Intro
Welcome everyone to another episode of The PAS Report Podcast.
I hope you all are enjoying the week. Today I will focus on the 1st Presidential Debate. Prior to the debate, I had this whole plan in mind of how I would analyze the debate. I was going to pull sound clips of the highs and the lows. What worked and what didn’t.
I had my pad and pen handy to take notes, and then the debate happened. Here at The P.A.S. Report, I call it as I see it. I don’t provide fluff or spin. This is a place you can get an honest analysis, and when I conduct analysis, I don’t play favorites. Sometimes people need to hear uncomfortable truths.

A Spectacular Disaster
Right off the bat, there is no way to sugarcoat what took place last night. It was a spectacular disaster at every level. In fact, the easiest part of my job is declaring the winners and losers of the debate because there were no winners of the debate.
And the biggest loser of the debate was “We the People.” I think both President Trump and Joe Biden did horrible, and I will provide my critique of both candidates. Neither one won over any new voters. Those that support the President, will continue to do so. Same with those that support Biden. However, what may have happened is that if there were some people on the face, those who haven’t made up their minds, this may be the thing that makes them say the hell with it, and they stay home.
The debate format didn’t work especially because there was a lack of follow-ups by the moderator. While I hate when moderators are constantly interjecting or trying to play the gotcha game, there are times when follow-ups are necessary. Basically, Chris Wallace allowed the candidates to say what they want without challenging them. Unfortunately, there was very little substance in this debate, and I’ll get into what I mean.
Joe Biden
First, I will take a look at Joe Biden, because it will be a much quicker critique, and then I’ll move on to President Trump.
My initial thoughts on Joe Biden is that he looked weak and feeble. He’s aged, and there is something clearly going on with his health. Now, he didn’t completely butcher anything so the media industrial complex will say he did a decent enough job, but that’s far from the truth.
Many of Joe Biden’s responses were nonsensical. He wouldn’t really answer any questions directly, and when he tried to provide answers, it was clear he was trying to search for memorized lines that he forgot.
He struggled to gather his thoughts and organize them in a way that was clear and concise. He muttered often, and you can see he was getting angry.
When Biden was able to provide some level of clarity, he often contradicted himself, reversed positions, or just flat out lied. Here are just some examples.
Coronavirus
Take the Coronavirus. What’s Biden’s plan? Biden was talking about manufacturing more PPE. Does he not know that there is no PPE shortage, and we are producing PPE at a rapid clip? I mean damn, it would have made more sense to say you going to manufacture Lysol because I can’t find that anywhere.
But while Biden criticized the President’s response, he didn’t lay out what he would do. In fact, he contradicted himself over and over again. He kept saying that the President needs to give schools and businesses the help they need to keep their doors open. At the same time, he argues he would lock down the country again and would want severe restrictions on any type of reopening plans.
What would help businesses is if they can reopen unencumbered by stupid decrees from governors who want to be little emperors and how many of these decrees make little or no sense. Everything Biden has proposed has already been done.
Biden and the Public Option
Take healthcare as another example. Biden has repeatedly called for a public option throughout the campaign, and a public option is part of the Democrat platform. Biden gave a confusing nonsensical response.
Now, the American people need to know what a public option is. A public option is funded by the taxpayers, and taxpayers get to pick whether they want private insurance through their employer or whether they want to opt-in for the public insurance. This would destroy private employer-based health insurance. It would also destroy public union health insurance.
Health insurance costs are the biggest burden to many employers, particularly small businesses. If a public option is available, why would an employer offer health insurance? It would be cheaper for them to tell their employees that they will increase everyone’s pay, and to get health insurance from the public option. This will eliminate a serious expense for businesses. It also eliminates an enormous amount of paperwork saving the business an extraordinary amount of time and money.
The same holds true for those that work in civil service where unions negotiate contracts. Municipalities are already broke, and eliminating the union-negotiated health benefits would save these municipalities from fiscal destruction.
