Intro
Welcome to The P.A.S. Report Podcast.
It’s amazing. My semester comes to an end, and I think- Oh, good I can finally relax a little bit before my summer classes begin, but man, the last couple of weeks have been hectic.
I filled in for Mark Young on Blunt Force Truth and cohosted two episodes with Chuck Woolery. I always enjoy the conversation with Chuck and going on Blunt Force Truth. I also went on The Eric Metaxas Show, and I have to say, he’s a great guy and we had a great conversation on a bunch of different issues.
I also went on Tucker Carlson Tonight to talk about the passage of the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act, and how it will be used to target political opponents. Unfortunately, we ran into a tech issue towards the end, but I got my main points in.
I have all the links up at The P.A.S. Report website so you can listen to those appearances, and while you’re there, sign up for the newsletter, and follow the podcast so you never miss an episode.
Race to the Bottom: Uncovering the Secret Forces Destroying American Public Education
The Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act
In this episode, I want to focus on the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act, the new domestic terrorism law, since it passed the House and is currently being debated in the Senate. If this bill passes, it will essentially codify the Biden Administration’s National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism, and the potential to weaponize it to target political opponents will be greatly increased.
And once this domestic terrorism law is codified, it will be impossible to undo, and I’ll talk about why that’s so dangerous in a little while.
Now, The P.A.S Report audience should already be familiar with this domestic terrorism law because I warned about it over a year ago when it was first introduced. The P.A.S. Report Podcast is ahead of the curve on a lot of these issues. I warned then how this was nothing more than another power grab that usurps the authority of the people, and that this bill can be weaponized to target political opponents.
Of course, the jackals are using the massacre that took place in Buffalo, NY to ram this horrible legislation through, and they don’t want to debate the merits of the bill. They don’t want to debate why this bill is necessary.
Here is Congressman Adam Kinzinger, a pathetic excuse for a Congressman, but a Congressman nonetheless. Take a listen.
Sound Clip- Congressman Adam Kinzinger
I want to get Vincent Gambini’s take on what he thinks about what Kinzinger had to say.
Fear? Is this idiot kidding me? Look at the last several years and you tell me who’s pushing the fear card. Do these people even listen to themselves?
You want to talk about fear, what about the endless segments of how President Trump was going to start a nuclear war? What about Democrats and the media industrial complex telling young black men that police officers are hunting them down, and they should be more afraid of the police, than the gangs in their own neighborhoods.
Did this idiot even think of the coronavirus, and the fear that was needlessly instilled throughout where you still have people outside, alone, in 80-degree weather wearing a mask. They pushed so much fear that nearly half of Democrats thought if you got COVID there was a 70% chance of you going to the hospital. Even Bill Maher, who is certainly no Conservative, got tired of the constant fear machine.
Sound Clip- Bill Maher
When Kinzinger talks about fear, maybe he should think about the fear officials like lord Fauci and other little authoritarian wannabes that forced people to be masked up for nearly two years, especially when it comes to children, which was cruel and borderline abuse.
Or what about the fear from President Biden who warned about a dark winter of death and despair for the unvaccinated, and told the unvaccinated
Sound Clip- Our Patience is Wearing Thin
What about the fear President Biden and other Democrats tried to instill by invoking Jim Crow when criticizing Georgia voter laws, which are more liberal than Joe Biden’s home state of Delaware, and several other blue states? The President and Democrats routinely invoke fear when they push racial politics. Maybe Kinzinger should criticize President Biden for exclaiming that Republicans want to put Black people back in chains.
He is so pathetic.
Why I Stand
What is the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act?
The Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act only serves as a vehicle to codify the Biden administration’s National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism. They say it’s because of the threat that white supremacy and white supremacists pose, but all this bill will do is make it easier to target political opponents. I have the link in the show notes on the website, and I encourage everyone to read it themselves.
When reading the domestic terrorism law, it sounds largely innocuous. I mean who wouldn’t want to prevent domestic terrorism, and there is not a single soul I know that supports white supremacy.
In order to understand my concerns, you have to know how the system works. Congress will craft a piece of legislation, and the President signs the legislation into law, but the bureaucracy is the important component.
The bureaucracy will take what Congress wrote and then interpret and implement the programs. The vaguer and more general the legislation, the more flexibility the bureaucrats have to interpret that legislation as they see fit.
Another important part when reading the domestic terrorism law is that it will reference other laws and statutes, so you have to begin cross-referencing them to see what the provisions are really about. It’s complex, and when you factor in how bills are written, they make it as technical as possible, so the average person won’t understand what the bill is really about.
This domestic terrorism law will further empower the bureaucracy and increase the surveillance state apparatus at a time when the bureaucracy itself is driven by ideology. This continues to be a dangerous combination.
