Episode Description
As elected officials and the ruling class tell We the People to eat cake, there is growing frustration, resentment, and anger in the United States. It seems the politicians have forgotten that they exist to serve We the People, not rule over us. The mounting fustration and anger in the United States has been increasing due to the lack of an honest news media and a lack of accountability throughout the government. As politicians, the media and the ruling class violate their own edicts and continue to ignore the legitimate grievances of ordinary Americans, the situation will only get worse.

Intro
Welcome everyone to another episode of The PAS Report Podcast.
We have a problem here in the United States. While it’s not necessarily a new problem, the problem has become glaringly obvious over the last several months, and it’s been magnified over the last few weeks.
There is growing frustration, resentment, and anger in the United States, and rightfully so.
The problem is that it appears our elected officials and civil servants seem to have forgotten that they exist to serve us, We the People. They do not exist to rule over us like little Mussolini wannabes.
But it’s actually worse than that. They continue to spit in the faces of ordinary Americans, and as the American people are suffering, having their lives upended and their livelihoods destroyed, these morons respond by telling us ‘let them eat cake.’
It’s an untenable situation, and if this continues, it will have long-lasting and damaging repercussions.
It’s time they wake-up. It’s also time we start speaking out and holding people accountable. In this episode, I’m going to discuss and provide updates on a few things going on including issues with the coronavirus restrictions and the continued fallout of the Presidential Elections.
More importantly, I’m going to explore what we, as a people, need to start doing in order to pushback against corrupt politicians, corrupt media, and a corrupt ruling class, because if things don’t start to change, the anger in the United States will continue to grow.

Tragic
What’s happening throughout the United States is nothing more than tragic. I warned from the onset of the coronavirus that we are going to face some dark times. I warned about the economic devastation. I warned about the destruction of lives and livelihoods.
I also explained how Americans would rise to the challenge. That we would be responsible, and we would do our part. And we did.
But you can only push Americans so far before we begin to pushback. We are seeing anger rise in the United States. I never thought I would see the day where we openly punish those who try to make a living, yet we allow people to riot and loot, destroying statues, monuments, and cities with impunity all in the name of social justice. I’m still waiting for someone to explain to me how burning down buildings and stealing advances social justice.
Understand that we listened to the government. We followed the rules of each state. Most Americans abided by all the unconstitutional edicts decreed by the little Mussolini wannabes, but at what point do we say enough.
I never thought I’d see the day where there are major questions about rampant fraud in the presidential election, yet if you raise questions, you’re attacked, maligned, and labeled as a conspiracy theorist intent on destroying democracy.
But who’s really destroying democracy? Who’s really destroying the Republic? Sorry, but when you are punishing people for working. When the government gets to determine who’s essential and who’s not, essentially destroying livelihoods. When there’s evidence of election fraud. When there’s evidence high-level civil servants violated policies, procedures, and laws all because they didn’t like who the American people voted for in an election. I ask again, who’s really destroying our Republic and undermining our democratic principles?
Obviously, you can tell I’m growing frustrated as well. You have to understand, I’ve been teaching for 15-years. As someone who teaches American government and politics, as well as international relations, I keep my opinions and biases to myself. I don’t indoctrinate students with conservative principles, instead, I challenge whatever preconceived biases they may have.
However, the one thing I do is always praise the United States. I always explain why the United States is the greatest country in the world, and we still are, but for how much longer if we allow the abuses to continue. How much longer will we remain the greatest country if we continue to allow the ruling elites to create this two-tiered system, where there’s one set of standards for them and those who agree with them, and then there’s another set of standards for us?
New COVID Restrictions Leads to More Anger in the United States
Just look at all the new coronavirus restrictions coming down the pike. Now I’ll remind you, don’t you find it interesting that cases were rising throughout the month of October, yet all the new restrictions began being announced after the election. Do you think that’s a coincidence?
Here’s the thing, the politicians say these measures are about saving lives, but if these measures were really about saving lives, then why weren’t these restrictions put in place as cases were rising in October? The answer is rather simple. It’s because these officials feared a backlash in the election and believed they would lose had they announced these measures prior to the election. So, if the restrictions actually work, which they don’t and I’ll get into the science in a minute, that means these officials allowed people to die from the coronavirus for political purposes. See, these officials don’t really mean what they say. They could care less about saving lives, and it’s all about politics.