Now, getting back to Biden, Biden stated the public option would only apply to those on Medicaid. Wait, what? Medicaid is for those that are in low-income households. In fact, Medicaid is the public option for low-income Americans, and neither the moderator or President Trump pressed Biden to clarify what he was talking about. It was a missed opportunity.
Taxes
Another example was when Biden struggled to answer questions over spending priorities and taxes. Biden said that he would raise taxes on anyone making over $400,000 and corporate tax rates would be raised from 21% to 28%. Biden said that economic analysts estimate that his plan would grow the economy by $1-trillion. Well, that makes no sense. If you are raising taxes, you are taking money out of the economy. It’s less money people and businesses spend.
Also, there was no follow-up by Chris Wallace which was a disservice. Biden kept trying to make it as if he is for ordinary folks. Yet he’s also calling for a repeal of the Trump tax cuts which would significantly impact middle- and lower-income Americans. But the President is at fault as well because he should have had the wherewithal to point that out.
Integrity & Dignity
Another example of Biden’s failures in the debate was the name-calling. Interestingly enough, President Trump attacked Biden hard on corruption, but it wasn’t the President that engaged in name-calling. I think Biden looked petty by telling the President to shut-up, calling him a racist, and a constant liar.
I said it a few weeks ago that starting at the Democrat Convention, Biden is trying to position himself that he’s better than the President from a moral character standpoint. What does it say about Biden’s character and integrity when he names call? If you’re arguing that President Trump isn’t fit for office because of his personality yet engage in the exact thing you accuse the President of, what does it say about character and integrity?
As far as Biden goes there were other examples, I can provide whether it’s the Green New Deal or Biden not answering whether he supports packing the court.
President Trump
But I want to move on to President Trump or else I’ll never get this episode out. Now, hopefully, someone from the president’s team is listening or maybe the President is listening to The P.A.S. Report. If they want to win, they would follow my advice because there’s no sugar-coating it.
The President did a horrible job. It was clear that he really didn’t prepare. It was also evident that the President was angry and allowed his anger to control him.
First, the number of interruptions got annoying, and it made the President look bad. The occasional interruption may be warranted and can work when bringing up a relevant point like when the President pressed Biden on packing the court, but then it just devolved into repeated interruptions where the candidates talked over each other, and there was no real substance.
Another failure of President Trump was to play on Biden’s weakness and letting him talk. The longer Biden is speaking, the more likely Biden is to screw up and butcher something. There were times that Biden was stumbling, and rather than let Biden continue to stumble, the President would interrupt him essentially throwing Biden a lifeline.
There was one point where Chris Wallace was actually pressing Biden on why he hasn’t called the mayor of Portland and the Governor of Oregon to tell them to knock it off and restore order. Biden was tripping all over himself with his response. Then the President interrupted and that saved Biden.
You know, as a Professor, sometimes it’s good to speak less, and this was one of those nights. Unfortunately, it appears no one told the President when someone is digging their own grave, let them keep digging.
As a Professor, it’s also important to ask questions. While the President did ask Biden what accomplishments he has in his 47-year career in office, he failed to capitalize, and while the moderator didn’t follow-up, the President should have asked follow-up questions.
The President missed multiple opportunities and could have effectively destroyed Biden’s candidacy last night. For example, when it came to President Trump’s taxes, the President answered it decently, but when Biden snapped back that the reason the President benefitted from tax loopholes, the President should have, and could have, pointed out that he’s lost money as President, and that all the loopholes he’s used were created by Biden and the swamp to enrich themselves and their friends.
He also should have said he made all his money before running for office and point out that Biden and his family made their money while in public office. He then should have turned to Biden and said, “I won in 2016 because the people were sick of the corruption. They were sick of the ruling class that enriches themselves. They wanted me to drain the swamp, and you, and your 47-year career in public office, is the swamp.” That would have been the line of the night. It would have been game over, and it would have been the sound clip that played over and over again for the next few days. But the President failed to capitalize.