The legislation calls on the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the FBI, three extraordinarily powerful entities, to “analyze and monitor domestic terrorist activity and require the Federal Government to take steps to prevent domestic terrorism.”
Well, while most of you would probably agree with that, notice how intentionally vague it is. What does analyze and monitor domestic terrorism mean? What does domestic terrorism actually mean? What will be the methods used? What are the types of things that would trigger monitoring? What safeguards are in place to prevent abuses and make sure that those who aren’t engaged in domestic terrorism won’t be caught up in this program? It’s questions like these we should be asking and demanding answers from lawmakers.
Another important question is why do we need two departments doing this, as well as several agencies within these departments? Following 9/11, we tried to make agencies share intelligence. However, we know problems still exist and agencies are very territorial over the intelligence they acquire. So why have separate entities doing the same thing? Not only will this lead to agencies withholding information from each other, but it also creates redundancy and waste.
Most importantly, when you read this bill, what do they mean by domestic terrorism? Notice how on page 5, they limit domestic terrorism to white supremacists and neo-Nazis. As if no other radical groups exist in the United States that can commit acts of terrorism.
But let’s look at white supremacy. Do they define it? Do they mention what constitutes white supremacist activities? Do you realize how open-ended the phrase white supremacy is and how it can be interpreted as anything? Given that the phrase white supremacy has been thrown around with impunity over the last few years, are you sure that such a loaded term should be that ill-defined?
Not only does the bill leave much to the imagination when it comes to the idea of domestic terrorism, but they also begin to redefine hate as domestic terrorism even though we have dozens of statutes targeting hate crimes.
But this is intentional, and the problem is that hate is very subjective and open to interpretation. At a time when some declare words as a form of violence and hate. Also, when it comes to crimes, they’re just that, crimes. It’s why we have a penal code. If something is elevated to a hate crime, there’s added sentencing attached.
Why are we going to try to conflate domestic terrorism with hate crimes? They are two very different things. Terrorism is the intentional targeting of innocent civilians to instill fear and change government policy. A hate crime is a crime committed based on someone’s race, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation, and I believe gender is included as well.
The word terrorism gets thrown around all too often, and it’s getting completely watered down.
Also, in a version of the Senate bill for the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act, it talks about COVID-19 hate crimes and points to “racially discriminatory language in describing the COVID-19 pandemic.”
Let’s Look at the Obvious
Let’s take a look at the obvious and also what’s happened over the last year since the National Strategy was released in June of 2021.
One of the most important points is that we already have over 50 terrorism-related laws on the books. Shouldn’t Congress and the bureaucrats explain why none of these previous laws are good enough in preventing domestic terrorism, and if they’re not good for preventing terrorism, then can we do away with some of those laws?
Most don’t realize that every law that’s passed takes away some of your liberties. We accept that because we understand that some laws are necessary. However, Congress was never designed to churn out law after law after law, and we shouldn’t be so willing to turn to Congress the second something happens. It’s the knee-jerk reactions that have got us to this point in the first place.
I will continue to voice my opposition to the National Strategy where it’s a movement to target political opponents and anyone who dares to raise questions. Where any dissent is labeled as anti-government and anti-authority sentiment that can lead to incitement.
Since the release of the National Strategy, just take a look at what this administration has done. The Department of Education encouraged the National School Boards Association to request the Department of Justice investigate parents under the Patriot Act as potential domestic terrorists. They created an entirely new threat tag system to target concerned parents. The Department of Justice created a specialized domestic terrorism unit that we still know nothing about. They announced the creation of the Disinformation Governance Board, the Ministry of Truth, and while many think that this board has been dissolved, they only suspended it for 75-days where it will be rebranded and repackaged. You have President Biden label nearly 50% of the country, his political opponents, as belonging to an extremist organization.
Yet, I’m somehow supposed to believe that this new domestic terrorism law won’t target political opponents? I’m supposed to trust this administration with this type of power? Get out of here. I wouldn’t trust any administration with this power.
How Will They Target Political Opponents?
What really concerns me about this bill is how material support provisions from previous laws can be manipulated to target political opponents. When it comes to material support, it can include anything, and you may be thinking to yourself that if someone is providing material support to white supremacists, then they should be investigated.
Here’s the problem with that- the government hasn’t defined what constitutes white supremacy and what would rise to the level to warrant an investigation. They haven’t outlined any specific groups. We know very little about the true nature of the threat. What are the names of these white supremacist organizations? What does their membership consist of? What are their command and control structures? What are their operational capabilities?
