Episode Description
Over the last week, we have witnessed the hypocrisy and double standards governing American politics. By this point, it should be clear that there are two sets of rules, one for the ruling class and their supporters, and one for everyone else. Groupthink is prevalent throughout the system and society, and there are many who are so consumed with hate, they try to delegitimize anyone that runs counter to their narrative. It’s time to ditch the two sets of rules governing American politics, have one standard, and hold people accountable. Professor Giordano closes out the show with a very special guest.

Intro
Welcome everyone to another episode of The PAS Report Podcast.
I hope everyone is doing great out there. I have another great episode lined up, and there are so many issues, it’s hard to narrow down where to start. But there are a few things that are really annoying to me. I am so sick and tired of hypocrisy and double standards. I am sick of the two sets of rules that are governing American politics today.
The crazy part is, they don’t even try to hide it anymore. In fact, they’ve become so brazen, and the rules are clear. If you follow the ruling class and the powers that be. If you support their political ideology and their narrow-minded point of view, you’re good.
But if you dare to push back. If you dare to raise questions. Then the haters come out of the woodwork and try to destroy any dissent.
However, it’s the blatant double standards and hypocrisy that drive me nuts. And society cannot function properly where everyone is not held to the same standard. Ultimately, that’s what destroys societies, and how countries morph into failed states. Third world countries.
And then you have the useful idiots, of which there are many, who blindly encourage and applaud the new standards, not realizing that sooner or later, the movement will turn on them.
Listen, I don’t care what your political ideology is. It doesn’t matter where you fall on the political spectrum. There should be one set of standards that apply to all of us. One. Especially when it comes to those in power.
Now, the idea of different standards for different people is not relatively new. In fact, it’s about as old as mankind. Oh no, I just violated part of the new speech codes. I’m not supposed to use the word mankind. The middle class is constantly getting shafted. We always do, and unfortunately, we are used to that by now.
But the new standards aren’t socioeconomic. It’s not the haves and the have nots. Now it’s ideological in nature. Now it’s based on the faction you belong to. That’s what makes it different. It’s also what makes it so dangerous.

I want to get your thoughts, opinions, and feedback. I want to know what matters most to you. Your voice matters.
G7 Summit
Before I get into the main topic, I want to quickly touch on the G7 Summit because it was the President’s first trip overseas. President Biden didn’t butcher anything or make any gaffes, and while I’m obviously not a fan of the Biden agenda, it’s clear he is moving us away from the America First agenda on the international stage. Basically, we are going to the failed politics of old where we put everyone else’s interests before our own.
However, there are a number of reports that President Biden called on the other world leaders to begin putting pressure on China, which is good news.
Now the statement was weak, and tepidly criticized the communist regime and their human rights abuses, but I guess it’s a start. I would have much rather seen a more forceful statement condemning the communist regime, and specifically focusing on the regime’s lies and deception when it comes to the coronavirus. It’s time to hold the communist regime accountable.
But at least President Biden brought up China, and trust me, getting world leaders to criticize anything about China is a step in the right direction. Unfortunately, there are too many people, both here and abroad, that want to treat China with kid gloves, and they don’t want to antagonize the communist regime. There are others who are simply thoroughly corrupt and won’t criticize China at all because they want access to China’s 1.3-billion-person population. These are the same people who sold us out. And at least he didn’t pull a VP Kamala Harris on this trip.
In fact, the most controversial statement at the G7 meeting didn’t come from Biden, it came from British Prime Minister Boris Johnson. His statement was bizarre when talking about the post-coronavirus world. Take a listen.
Sound Clip Boris Johnson
To all my British friends out there, what the hell was that? What does a more feminine world even mean? I am so tired of the BS slogans and virtue signaling. Why do so many people make it as if there’s something wrong with being masculine in this day and age? It’s quite disturbing how so many are trying to emasculate an entire generation.
What is it with all the self-loathing and what good does it do anyone? I feel like the West is on a suicide mission. While countries like China are ramping up the pressure, and contending for sole supremacy, we simply denigrate ourselves and it’s embarrassing. It seems as if the West is intentionally trying to commit international suicide.
Hunter Biden Drops the N-Bomb
In any event, I don’t want to harp on this anymore because while the West is defeating itself, all we have to do is look internally at what we’re doing to ourselves. As I stated in the beginning, there are two sets of rules that are governing American politics today.