Understand, we are told we must believe in science. Don’t question anything and if you do, you are a science denier. But remember what I told you months ago, what they really mean is to only believe in the science that supports their narrative. Any other science must be dismissed as junk science.
And here’s a question if all these mayors and governors believe in the science they tout, why do they continually violate their own edicts? Think about that for a second. It would be nice if we actually had an honest press that would ask that question.
Remember, the officials are telling you to be very afraid of the coronavirus. They are telling you that whoever dies from the coronavirus, it’s your fault. It’s because we are horrible, selfish human beings.
Now, I don’t want the morons out there to misconstrue what I’m saying. If you’re old, have pre-existing conditions, or fall into a high-risk category, you need to take every precaution to keep yourself and your family safe.
But we do need to ask, why do the officials want to instill massive fear in us, yet it’s clear that these same officials don’t fear getting and dying from the coronavirus?
It’s time that each and every one of us needs to open our eyes to the actual science and understand that these officials are instilling fear to increase their grip on power, and obedience and compliance are essential to that power.
Let’s take a look at the Science
These people constantly tout science. Well, science is about asking questions. It is about pushing biases. We don’t have science right now. We have political elites imposing power to rule over us, not to serve us. We have a propaganda press, beholden to their political and corporate masters, pushing a political ideology instead of finding facts and reporting actual news.
Then we have the brainwashing of a whole lot of American citizens who are engaged in nothing more than a groupthink mentality. Many of these weak-minded people cheerleading the unconstitutional mandates simply regurgitate talking points while patting themselves on the back because they believe they are morally superior, and they are saving lives.
These are the same people who will deem anyone who wants to live their lives and provide for their families as self-fish human beings.
Let’s look at the science. The first thing that is immediately clear is that lockdowns don’t work. Consider this, we went on a strict lockdown from March until June. We were initially told the lockdowns were to flatten the curve and prevent a hospital surge. We did that, yet the lockdowns persisted, and the goalposts changed.
Also, take a look at Europe where there were strict lockdowns for several months. We are now seeing a surge there as well and countries are instituting new lockdowns.
Now you have Europe and states within America reinstituting lockdowns. They say these lockdowns will only be for a couple of weeks. Sounds familiar right. It’s like déjà vu, and when a few weeks pass, they will say we need a few more weeks creating a perpetual state of lockdowns.
So, what does the science tell us? Well, it tells us that we are only postponing the inevitable. That you can slow the spread when in lockdown, but when you go to reopen parts of the economy, nature will continue to take its course. Listen to Dr. Jay Bhattachayra, from Stanford University, talk about the damage lockdowns have done and say how all we are doing is delaying rather than stopping the spread of the virus.
Play Bhattachayra Sound Clip
Understand that the elected officials and the people supporting these measures, don’t really care. They will pat themselves on the back as they view themselves as more moral than you and I, but they could care less about all the devastation lockdowns are causing economically, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
And let’s be quite honest, the lockdowns, and the partial restrictions, don’t make any real sense. Take Staten Island. South Staten Island is in the red zone. Many of you probably heard the story of Macs Public House. This is a restaurant that dared to defy Mayor DeBlasio and Emperor Cuomo by refusing to shut down. Because of this defiance, the idiot Mayor sent in the New York City Sheriff’s to shut the restaurant down, fine and arrest the owner, and pull their liquor license.
Think of these heavy-handed tactics being used to shut down a person who invested their life savings, time and effort, to build a business, only to see their own elected officials attempt to destroy their livelihoods. And when we talk about science, understand, that you can walk a block and a half north, and restaurants in that part of Staten Island are allowed to remain open. Where’s the logic and science in that? Are we really going to say that people from South Staten Island won’t take a 1-2 minute walk to dine in a different restaurant?
Understand that businesses are taking precautions to make sure their establishments are safe. It would be bad business practices if you let your clientele die unless you own a funeral home. So most businesses are being responsible, but let’s punish them anyway.
