Episode 24 Show Notes- It is Time to Put the Whole Damn System on Trial
Episode Description
The great impeachment distraction begins as the proceedings now turn public. The public hearings won’t really matter as most people have already made up their minds. As the advocacy news media cheers on impeachment, they have virtually ignored stories that have a major impact on our lives, and they have shown themselves to be utterly useless. The American people are being scammed and it is time to put the whole damn system on trial.
Intro
Welcome everyone to another episode of The PAS Report Weekly Roundup Podcast. This is your host Nick Giordano.
As for today’s show, I will point out the obvious defects with the current impeachment process, and the systematic abuses that the media continues to ignore as they fail to ask any substantive questions. This whole charade has become a joke. All of us need to wake up and realize we are being scammed. There are important stories that are being ignored and it is time to put the whole damn system on trial. The abuses within the government have gone on for too long.

Breaking News Alert
Before I delve into the biggest scam of our lifetimes, we have another breaking news story.
It looks like former NYC Mayor, Michael Bloomberg, looks set to enter the 2020 Democrat primary. Bloomberg has wanted to run for President for quite some time, and with the stumbling of Joe Biden, and the rise of Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, he feels like this may be his best chance.
Unfortunately for Bloomberg, he doesn’t really have a chance and will solidify the far-left’s hold on the Democrats.
First, today’s Democrat party is lightyears to the left of JFK and Bill Clinton’s party. And many would consider Bloomberg part of the problem. A former Wall Street billionaire who is old, white, and supports law enforcement, really won’t sit well with many.
Secondly, it also doesn’t help that Bloomberg is not really a household name outside of New York, Washington DC, and California. While he may have the money, his opponents will routinely bash him for trying to buy name recognition and the election.
Thirdly, I don’t think Bloomberg’s dictatorial war against sugar and salt that he tried to impose on New Yorkers will play well with most Americans.
So, what’s the impact of Bloomberg joining the primary? While Bloomberg doesn’t really stand a great chance of winning the primary, he will certainly have an impact.
I said Joe Biden was finished the minute he announced he was running for President. This is the final nail in the coffin. Between the Biden gaffes, which are a daily occurrence, and now that impeachment is in full swing, more damaging information will come out against Biden. It is obvious that Biden is not prepared to take on President Trump. You have already seen the best of the former Vice President. Do you really think he will improve as a candidate? Do you think he has what it takes to hit back against President Trump?
Bloomberg’s entrance will certainly hurt Joe Biden the most as many will see Bloomberg as a stronger alternative. Someone who isn’t gaffe-prone and doesn’t have the stench of scandal.
I believe, Mayor Pete will also be hurt as he would have been the one most likely to gain Biden supporters as some view him as an alternative to Biden. Bloomberg will likely take enough support away from Mayor Pete. One a mayor of New York City and the other a mayor of South Bend, Indiana. One viewed as too old, and the other as to young.
I believe that this makes the Democrat primary more unpredictable and emboldens the far-left more. Why Democrats didn’t try to persuade someone like Deval Patrick, former Governor of Massachusetts to run is beyond me. Over the last day or so, there is the talk of him possibly entering the race, but it’s too late. He is virtually unknown and won’t be able to get enough name recognition.
Some say that Bloomberg is using the Democrat primary to get name recognition and will actually run in the general election as an Independent. If this is true, it basically will ensure that President Trump gets a second term.
Bloomberg will play well in states like California, New York, and other states on the coasts, but he will not be able to make inroads in middle America especially because of his gun control push and his ban on soda.
He doesn’t have a charismatic personality. He is bland, dry and monotone. Imagine his rallies when juxtaposed with Trump or Sanders or Warren rallies. It would be as exciting as a funeral, and in a day and age where the entertainment factor exists, Bloomberg lacks energy and appeal. All he will do is split the Democrat vote and get the 5% of never-Trump votes.
Public Impeachment Hearings
Another week goes by, and we continue witnessing the collapse of the American system. After conducting most of the impeachment testimonies behind closed doors, the weasel Adam Schiff now begins the public testimonies, but does it even matter anymore? Will we learn anything new? Will it be viewed as nonpartisan?