Over the last several years, new standards have been ushered in that We, the peasant class, and those of a certain political persuasion must abide by. Anyone who violates these new rules must be punished, but the punishment only applies to one side. See, if you are part of the ruling class or if you go along with their BS narratives, it turns out your exempt from these punishments. In fact, not only are you exempt, but they will go out of their way to protect you.
Take Hunter Biden. More of Hunter Biden’s text messages were released, but you probably haven’t heard about them because there’s been media silence. Nearly every mainstream outlet has virtually ignored the story.
In these text messages, Hunter Biden repeatedly uses the N-word. (NY Post) Now, I’m not going to repeat the text messages. However, we need to ask the question, why isn’t the media talking about this? Why hasn’t the president been asked if he condemns Hunter using the N-word?
Over the last year, people’s lives have been destroyed for far less. In fact, in one case that I know, a man was fired for something his daughter tweeted out over a decade ago when she was a kid.
Yet, here’s someone brazenly using the N-word, and no one seems to care.
All the public virtue signalers, all the clowns, who professed about their privilege over the last year and said they stand in solidarity with people of color, where are they now?
Now, in the grand scheme of things, the Biden family corruption is a much bigger story, and that to has been ignored. In fact, the corrupt propaganda press called it Russian disinformation even though it was Hunter Biden’s own computer. His own emails. His own text messages, and a witness, Tony Bobulinski, came forward with tons of documents verifying the legitimacy. But the press didn’t care.
Is Hunter Biden’s use of the N-word shocking? No. Does this change your life in any way? No. However, it highlights the blatant hypocrisy, a different standard, for one set of people. They constantly label their political opponents as racists and white supremacists.
They scream racism at everything. Yet, when one of their own uses the N-word, they could care less because they don’t really care about racism. You have the race hustlers looking to earn a quick buck. You have the politicians that use race to usurp power. You have the media to use race to get viewers. And you have the public virtue signalers, the moral holy warriors, who use race because they lack something, and want to feel validated and important.
For all those who’ve screamed racism for the last several years, if you continue to ignore Hunter Biden using the N-word, then shut up about race. You’ve lost the right to ever bring up race again.
Think back to the Bush twins. Former President Bush’s daughters were 20-year old college girls, and the media would malign them for going to a bar. Here you have a known crack addict, or former crack addict, using the N-word and nothing but silence. Can you imagine what the press coverage would be like had the text messages come from Don Jr. or Eric Trump? You all know how that would go.
A Tale of Two Congresswomen
While Hunter Biden is a sad, pathetic man, he’s actually harmless compared to others. Take Congresswoman Ilhan Omar and the two sets of rules governing American politics are on clear display. Think back to the beginning of the year, and what happened to Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene.
There were many Democrats and even a few Republicans that wanted to see her expelled from Congress. Ultimately, they ended up censuring her. Now, I’m not the biggest fan of Congresswoman Greene’s, and I made it clear that if she continues to say certain things, she’s going to become the AOC of the Republican party. I get that some of you may really like her because she fights back, but there is a way to fight back without being an albatross.
But the reason I’m bringing her up is to show the clear double standards that exist. Let’s take a look at what Congresswoman Greene was censured for. Prior to being elected to Congress, then civilian Marjorie Taylor Greene had some inflammatory social media posts. In some of them, she accused Speaker Pelosi of committing treason and stated that treason is punishable by death.
Now I don’t agree with the treason label and never have. In fact, when you really examine treason, it’s nearly impossible to get a conviction. If Aaron Burr couldn’t get convicted of treason even though he conspired against the government, I don’t think anyone can.
In any event, just look at the clear double standards. President Trump was routinely accused of committing treason by a number of Democrat lawmakers. He was routinely accused of treason by the propaganda press outlets and the pundit class.
The censure resolution against Congresswoman Greene also lists that in 2019, Ms. Greene began circulating a petition to impeach Speaker Pelosi. How dare her for calling for the impeachment of an elected official. How dare her for calling for the impeachment of Queen Pelosi.
Let’s be honest, there is a hell of a lot of politicians that should be impeached and removed from office. Every politician that issued an authoritarian decree during the pandemic, and then was caught violating their own decree, should be removed from office. Any politician that tried to push false narratives like saying they have more than circumstantial evidence President Trump colluded with the Russians, and it turns out they were lying, should be removed considering that their lies led us to the division we see today. Any politician that slept with a Chinese spy for years and accused others of working with foreign governments should be removed.
As a civilian, Ms. Greene has the right to call for the impeachment of any politician. Queen Pelosi is not immune to this. But I will say that members of Congress cannot be impeached, they can only be expelled from Congress by a two-thirds vote.