The President was also woefully underprepared. It’s clear he doesn’t respect Biden. So much so that he did little to prepare. While the President was sharp for the first ten minutes, it quickly went off the rails and the President whiffed on some softball ball questions that he could have hit home runs on.
Race
The biggest failure of President Trump was on race. President Trump was given a softball question. Chris Wallace asked the President, “Why should Americans trust you over Joe Biden on race issues?”
The President started off good by pointing out Joe Biden’s 1994 crime bill and how Biden called minority communities predators. But then the President garbled nonsense about his poll numbers within the Black community and quickly transitioned to law and order.
That was a lost opportunity and a dumb tactic. There was plenty of time to talk about law and order in the block, and the president should have had the foresight to know it would eventually come up so he wasted an opportunity to talk about his jail reform initiative. He should have brought up the funding of the Historically Black Colleges. He should have brought up his opportunity zone program. He should have brought up how minority household income has increased under his Presidency. What’s mindboggling is that he talks about these things all the time. He brings it up at almost every rally. Why he didn’t bring it up here was baffling.
More importantly, the President should have focused and explained what he plans to do for the minority communities if he’s reelected. You have to understand that while it’s important to talk about policy successes, it’s even more important to give people a reason to vote for you and put you in office for another four years. Had he brought up his policies in the current term, he could have easily transitioned and stated but we are not done yet. We have more to do, and here’s my agenda for the next four years.
This was a huge mistake on the President’s part.
Implicit Bias & Critical Race Theory
Sticking with race, President Trump also missed a huge opportunity when asked about implicit bias training and critical race theory, and why he ended these training at the federal level. Sure, he said it was racist, but he didn’t go far enough and ended up going in a different direction. He should have said that he doesn’t believe a group of people should be told that they are inherently racist because of their skin color, and other people shouldn’t be told they are inherently victims because of their skin color.
He could have pointed out how this training actually promotes racism and stokes racial hatred. He also could have pointed out that the companies that are contracted to provide this training are mostly run and enriching elite and wealthy white liberals.
But most importantly, he should have stated that he does not believe America is an inherently racist country. That we have come along way and made great strides in the area of race. He could have stated that while we have work to do, the greatness of America is how we have grown on issues of race. Do racists exist- yes. Is America a racist country- absolutely not. He then could have turned to Biden and asked do you believe most Americans are racist? Do you believe America as a country is racist in the year 2020? I guess if you have such low regard for America and the American people, that’s why you would support this training.
The fact is America is the one country on this planet, where people from all walks of life with all different backgrounds, come together and peacefully coexist together.
Once again, that would have been a showstopper. Game over.
White Supremacy
Another area where the President gave fodder to his opponents was when he was asked to condemn white supremacy. This should have been a lay-up. And the President’s response, what the hell was that? I mean how do you screw up answering this question, and the President should have known it was coming.
First, the President should have called out both Chris Wallace and Joe Biden for repeatedly lying about Charlottesville. This one really annoys me, and I took Biden to task for this twice in the last month. The President did not say there were fine people on both sides when it comes to white supremacy. The fact was the President was talking about the removal of statues and said there were fine people on both sides of the debate, and the President should have stated that last night.
The President should have also stated how in the same speech he did condemn all forms of white supremacy and neo-Nazis in that same speech, as he has done on several occasions, and he should have stated, and I condemn them tonight.
Instead, the president went on some leftwing rightwing rant that didn’t make sense. He could have easily pointed out that white supremacy has nothing to do with conservatism. In fact, it’s the opposite of conservatives. Conservatives believe in limited government. They don’t believe government should be socially engineering society on things like race and culture. In fact, he could have pointed out that white supremacists have more in common with the far-left where they want to empower government to socially engineer our society and give government total authority as opposed to the people having the authority within society.