Sadly, the answer to all those questions are no. As far as the public testimonies go, they will not change any minds, and even worse, most have already rendered their judgments. We are now seeing polls where the country is pretty evenly split on whether to impeach the President. We haven’t really seen any evidence except the transcript of the phone call and selective leaking of testimony. How can anyone make up their mind about impeachment without having the facts?
See Democrats should have investigated through the normal oversight channels, and if they found something, then they could have moved to impeachment. Instead, they jumped the gun and there is no way of turning back. So, it doesn’t really matter.
Those that love the President, will back him as they feel he is being railroaded by Democrats.
Those that hate the President will continue the push for impeachment. They believe the President is a criminal and want him removed. It doesn’t matter that this President has been the most investigated President in our lifetimes, and we have yet to see any evidence of criminal wrongdoing.
It didn’t matter when the Special Counsel determined there was no collusion with Russia. No matter what evidence is presented to vindicate the President, they will continue to say he committed illegal acts even though they never actually point to any criminal statutes have been violated or what section of the Constitution the President violated.
This is Russia all over again. Listen to this moron Congressman Eric Swalwell talks about evidence of extortion.
Play Swalwell clip one.
Notice the word extortion. Funny how on the same exact day the phrase quid-pro-quo is gone, and Democrats along with the DNC public relations division, also known as the media, all shifted to the term extortion over the weekend.
And let’s not forget, Swalwell is the same guy who repeatedly said he has seen direct evidence of Russian collusion and how President Trump worked with the Russians. Take a listen.
Play Swalwell clip two.
To this day, he says the evidence shows the president colluded, but now he puts in a caveat that the evidence is not beyond a reasonable doubt. When will people like this be held accountable? He is a mini-me version of Adam Schiff. How many times do these people have to lie before the media takes them to the task and how can anyone take these people seriously?
Is the process really fair
While Democrats claim that the public testimonies will create a fair opportunity for Republicans is that really the case? Right off the bat, we know there are 13 Democrats asking questions and Republicans are only allowed to have 9 people. That means Democrats will essentially get time and a half. If you want to make it fair why not have 13 Democrats and 12 Republicans, recognizing the Democrats are in the majority?
Also, Republicans had to submit a wish list of witnesses they want to be called, and Congressman Schiff has the sole discretion of approving and allowing those witnesses to testify. We already know that Schiff denied the request for the whistleblower/leaker to testify. (The Hill)
Well, why the hell not? As a taxpaying American, I demand the whistleblower testify. I, and millions of Americans have a right to hear from the whistleblower himself. Stop lying and saying that laws require him to remain anonymous. Stop lying and saying you have “grave concerns” about his personal safety.
They don’t and everyone already knows the name. Now, this moron says his testimony is redundant and unnecessary. Once again, why?
You people know me, I like to ask simple questions. If Congressman Schiff thought the whistleblower could provide critical information, and damage the President, do you really believe he would say the whistleblower testimony is unnecessary?
Schiff also stated he would not answer any questions behind closed doors even though there is evidence that Schiff’s staff, and maybe Schiff himself, met with the whistleblower and may have helped write the complaint. Why won’t he answer questions?
Schiff has not approved Ambassador Kurt Volker to testify publicly. This is the first guy that testified behind closed doors and actually has first-hand knowledge.
The witnesses going this week are diplomat Bill Taylor, which you would think an Ambassador is more important considering they are higher in seniority and chain-of-command, as well as having direct contact with more senior leaders. George Kent who is the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, and Maria Yovanovitch who is the former Ambassador to Ukraine. (NPR)
From the transcripts that have been released, all the individuals who will be testifying have already shown they cannot provide first-hand accounts and are operating on second and third-hand information.
Schiff has also rejected the request to call Hunter and Joe Biden. Why? If the Biden’s did nothing wrong, wouldn’t it be important to get them on record? The advocacy news media and the Democrats should be just as interested in getting to the truth on all matters with Ukraine.