What else was Congresswoman Greene censured for? She liked several comments that talked about violence against Democrat members of Congress. Now, I don’t condone that crap and I don’t like it. There is no justification for calling for the death of your political opponents and serves no useful purpose whatsoever. However, does it rise up to the level of censure?
The answer is no. These were things posted prior to her being a member of Congress, and all this was out there during her campaign. The voters had their say, and she is a duly elected member of the House. If she had liked social posts calling for an elected officials’ death once elected to Congress, then you would have an argument for censure.
Congresswoman Ilhan Omar
This brings me to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar who has said some very inflammatory things, not prior to being elected to Congress, but while being a sitting member of Congress. She downplayed the 9/11 attacks saying, “some people did something.” She’s stated al-Qaeda is not that serious of a threat and blames the United States for their existence. She’s accused Jewish members of Congress of having more loyalty to Israel than they do to the United States.
And last week, Congresswoman Omar tweeted out, “We must have the same level of accountability and justice for all victims of crimes against humanity. We have seen unthinkable atrocities committed by the U.S., Hamas, Israel, Afghanistan, and the Taliban.” (Twitter)
You have a sitting member of Congress creating a moral equivalency between the United States, Israel, Hamas, and the Taliban. You have a sitting member of Congress accusing the United States of engaging in the same terrorist atrocities as the Taliban and Hamas. Congresswoman Omar is accusing the United States of crimes against humanity.
While the United States may not be perfect, and while we’ve developed some real dumb policies over the decades that have come back to haunt us, there is no moral equivalency between us and terrorist organizations.
Both Democrats and Republicans rebuked what the Congresswoman said, but that was basically as far as it went. So I want you to think about how Congresswoman Greene was treated for the things she said prior to being elected to Congress, and what Congresswoman Omar has said while being a sitting member of Congress.
Apparently, attacks and criticisms of individual members of Congress, particularly Queen Pelosi, is unacceptable and must be punished. The ruling class believes they should be immune from any attacks. However, you can call the United States a terrorist organization, and that’s only going to get tepid pushback. You can malign our country, and there are no repercussions.
Congresswoman Omar has a history of making inflammatory remarks against the United States, and what does Congress do, they passed a resolution against antisemitism a couple of years ago and didn’t specifically mention the Congresswoman. Sorry, but anything short of censure, in this case, is unacceptable.
But they’ll never do that. In fact, when Congresswoman Omar was called out for her stupid remarks, what did she do? She pulled a Tony Fauci and said any criticism of her was because everyone is Islamophobic, and they are only criticizing her because she is a black Muslim woman.
No. We are criticizing you because you made a dumb remark. It has nothing to do with your race, gender, or religion you follow. They constantly play the race card as if they are immune from everything, but I guess she is because she certainly doesn’t get the Congresswoman Greene treatment.
And of course, Congresswoman Omar said she wasn’t equating terrorist organizations to the United States. She now says that she was talking about specific incidents and not a moral comparison whatever the hell that means. And she’s off the hook for her remark as Queen Pelosi came out and said she’s happy with Congresswoman Omar’s clarification.
And just on a side note, it is abundantly clear that Congresswoman Omar despises this country. A country that has afforded her so much. A country that has allowed her to escape the poverty, destitution, and violence of Somalia, and rise up to become a duly elected member of the House of Representatives.
You would think she would show some sense of gratitude, yet she constantly denigrates the United States as a horrible country that is responsible for all the problems around the globe. It’s sickening, and I wish a real journalist would ask her, “if the United States is such a terrible country, why did you come here? What country is better than the United States?”
Seriously, she needs to be asked that, but I don’t want to waste any more time on her because she wants the attention, and she’s getting it.
Spying on Journalists/Members of Congress
I want to move to a different topic. Last week, the NY Times wrote an article about how under the Trump administration, the Department of Justice obtained subpoenas against journalists and members of Congress to listen in on their communications. Essentially spy on them.
As the usual routine, the press and members of Congress are outraged. How dare the Trump administration would do something like that. This is a threat to our democracy. The usual rhetoric. But they’re all full of crap.
I will say unequivocally, especially when it comes to journalists, even the propaganda members of the press. No administration should be able to get the records of any journalist and they should not be surveilled. I don’t care what administration is doing it. We have freedom of the press for a reason even if they lie. Even if their pieces are tabloid garbage. Even if they are fake news.
I don’t care if it’s Bush, Obama, Trump, or Biden. Wrong is wrong, and I’ll call it out every time. Remember, if you try to justify it when you support the person in power, the other side will do the same when they are in power, and they’ll take it even further.