Then he should have pivoted and said, “Listen, Black Lives do Matter, but we cannot ignore the Marxist organization Black Lives Matter and the destruction they’ve created in the Black community.” Then he should have turned to Joe Biden and asked, “Joe do you think it’s helpful to the black community that BLM calls for the destruction of the nuclear family? Do you support the BLM organization, or will you renounce them publicly tonight?
He then could have pivoted to crime, law, and order, and groups like Antifa. He could have also called out Kamala Harris and ask Joe Biden “why did your vice-president, Kamala Harris, call for people to donate money to an organization that bails out criminals and thugs who terrorize their own communities? Do you renounce this because these aren’t peaceful protestors being arrested? Many are hardened criminals who prey on the minority communities.” Once again, that would have been a showstopper.
I think when it comes to race, the President missed a huge opportunity. Had he done what I said, his numbers would be skyrocketing this week.
Biden’s Tenure as VP
Another missed opportunity was not pointing out Biden’s failures as Vice President. President Trump could have focused on the rise of ISIS, and how the President targeted ISIS. He could have pointed out how the Middle East was more chaotic and unstable in the Obama Biden administration, and how President Trump was the first President in 40 years to create peace between the nation of Israel and other Arab countries. I think people are underestimating the overall impact of these peace agreements and how historical they actually are.
Final Debate Thoughts
Once again, I can go on and on with the criticisms of both candidates and the entire debate, but we would be here all done. This debate was a failure on every level and a disservice to the American people.
And I hope the President realizes where he needs to improve for the next debate. I hope the President realizes he didn’t do well and has to take the next debate much more seriously. He needs to bring his A-game.
As far as Biden goes, his abilities are limited. I don’t believe he can do much to improve. For Biden, I don’t think any debate will serve him well. What concerns me is that I think last night will give Biden the opportunity to pull out of the next two debates. We are already seeing the pathetic pundits calling for an end to the debates to give Biden an out.
Like I always tell you, at The P.A.S. Report, I call it as I see it. My analysis may seem harsh, but it’s spot-on, and one that you’ll only get here.
The Unholy Alliance Strikes Back
A couple of weeks ago, I exposed the unholy alliances plan to oust the President at any and all costs. These are your leftists, the Democrats, the Bureaucrats (aka Deep State), and the Never-Trumpers.
Well, they are kicking it into high gear. Remember when I stated that they will say that President Trump is conducting a coup and he won’t accept the results of the election. That he won’t concede. That he won’t accept a peaceful transfer of power. Well last week, we saw their plan in action. President Trump was asked a really dumb question. Take a listen
Play Transfer of Power Clip
Plain and simple, the question was just dumb. The reporter starts off by asking win, lose or draw would you commit to a peaceful transition of power. So, right off the bat, you get an idea of how dumb this reporter is because if the President wins reelection, there is no transfer of power. If it’s a draw, why wouldn’t the President challenge that? So basically, the question was designed to imply that the President will lose the election.
And while it was a dumb question asked by a dumb reporter, he accomplished his mission. First, the press knows that no candidate goes out there and talks about losing. They are in it to win it. But the reporter asked the question to continue to plant the seed in people’s minds that the President cannot possibly win reelection just look at how the question was phrased. You have to understand, it is carefully crafted. They would love for the President to openly state that he may lose the election. It’s a psychological trap they are laying for the President.
But the main point of the question was how it is designed to elicit a specific response. They know the President wasn’t going to yes, and that’s what they wanted because they point to this as evidence that he won’t accept the results of the election and is looking to usurp power through a coup.
And it certainly worked because many in the industrial media complex feigned their fake outrage that never in the history of the United States has a President denied the peaceful transition of power. Listen to these morons.
Play Clip of Reporters Transition of Power
The President responded in the way he usually does that we have to wait and see what happens, and from that, the press ignites a five-alarm fire that the President will not leave office peacefully.
Ironically, the Democrats never accepted the results of the 2016 election. And do you notice how Joe Biden hasn’t been asked whether he would accept the results of the election if he loses? He hasn’t been asked, ‘Well former Vice president, will you concede the election if you win, lose or draw?”