Notice how they never release that information? Don’t you find that concerning? If these white supremacist organizations represent the biggest threat to the Republic, then shouldn’t we know who they are and what they are doing so that we know what to keep our eyes open for? The whole motto following 9/11 was see something, say something. They gave out tips and advice on what to be on the lookout for. For example, if someone is wearing a heavy winter jacket and it’s 90-degrees outside. Things like that. Yet, when it comes to white supremacy, we get nothing.
And when it comes to material support provisions, they can be easily manipulated to get a warrant to surveil and monitor the American people because propaganda activities are a form of material support.
Why is this important? Well, the answer is simple. Let’s just say you post complaining about the Biden administration’s open border policy. According to the left, you’re an anti-immigrant, bigoted racist. You are a white supremacist, and without ever showing any real connection to further terrorism, they can push to get a warrant to monitor and surveil the American people who dissent from a narrative.

Think About Everything That Has Been Labeled As White Supremacy
Just think back to the height of the lockdowns and the authoritarian decrees. Then remember the BLM protests. You had over 1,300 so-called public health professionals sign a petition stating that George Floyd protests are just fine, but if you protest lockdowns and mask mandates, you are a white supremacist.
They wrote, “We can show that support by facilitating safest protesting practices without detracting from demonstrators’ ability to gather and demand change. This should not be confused with a permissive stance on all gatherings, particularly protests against stay-home orders. Those actions not only oppose public health interventions but are also rooted in white nationalism and run contrary to respect for Black lives.” (WSJ)
Opposing unconstitutional decrees like mask mandates and lockdowns are completely reasonable positions. You may disagree, and that’s fine, but we are allowed to have our opinions. The fact that you would label people protesting these unconstitutional decrees as white supremacist illustrates just how this law can be weaponized against rational political thought and how it can be used to target political opponents.
If you oppose CRT and Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity programs? You’re labeled as a racist, a white supremacist, trying to whitewash history.
If you oppose strict gun control measures, you are defending the “racial hierarchy” of white dominance.
If you call for a secure border, it’s because you’re a racist, xenophobe promoting white supremacy.
If you support voter id laws, you’re a white supremacist calling for a return to segregation and Jim Crow laws or as our President said, Jim eagle whatever the hell that means.
See, it used to be that when you thought of white supremacy, you would think of skinheads and white hoods. You would think of people openly promoting hateful rhetoric. You would think of swastika tattoos.
However, over the last several years, the Democrats have blatantly tried to redefine white supremacy to mean anything they disagree with when it comes to policy matters. They are rebranding white supremacy to mean anything and everything that goes against their narrow-minded point of view.
It’s intentional and condescending, but it’s also why this bill is so dangerous.
And just think, if you oppose this bill, guess what you’re labeled? A white supremacist of course. They can’t debate the merits of an issue. Instead, they would rather attack and demonize their political opponents. Brand them with the scarlet letter.
If you oppose this bill, you’re supporting white supremacy. You’re a white supremacist.
These people are incapable of actual thought. They lack the ability to think critically.

It’s Even More Dangerous Since the Bureaucracy Has Become Politically Weaponized
Between the Democrat’s effort to brand any dissent as a form of white supremacy, and a politically weaponized bureaucracy, it’s a dangerous combination.
And I want to know, especially from those who disagree with me, are you really naïve enough to think that the bureaucracy won’t abuse this power? Are you really that naïve to think that they won’t target political opposition?
Oh, you should trust the government and the people who staff the government. They are professionals. They wouldn’t abuse this power.
Yeah, okay. The senior leadership in many agencies and departments are nothing but pure ideologues, and they have proven that they have little regard for the American people.
For those who believe that this law won’t be abused, I want you to consider all the abuses over the last 20 years. Remember when the Patriot Act was passed? We were told it would never be used to spy on and monitor innocent Americans. That turned out to be a lie as the NSA Prism program was capturing every single person’s electronic data, including web searches, social media posts, emails, text messages, dates and times of phone calls, the phone numbers that were being called, the duration of calls and so much more. On top of that, you had officials directly lying to Congress saying this wasn’t taking place, and any data capture was unintentional.
What about the CIA spying on sitting members of the Senate Intelligence Committee?
What about the FBI illegally accessing the NSA’s repository on American citizens without a warrant? In fact, the courts have admonished this practice by the FBI several times over the last two years and said it was illegal, yet the FBI continues to do it.
What about the ATF collecting millions upon millions of records on gun owners even though Congress passed explicitly forbidding the ATF from creating any type of gun database?
What about the National Institute of Health and the Centers for Disease Control withholding information from the Trump and Biden administrations? What about senior bureaucrats like lord Fauci using government resources to attack and discredit any scientist or health care professionals that disagree with him?
What about the CIA illegally collecting data on American citizens? It’s a program that we still know very little about, but the one thing we do know is that the CIA isn’t supposed to be targeting Americans.