When it comes to members of Congress, it’s slightly different, but I’ll still err on the side that the Executive Branch should not be able to surveil sitting members of Congress. Now there are questions about whether a member of Congress can be investigated and prosecuted for leaking classified information. Some legal scholars say yes, others say a member of Congress cannot be investigated and prosecuted for leaks because, under Article 1, Section 6, I call it the perks of the job section, members of Congress have Congressional immunity.
Regardless, all the people feigning outrage now, just shut up. Where was your outrage when the Obama administration was spying on journalist James Rosen, and actually wiretapped his parents’ phone? Where was the outrage when the AP was spied on and had equipment seized?
Where was the outrage when Congressman Adam Schiff, the pathetic weasel he is, when he was spying on Congressman Devin Nunes? They’ll scream that was different. Congressman Schiff was just collecting phone logs as if that’s any different.
Where was the outrage when the Central Intelligence Agency, the CIA, under John Brennan’s leadership, was spying on duly elected members of the United States? I mean you are talking about one of the most powerful, if not the most powerful, intelligence agencies in the world spying on sitting members of the United States Senate. And understand, that the CIA is not allowed to engage in intelligence gathering on U.S. soil against U.S. citizens.
I mean this is far more dangerous particularly in light of the Majority Leader’s threat that if you cross the intelligence community “they have six ways from Sunday to get back at you.” I mean that right there is frightening, and that’s where the outrage should be directed. Of course, there was no accountability. Was anyone charged or prosecuted? Was CIA director John Brennan called on to resign? Was the Obama White House accused of using the CIA as a political weapon?
But worst of all was the mass surveillance program against all citizens of the United States where the NSA was capturing all of our metadata, including phone calls, time stamps, emails, internet posts, etc. Where was the outrage about that? Where was the outrage and calls for accountability when a government agency violated every single American’s Fourth Amendment right to privacy?
Of course, there was no outrage. Funny isn’t it. It’s funny how when journalists and members of Congress are being spied on, they’re outraged. Yet, when ordinary Americans or their political opponents are being spied on, they could care less. In fact, they actually encourage and applaud it. They don’t like when it’s done to them, but for We the Peasants, they don’t care.
Talk about two sets of rules. Just stop with your phony outrage. It’s pathetic. See consistency matters, and if you haven’t been consistent. If you say nothing or justify it when one administration does it simply because you politically align with that administration, then you have no right to criticize another administration for doing it. You’ve abdicated you’re right to say anything on this matter.
When it comes to government power and abuses, I am consistent, and I will call out any abuses I see regardless of what political side of the aisle they come from. But many political slugs like to only call out their political opponents and clearly have no regard for We the people. So please spare me the fake outrage.
There’s also a lot we don’t know about the subpoenas that were issued to allow the government to surveil journalists and a couple of members of Congress.
Lies, Lies, Lies
Given all the lies we’ve been told over the years, the two sets of rules that govern American politics today are clear. Just think:
Russian collusion was a lie. Don Jr. has Wikileaks email was a lie. Bountygate was a lie. When they said the Hunter Biden emails were Russian disinformation was a lie. When they called the Wuhan Lab Leak a conspiracy theory that was a lie. When they said President Trump ordered peaceful protestors to be tear-gassed. Well, that turned out to be a lie. The protestors weren’t peaceful, and Trump didn’t order tear gas. The new Georgia election laws. More lies.
So, pardon me while I wait for more information about this issue to really find out what’s going on. I don’t just jump on a story when it breaks because oftentimes what is first reported, usually turns out to be wrong, and they do it intentionally.
Wrap-up
These are just a few examples of how we have one set of rules for the ruling elite, and another set of rules for everyone else.

Why is it okay for Hunter Biden to use racist slurs and no one says a word? Why is it okay for Congresswoman Ilhan Omar to constantly denigrate the United States and compare us to terrorist organizations? Why is it okay when one administration spies on journalists, but unacceptable when another administration does the same thing? Why is it okay when the government spies on ordinary Americans?
I challenge anyone to tell me where I’m wrong. I challenge anyone to argue there aren’t two sets of rules governing American politics today. And believe me, I could have gone on all day long pointing to other examples as well. It just so happens that these are a few examples in less than a week.
As I said at the beginning, I don’t care what your political ideology is. It doesn’t matter where you fall on the political spectrum. There should be one set of standards that apply to all of us. One. Especially when it comes to those in power.