Look at the new orders by Gavin Newsom, who clearly has no fear of the coronavirus as he dines in high-end restaurants, maskless, sitting shoulder to shoulder with top medial officials. Schools closed in certain areas even know the science says that transmission rates at schools are extremely low, and it is more important for children to actually be in schools for their mental and emotional well-being, but these idiots reject that science. Playgrounds are closed. Again, this goes against science. Outdoor activity is particularly healthy, and children need to be outside, but let’s reject that science. Campgrounds are closed. I challenge anyone out there, please find me a study where it says camping is a super spreader activity. Find one. But you won’t be able to because it actually goes against science.
Or take the tyrannical mayor of Los Angeles, Garcetti. He’s a pathetic human being. He wants to send the police for anyone who is not wearing a mask outside. Well, what if I’m in front of my house or the backyard? What if I am going for a walk or a jog? If you think I’m wearing a mask outside, especially when no one else is around, you can kiss my you know what.
And Garcetti isn’t the only one, we have seen this stupid mandate in other states as well, like Massachusetts, and we all know that Biden wants a 100-day mask mandate, both indoor and outdoor, for all states, but understand there is no science that supports these measures.
In fact, according to the British Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies, outdoor mask-wearing has negligible benefits. Harvard epidemiologist, Julia Marcus, also believes these mandates are nothing more than political theater. She says, “Arbitrary public health rules are a way to break the public’s trust, which is essential to keeping people engaged in public health efforts. I think a mandate like this — that people know is arbitrary — is going to do more to reduce trust than it will to reduce infections.” (Bloomberg)
And let’s take a look at masks, because my oh my, they love their mask shaming. Most people wear a cloth mask or a surgical mask. But has anyone really looked into the effectiveness of these masks?
Let’s use our brains and consider this. We are being told that coronavirus cases are increasing because people aren’t wearing masks and complying with the unconstitutional decrees. Now, I flatly reject that notion, particularly here in New York where no matter where I go everyone wears a mask. No matter which store you walk into, everyone is complying with the rules. Sure you may have one or two people who don’t, but what are the odds those one or two people are the ones with coronavirus.
The fact is we have followed the rules and the draconian restrictions, yet cases are rising throughout the United States. It doesn’t matter if you’re in a so-called red state or blue state. It doesn’t matter if you’re in a state with heavy restrictions or more lax restrictions. The cases are rising.
So when we use our brain, we have to ask if masks significantly reduce the chances of getting coronavirus, why are cases increasing in states with strict mask mandates? Of course, idiots will scream because people are having parties in their homes and no one is wearing masks, but let’s be honest, that’s just BS. I know a lot of people and I don’t see them having these endless gatherings in their homes. It’s not like there are all these underground parties like the speakeasies during the prohibition era.
Here’s the problem, masks are providing a false sense of security. It’s the government’s way of saying, “See, we’re doing something. We’re responding to the crisis and we are being proactive.” But what they are really doing is placing the burden on you. If cases rise, it’s because people aren’t wearing masks and it’s your fault.
God forbid we place the burden where it really belongs and that’s China. The Chinese government is responsible for this mess, and I find it interesting how so many refuse to criticize the communist government and place the blame where it really belongs.
But getting back to my point on masks, their effectiveness, and the false sense of security. The N-95 masks are the most effective, but the least used masks. Their effectiveness rating is about 95%. Surgical masks are used often, and their effectiveness is about 54%. Cloth masks are the most widely used, and their effectiveness is about 3%. Yes, just 3% according to the British Medical Journal. (BJM)
So, cloth masks and surgical masks are the most widely used and only have a 3% and 54% effectiveness rating, but those aren’t the real numbers. In fact, they are dramatically lower. Well, how can that be? I must be a science denier, right? Well, no. It’s simply that I use common sense and logic.
In order to maximize the effectiveness ratings of surgical and cloth masks, it’s one and done. What I mean is the second you wear it, you throw it away, sterilize it, or wash the cloth mask after one use. Most people aren’t trained in proper PPE use outside of Public Health or Emergency Management.
And this is why mask-wearing is completely ineffective for large segments of the population. The reality is most people constantly reuse masks and will wear the same mask over and over again. They go into the store, touch everything, and when they leave, they don’t throw the mask away. Instead, they will put it in their pocket, a bag, or throw it in the car. I don’t know a single person that uses a mask once and disposes of it right afterward. Even the most ardent mask wearers will usually wear the mask throughout the day, and then may sterilize it at night.