Schiff has also rejected the Republican’s request to call Alexandra Chalupa. Alexandra Chalupa is the Democrat National Committee who worked with the Ukrainian embassy in 2016 and enlisted the Ukrainians to get dirt on President Trump and his campaign officials.
For three years we have heard that foreign governments interfering in our elections is akin to an act of war. If election interference is so important, then why not allow her to testify? I’ll tell you why because their concern of election interference is a fraud. They don’t care about election interference. They only care when it goes against them. (Washington Examiner)
This whole impeachment is based on President Trump’s phone call with the Ukrainian President. If the phone call is the basis for impeachment shouldn’t we look at what the President said?
Before he brought up the Biden’s, the President said, “I would like you to do us a favor though because our country has been through a lot and Ukraine knows a lot about it. I would like you to find out what happened with this whole situation with Ukraine, they say Crowdstrike… I guess you have one of your wealthy people… The server, they say Ukraine has it. There are a lot of things that went on, the whole situation. I think you’re surrounding yourself with some of the same people. I would like to have the Attorney General call you or your people and I would like you to get to the bottom of it. As you saw yesterday, that whole nonsense ended with a very poor performance by a man named Robert Mueller, an incompetent performance, but they say a lot of it started with Ukraine. Whatever you can do, it’s very important that you do it if that’s possible.” (CNN)
It’s clear the President is talking about Ukrainian interference in the 2016 election. Just coming off the Russia investigation, it’s obvious the President is seeking vindication and wants to prove that the same people behind the whole Russian collusion narrative were engaged in activities they were accusing the President of.
Here is the truth
So, none of the Republican witnesses can be called. We can’t investigate anything related to the 2016 Ukrainian election interference. We can’t investigate CrowdStrike and happened to the DNC servers. We can’t investigate the Biden’s. We can’t investigate the origins of the Russia investigation. We can’t investigate the bureaucracy and potential abuses committed by the bureaucracy.
We are only allowed to focus on and investigate President Trump. You see how this works.
Seriously, I am asking all of you out there especially those who believe the president should be impeached. Do you really not see an issue with what the Biden’s did? Do you really believe it was all above board even though we now have emails from Burisma to John Kerry’s State Department invoking the name of Hunter Biden?
Do you really think it is okay for the Ukrainians to interfere in the 2016 election, and Americans working soliciting the Ukrainians to dig up dirt on President Trump and his campaign staff? Do you really have a problem with Russia interfering in the election, but you don’t care about Ukrainian interference?
Do you really believe it is normal for the Democrat National Committee to claim their servers were hacked by Russia, but refuse to turn over the servers to the FBI to conduct a forensic cyber analysis? Do you think it’s normal for the DNC to hire CrowdStrike, paying them hundreds or thousands of dollars, to conduct the analysis? Do you think it’s normal for the FBI to rely on a report from a third-party especially considering that third party is accusing a major world power of the hack? Do you think it’s normal that the servers have magically disappeared? Do you think this is normal? Hypothetically speaking, what if we decided to declare war because of this? Should America declare war based on what a company said happened as opposed to doing the investigation themselves?
Let’s put it all out there
I am someone who wants to see everything, whether it’s President Trump, the Biden’s, Hillary, the DNC, everything. Let’s put it all out there. Forget about the political blinders of Democrat or Republican. Start thinking independently.
It is time to put the bureaucracy and the political parties on trial. The corruption and elitist attitude of Washington DC must be exposed and all need to be held accountable. Every member of Congress who lies, needs to be held accountable. Every bureaucrat who abused their power needs to be fired. Every bureaucrat that broke laws, needs to be prosecuted.
I discussed the concept of the Deep State last week. This week kicked off with an interesting tidbit from former Governor and our ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley.
According to Nikki Haley, former Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, and former Chief of Staff, John Kelly, tried to recruit Governor Haley to undermine the President. She claims they were resisting the President. Here is Haley in her own words.