Why? The reason they won’t do that is that the logical answer would be that we have to wait and see what would happen. It really wouldn’t work out well if Joe Biden gives a nearly identical response as President Trump so long as he can put together a coherent sentence.
Mail-in-Ballots
The unholy alliance wants to make it as if the President is undermining the legitimacy of the election by questioning mail-in-ballots. The reality is that they have undermined the legitimacy of the election by going allowing mail-in-voting in many states that never did this type of voting before. But remember, that’s exactly what they want.
You see, they keep saying that you cannot question mail-in-voting. That election fraud is extremely rare. They keep repeating it. For the last three months, I’ve pointed to states where tens of thousands of mail-in-ballots were disqualified. I pointed to several cases involving election fraud. For the last five days, I put out at least 1 example of election fraud, and in some cases, people were actually charged. Yet, every time there is a story that pops up about election fraud, the immediate reaction is to respond by saying it’s rare.
If you have several cases in the span of a month, it’s not all that rare. And imagine if every ballot in every election was scrutinized. I think we would quickly recognize that election fraud is a major problem and it’s not like just one party is involved. Just look at the new undercover video by Project Veritas where one of Ilhan Omar’s people was caught in an undercover video talking about how he had 300 ballots in his car, and cash for ballots scam. I have the link up at The P.A.S. Report so go to the website and click on the show notes. (Project Veritas Ballot harvesting Scam)
If you were watching the regular media industrial complex press outlets, I bet you didn’t see this story. However, I have been warning about Ballot Harvesting. This is where political operatives can pick up ballots and have the potential to manipulate thousands of ballots.
And this on the heels of another story was 9 ballots were found in the trash in Pennsylvania. 7 of the 9 voted for President Trump, and the other two were still sealed so they may have been President Trump votes as well.
This is a serious problem that gets knowingly ignored because it doesn’t fit the narrative. Of course, these losers will say, well it’s only nine ballots. No biggy.
Funny how we have been hearing about Russia for the last four years. Yet, I am far more worried about our elections being undermined from within, than Russia’s joke of a disinformation campaign.
The unholy alliance is creating an environment where you are not allowed to question the use of mail-in-ballots. Think logically for a second, if you can’t question the mail-in-ballots, then you can’t question the results of the election even if there is widespread fraud. In fact, the only way to question the results of the election is if President Trump wins.
Bloomberg Scam
And it’s not just the mail-in-voting. Just look at Mike Bloomberg’s new program. Florida is going to be one of the pivotal swing states in this election. And it could be very likely that whoever wins Florida, wins the Presidency.
In Florida, they have a rule that if you are a convicted felon, you cannot vote until you serve your sentence and pay all your fines and restitution. Well, Bloomberg just launched a new program down there using his billions of dollars to pay the fines for these felons so that they can vote. Apparently, he is paying the fines of 32,000 felons according to the Hill. (The Hill)
Bloomberg has been one of the more outspoken critics of President Trump. Proponents of this are defending Bloomberg. They are saying it’s not illegal because Bloomberg isn’t directing them who to vote for. This is electioneering at it’s worst, and offering to pay fines in exchange for votes is akin to buying votes.
So, now ask yourself, do you think Bloomberg is doing this because he wants to see more people voting in the system, or do you think he is doing this because he is making a calculation that these individuals if they do vote, will vote for Biden especially since Bloomberg paid their debt. Where’s the outrage for election interference there?
Oh, I get it, it’s only election interference when it appears to hurt Democrats and they can use it as an excuse rather than admit they pick horrible candidates.
As I said, these people are calculated and ruthless. They will stop at nothing to try to oust the President.