A report was recently released that ICE, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, has created a large-scale surveillance system and is capturing the data of ordinary Americans.
What about the U.S. Postal Services ICOP program where they were monitoring Americans’ social media accounts?
What about the FBI knowingly lying to the FISA court and how an FBI attorney doctored evidence to justify spying on members of a presidential campaign, and later targeting a duly elected President?
What about the last four administrations openly spying on journalists?
These are all indisputable facts. So, excuse me if I’m not all that trusting of these agencies. This is not me being anti-government or anti-authority. They did it to themselves. They’ve routinely abused the power we’ve already granted to them. They’ve lost the trust of millions of Americans due to their own actions.
Given these clear abuses of power, I want someone to explain to me why should I trust them now? Stop being so naïve to think that abuses won’t happen. The senior leadership in many of our most powerful agencies are rotten and have proven themselves to be nothing more than ideological hacks. Others simply have no backbone to push back and uphold the principles of the Constitution.
And what happens when we allocate billions of dollars to these agencies to combat and prevent domestic terrorism? They are going to have to show some sort of results to justify their funding and their jobs.
These agencies already have plenty of tools at their disposal to target domestic terrorism and we don’t need any new laws. Especially a law that can be easily abused to target political opponents.
Don’t Burn This Country: Surviving and Thriving in Our Woke Dystopia
Democrats Aren’t Shy About The Real Intent
But we don’t even have to wonder if they intend to target political opponents. All we have to do is look at their own statements.
Take Congresswoman Cory Bush who said, “The Republican Party has become the party of unfettered white supremacist violence,” as the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act was being passed.
It’s pretty clear that she believes the Republican party as a whole promotes and advocates for white supremacy, and I wish someone from the media industrial complex will ask her if she really believes that, and if so, is she advocating for the entire party, and anyone associated with the Republican party should be investigated.
I mean, if you listen to her words, that means that anyone registered as a Republican is supporting white supremacy. She’s calling you a white supremacist. Interestingly enough, more Blacks, Hispanics, and other minorities are flocking to the Republican party. I wonder if she thinks they are white supremacists too.
The scary part is, I know what her response would be. She would say that those minorities have been influenced by white supremacist ideology that’s how demented these people are. Then you have Congresswoman AOC who has been pushing this message for over a year as well. Take a listen.
Sound Clip- Congresswoman AOC White Supremacist Sympathizers
Now you can argue that Congresswoman Bush and Congresswoman AOC are fringe members of Congress and part of the squad, but she isn’t the only one to say this.
House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer said the same thing when he went on the floor of the House as this bill was being debated and said elected officials in the House of Representatives have incited extremists and radicalized people.
In case you have any doubts that this law won’t be abused and used to target political opponents, here is a sound clip of Speaker Pelosi, the second most powerful person in America. Take a listen.
Sound Clip- Speaker Pelosi The Enemy From Within
The enemies from within the House of Representatives, and understand, she’s been cultivating that type of rhetoric for over two years now. She has been pushing the narrative that Republicans are domestic enemies.
And it’s not just politicians, here is former CIA director, John Brennan, another pathetic hack.
Sound Clip Brennan
To him, any dissent is unacceptable and he wants to target a whole bunch of groups, including libertarians who have a completely legitimate political philosophy.
But the most dangerous of all is Frank Figliuzzi, the former FBI Assistant Director for Counterintelligence. Take a listen to him.

That’s insane. This is not some random far-left pundit. This is the former FBI Assistant Director for counterintelligence. Here he is saying that sitting members of Congress, who’ve been duly elected, need to be rounded up. That the Republican party itself is a domestic terrorism organization and the command-and-control structure exists within the Republican party in Congress.
The Great Reset: Joe Biden and the Rise of Twenty-First-Century Fascism
Closing
These people aren’t hiding what they are trying to do. They are openly telegraphing it. Even if you are a Democrat or to the left of the political spectrum, you should be highly alarmed by these statements.
They are irresponsible and dangerous. When people use the word fascism, this is what real fascism looks like. They use words like purge, deprogram, re-educate, domestic enemy, domestic terrorist.
This domestic terrorism law will do nothing more than serve as a pretext to investigate political opposition, and every American needs to reject this bill.
And I know I’m a conservative, but this isn’t a partisan political issue. If this program is codified and goes through, it will only expand in subsequent administrations as all programs do. If you are on the left of the political spectrum, do you want Republicans to have this type of power?
Can you really predict where this ends up 5, 10, or 20-years from now? Trust me, you do not want to go down this road because it will not end well for any of us.
In this episode, I provided facts about how the bureaucracy has abused its power over the last 20-years. I explained how we got to this point. I used clips of Democrats and former officials in their own words making it clear what they want to do. I challenge anyone out there to dispute anything I said.