Play Haley Sound Clip (Real Clear Politics)
In another interview, Haley says, “It was their decisions, not the president’s, that were in the best interests of America, they said. The president didn’t know what he was doing,” Who the hell are these people to determine they know what’s in the best interest of America, and not the duly elected President. (Houston Chronicle)
Even if they are right, and they disagree with the president’s policy, then as Haley says, Resign and go public. However, you do not undermine a President. You want to feed into the Deep State narrative. You want to feed into the whole shadow government idea. Then keep doing things like this.
These elitists have some nerve. Neither of them has accused the President of doing or ordering them to do anything illegal while they served for the President. It comes to policy disagreements and they believe that they can undermine an elected President. In fact, Nikki Haley validated this in another interview. The disagreements were over policy. Take a listen.
Play Haley Sound Clip 2
News flash, the President makes foreign policy, and just because someone may not like the policy, too bad. You can’t have a system where bureaucrats continually undermine an elected President of the United States. A system that diminishes the power of the office of the Presidency, and places it in the hands of the elitist bureaucrats in the system. Especially when these bureaucrats have been wrong on many foreign policy decisions over the last 30 years.
What do you think would happen if one of the troops serving under General John Kelly decided to undermine him and usurp policy? Well, I can tell you he would have been demoted and charged under the U.S. Military Code of Justice.
What do you think would happen if one of the employees undermined Rex Tillerson when he was CEO of Exxon Mobil? Do you think that the employee would still be working today?
Missing the big stories
President Eisenhower warned about a military-industrial complex. He said, “In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist.” I believe we can add the bureaucratic and media-industrial complex.
Because while we are all distracted with impeachment, we are missing the real stories that actually have an impact on our lives. The advocacy news media fails to give any coverage to the systematic and wide spread abuses within the bureaucracy over the last 15 years. They fail to cover the weaponization of the bureaucracy.
While we are all distracted, we don’t see any coverage or investigative journalism into Jeffrey Epstein and the powerful elites that were engaged in the rape and sexual abuse of girls being exploited by human trafficking. Where are the Congressional hearings to find out what wealthy elites engaged in rape and sexual abuse?
It amazes me that years ago, Congress held multiple investigations and hearings into the Major League Baseball steroid scandal. They paraded people like Roger Clemens and Andy Petite to testify publicly, yet not one hearing on the elites and their connection to Jeffrey Epstein and Epstein Island. Where the most vicious and savage things would take place.
Where are all the #MeToo warriors calling for justice? Where are all those who said victims should be believed during the Justice Kavanaugh Hearings? These phonies could care less about Epstein. Only when it’s suits their purposes do they care. More hypocrites and double standards.
While we are all distracted, social security and Medicare continue to go broke as Congress has wasted our money.
While we are all distracted, no one is questioning Congress about their $17 million slush fund to pay off sexual harassment and sexual abuse claims brought against members of Congress, and the kicker is, there names are not allowed to be released.
While we are all distracted, our education system, our infrastructure, and our communities fall further into decline.
While we are all distracted, no one is discussing automation and how 20-30% of jobs will not exist in the next 20-30 years creating massive unemployment.

While we are all distracted, no one is focusing on Mexico which is on the verge of collapse and becoming a failed state due to the powerful cartels. Since the media fails to do its job, I am slating to discuss what’s happening in Mexico within the next week or two. It amazes me how you have the media, the pundits, the Republicans and Democrats, all say how we need to get involved all over the world, yet they virtually ignore what’s happening right to the South of us and actually has a major impact on our lives.
Closing
It is time for the American people to stand up and demand accountability. We the People are the ones who are supposed to have power over the system. Not unelected bureaucrats. Not the media. Not the politicians. They have all failed us.
But more importantly, we have failed ourselves. We have disengaged from the political process allowing these people to run rampant. We don’t participate, and most of us don’t vote. In fact, we just had local elections where turnout was about 20% of registered voters. If we factor in all those over the age of 18, and eligible to vote, turnout drops to 6-8%. When we do vote, we keep reelecting the same failed politicians. We vote based on political party affiliation rather than the best candidates.
Let’s wake-up. The elitists can only push us so far. Let’s show them this country belongs to us, We the People. We need to continue to get the message out there and remind the bureaucrats and the elected officials who is really in charge of the system.