So, think about all the germs on these masks that we are constantly reusing. The effectiveness of cloth masks was useless to begin with, and now it’s even more pathetic, and the effectiveness of surgical masks is useless as they are continually reused. That’s the actual science that no one talks about, and that’s why I say masks are actually useless and ineffective.
Let’s just say the government and the moral holy warriors truly cared about saving lives, then they should mandate that everyone has to use an N-95 mask and is required to follow all PPE guidance. Now, it’s not that I agree they should do that. What I am saying is the idea of wearing a mask for mask’s sake is nothing more than a false sense of security. You know it, I know it, and our political leaders know it, but they want to appear as if they are being proactive. That they’re doing something no matter how useless it is.
And they want to shame anyone who isn’t complying with their decrees. God forbid we speak honestly. We can’t have an honest conversation, and that’s also contributing to the growing anger in the United States.
Easy Solutions
Do you know what I would love to see? Do you want to change the dynamic? There are several simple solutions that would shut these people right up. For all those who say stay home, don’t engage with family and friends, cancel Christmas and your holidays, shut down your business, wear a mask, and on and on they go. For all those who call everyone else selfish because they are working and getting a paycheck, here’s what we need to do.
We need to pass a law that says if you are deemed an essential worker or have the capability to work from home and still receive a paycheck, you have to give up half your paycheck and it gets distributed to those who are deemed nonessential and can’t work to provide for their families. If you are a major corporation and your deemed essential, half of the company’s revenue should have to go to small businesses that are deemed nonessential.
How quickly do you think these moral holy warriors would shut-up or start screaming to reopen the economy?
It’s similar to illegal immigration. For all those that say we must allow a never-ending flow of refugees and illegal immigrants into the country, that’s fine, but let’s place those people in the communities and zip codes that can afford to take care of them instead of placing them into the communities that are struggling economically, and where schools and infrastructure are collapsing. Again, you will see how quickly, these same people change their tune.
Here at The P.A.S. Report, I don’t just complain, I provide solutions.
It’s time we stand up and speak out. We have to call out those who solely operate through hypocrisy and double standards. That includes the politicians we elect to represent us but have forgotten who they serve. We need to throw these bums out of office. I am encouraging everyone from a state that has a recall process, to recall those politicians who hold you to one standard, but they are held to a different standard. Recall those politicians who issue decree after decree, destroying lives and livelihoods, where they want to harass us into compliance, yet they flout their own edicts.
What infuriates me more than anything is when the politicians try to shame, fine, and destroy anyone who doesn’t comply with their authoritarian decrees. Well if they don’t bother to abide by their own edicts, we should bring back tar and feathering, and they should be forced to resign in shame or be impeached. Enough is enough with all the BS. Anger in the United States will only increase.
Growing Anger in the United States Over the Elections
This is why I want to switch gears and talk about the election for a few minutes because it’s in line with the theme of the show. The same officials that tell us to shut up and obey, are the same one’s trying to publicly shame anyone who dares to question the fraud that’s occurred in this election. The reality is no one wants to overturn the election, we simply want fraudulent ballots thrown out, and whoever wins, wins.
For the last four years, we have had to live under the relentless mantra of Russian interference and the integrity of our elections. However, this election has highlighted that the same people who repeated this mantra are the same ones who have little regard for election integrity.
All we have to do is look at the evolution of their narrative when it comes to the election fraud allegations. First, they claimed there was no election fraud. Then they asserted there was no widespread election fraud. This swiftly changed into the notion that some fraud happens in every election as if that’s okay. Fraud happens in every election. Get over it. Nothing to see here.
Now it’s morphed into the admission that even though some fraud occurred, it’s not enough to overturn the election. Why is this acceptable? No matter the scope of any potential fraud, it must be exposed if we want to maintain a healthy Republic.
Whether there was enough election fraud to overturn the results of the election should be completely irrelevant. The fact is that no matter how large or small the scope of the fraud, any election fraud poses a threat to our electoral process and must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
We cannot ignore the fact this election was a disaster, and there are many anomalies throughout the country that raise serious questions about the integrity of the election. Consider these key facts. Not speculation, but facts. Republicans registered far more new voters than the Democrats did in this election cycle. (Time) While this metric is always indicative of who will win a race, when combined with other factors, it gives us a pretty good indication.
