonizing the United States. He’s not as nice as some wanted to believe.
The administration needs to shut their mouths and do their damn jobs. All the bums in office need to go. They have proven themselves to be the failures they really are, and they clearly have a disdain and hatred for at least half of our population. They are implementing policies that actually go against America and the American people’s interests, and as a whole, we are all worse off.