Tax Returns
This brings me to the story the NY Times published saying they have President Trump’s tax returns. Does anyone find it surprising that the Ny Times just happened to get these tax returns and publishes the story 30-somewhat days before the election? I mean, we know the Democrats have been after the tax returns for quite some time, and so it’s a little suspicious that they just happened to get the President’s returns right before the election. (NY Times)
There are only two ways the NY Times could have obtained the tax returns. It was either someone from the bureaucracy at the IRS who accessed, stole and leaked the returns, which is highly illegal. This wouldn’t shock me because I have already proven how the bureaucracy typically hates the President. Or it could have been leaked by someone in the President’s orbit. Think about all the snakes that exist in the swamp. Again, no matter who leaked it, it is illegal. While the NY Times is free to report on the returns they obtained, the person who leaked the returns is subject to criminal penalties? But guess what? Nothing will happen. Whoever leaked it will be protected just like all the other bureaucrats who violated all norms, procedures, rules, and laws over the last 4-5 years.
Obviously, this piece was designed for maximum impact. The returns showed that President Trump used loopholes to limit his tax liability. The returns also show that the President carries a heavy amount of debt and personally signed for loans. They also show that he got back an enormous return that offset other tax liabilities. But the part that the unholy alliance is running with is that the President only paid $175 in 2016 and 2017.
Do you know what the returns didn’t show? They didn’t show any connection to Russia. Remember, weasels like Adam Schiff and his media enablers told us for four years that his tax returns will show his financial interests with Russia and it will prove that the President is a stooge for Russia. Well, it turns out that was a lie. Shocker.
I hate to break it to the Times and the unholy alliance. This story isn’t changing anyone’s vote. Those that support the President will say he used legal loopholes that were created by Congress. Those that despise the President will call him a tax cheat and a conman. So, we are back at square one and the reality is that normal people don’t care.
I don’t think anyone was surprised by the report and it won’t change anyone’s votes. In fact, President Trump basically telegraphed this four years ago when he said in the debate, if I didn’t pay any taxes, I’d be smart. If Congress is going to create these loopholes, why shouldn’t I use them? You don’t like it, change the law. I paraphrased, but he is exactly right.
Understand that Congress created these loopholes to enrich themselves, their families, the associates, the ruling elites, and their wealthy campaign donors. Now they’re mad because Orange man used the loopholes they created. It wasn’t meant to be used by someone they despise.
In reality, Congress should be held accountable for creating these loopholes in the first place.
But I have to ask, what’s worse? On one hand, you have a person who took tax deductions through loopholes created by Congress to shield himself from tax liability.
On the other hand, you have a politician who was in office for 47-years where Joe Biden and his family enriched themselves at taxpayer expense. Where they received an enormous amount of money from foreign adversaries including $3.5 million from a Russian Oligarch and billions from China. I encourage you to read the Senate report of Biden’s escapades and how he and his family have amassed a ton of money through foreign influence. (Senate Report)
So, what’s worse? This level of nepotism and corruption is deeply embedded in the swamp. Joe Biden isn’t part of the swamp, he and the ruling class are the swamp.
But the media doesn’t cover that. Anyone who is being honest with themselves- I don’t care if you love the President or hate the President- knows that what the Biden family stinks of corruption. Be honest with yourself.
Closing
And the swamp isn’t done yet. You will see more stories leak out to the press. You will see more allegations of a coup. You will see more incidents of civil unrest. It’s all part of their plan.
Last week I attended a virtual meeting for little radicals. It was one of the groups I mentioned in an episode two weeks ago. I’m getting my radical training. Now there wasn’t anything newsworthy to come out of it. In fact, it was a bunch of snowflakes venting about how they are triggered. But they also didn’t get into the civil unrest tactics yet so I am going to keep monitoring what’s going on.

But I do want to acknowledge that there were about 650 people who attended this event. I am warning each and every one of you out there, these people are serious, and they are committed. Do not take anything for granted.
It’s clear that these groups are well-organized, well-funded, and they know how to coordinate well with other groups out there. They are in constant communication with other groups.
I’m going to keep monitoring these groups and expose them for what they are. This is the election of our lifetime, and we better speak up now before it’s too late.