Also consider that President Trump did better in nearly every key voting metric than he did in 2016, and he dramatically improved his numbers with Jewish voters, Black voters, and Hispanic Voters, winning the largest share of any Republican since President Nixon. It’s a fact that no incumbent President ever improved their numbers and lost reelection.
We also know that ballots were rejected at a far-less pace in this election than in previous elections. In some cases, it was as low as .3% where the normal average rests anywhere between 2-3%.
Also consider the fact that hundreds of witnesses have signed affidavits under the penalty of perjury that they witnessed criminal activity, election irregularities, and/or outright election fraud. Are we to suppose that all these people are misrepresenting what they witnessed? Are we to suppose hundreds of people are all lying simply because they want President Trump to win reelection? Either these people are telling the truth, or they are lying and should be prosecuted. Regardless, a large-scale investigation is necessary in order to ensure there is faith in the electoral process.
We have a failed media that refuses to address any and all questioning into allegations of election fraud, which contributes to the growing anger in the United States. The ones who are supposed to be the fourth estate ensuring honesty and integrity within the system have buried any legitimate accusations of election fraud as quickly as they buried the Hunter-Biden email scandal alleging massive corruption of the Biden family, including the former Vice President himself. Sharyl Attkisson and I discussed this on Monday’s episode so be sure to check that episode out.
But, if the shoe were on the other foot, everyone knows and would expect the former Vice President to contest the election. It’s why the Biden team hired hundreds of election lawyers in swing states. They would be just as angry, if not more so.
The propaganda press would be cheerleading the Biden effort and would cover the election fraud allegations with vigor, segment after segment, with bombshell after bombshell. The press outlets would go back to their roots conducting investigative journalism, asking election officials serious and tough questions, identifying whistleblowers, and holding officials to account.
It’s why everyone, regardless of party or political ideology, should be demanding a full-scale investigation into what exactly happened. Ballots need to be examined and cross-referenced to voter registration rolls, and election officials need to be questioned.
Closing
Unfortunately, we aren’t seeing anything like that. We have a failed press and political operatives that dismiss any allegation of potential election fraud. The lack of curiosity about what went wrong during the 2020 elections and any potential fraud is astounding. However, it’s in line with what we have witnessed over the last four years. Frankly, the lack of curiosity into all the abuses of power at the hands of the bureaucracy is frightening.
Without a serious investigation and answers to all the anomalies, nearly half the country will reject the results of the election, and contribute to the growing anger in the United States. Without accountability, nearly half the country will lose faith in the system. This is dangerous, we must ensure faith in the electoral process. Faith and sustainability in a system that has served us well over the course of the last 233 years are essential. If we want a safe, healthy, and prosperous Republic, a full election audit is now imperative.
And I don’t care what side of the political aisle you’re on. They accuse anyone who dares to question the results of the election as undermining democracy. Well, having massive election fraud is what destroys democracy. Questions are healthy. In fact, they are vital to public discourse. Think about what happens when we stop asking questions. Think about the kids. The second you stop them from asking questions, you destroy their curiosity. The same holds true for adults.
But it’s deeper than that. Remember, if you questioned the Russia investigation, you were called a Russian agent. If you questioned the rioting and looting, or the concept of critical race theory, you’re a racist. If you question boys’ transition to girls and playing girls’ sports, you’re anti-LBGTQ. If you question Islamic terrorism, you are Islamophobic. If you question the coronavirus restrictions, you’re accused of wanting people to die. All they want to do is shame and silence anyone who dissents in any way. See the pattern, these people don’t debate the merits of an issue.

And that’s the point. They are now using their power to impose their will, and as they do this, anger in the United States will continue to increase, and resentment is building. They are playing with fire in an already volatile situation, and that’s why we have to speak up and speak out. That’s why we have to protest in front of their government buildings. That’s why we need to start the recall process if we live in a state that allows it. That’s why we need to get more engaged in elections and become the poll workers. That’s why we need to get more involved in the education sector and sit on the school boards. We still control our own destiny in this country. The question is what is the destiny we want. Let that marinate for a bit.
