Intro
Welcome everyone to The P.A.S. Report Podcast.
Listen, folks, it’s clear that many of our officials, both elected and appointed, are failing the American people. They are failing the country.
Some of them are just thoroughly incompetent. Others are simply political hacks that have infected all aspects of our society and weaponized nearly every institution within America.
And it’s we the American people that suffer under this poor leadership, but we also have to accept our share of the blame. There are many who don’t know the United States. They aren’t familiar with the intent of the founding fathers. They don’t know who is responsible for what within the government. They have forgotten that limited government is essential to maintaining a free society.
Since many of us are unfamiliar with the system, throughout the decades, we’ve continually looked to the government to solve every little problem. To get involved in every single issue.
This is one of the main reasons that these idiots, our overlords, think they can do whatever the hell they want.
And I do want to make clear that I am not talking about every civil servant and every elected official. There are some good ones out there.
But we need to state the obvious, we continue to suffer under poor leadership at all levels, and within both political parties, and it is showing on both the international front and domestically here in the United States.
In this episode, I’m going to lay out the current international landscape and explain my concerns. I am going to bring up domestic issues as well that show how our officials continue to fail the American people. These failures are leading to growing instability around the world and suffering here within the United States. I’ll also talk about some of the remedies to the problems we face, and you’ll find that with a little common sense, there are remedies to the toxic poison we’re witnessing.
Now, before I jump in, make sure to visit The P.A.S. Report website, sign up for the newsletter, and follow the podcast so you’ll never miss an episode.
A World Gone Mad
Before I get to the main topic of the day, I want to briefly what’s happening in the international community because it’s important to pay attention to what’s going on in Europe and in the Pacific.
What a difference a few years makes. Years ago, the European Union was against any walls or barriers that would prevent migrants from traveling to and within Europe. This was to the dismay of several European countries who couldn’t handle the numbers that were coming into their countries.
Now, the European Union is calling for walls and barriers as it faces an unexpected surge of migrants flowing from Eastern Europe. While these migrants are coming in from Eastern Europe, most of them are from the Middle East.
Belarus seems to be the flashpoint. You have the leader, Lukashenko, who many are saying is now retaliating against the EU because of sanctions that were placed on Belarus. As those sanctions begin to impact Belarus, Lukashenko announced he would no longer abide by an agreement made with the EU designed to stem the tide of the illegal migration.
There are reports that the Lukashenko regime is actively assisting the migrants by providing them with bolt cutters to get through fences, providing safe passage, and Belarusian authorities are actively taking them to the border of Poland, Latvia, and Lithuania. (AP)
Belarusian authorities also have threatened to cut off gas supplies to Europe if Europe doesn’t back down from the sanctions.

Ukraine
At the same time, we are seeing Russia amass even more troops on Ukraine’s border. Russia has moved 100,000 troops closer to the Ukrainian border. As I always say, it’s important to pay attention to large-scale troop movements because it’s not cheap to move that number of troops. And it’s not just troops that are being moved. We are also seeing heavy military equipment be moved as well.
It costs a lot of money, and you have to be able to logistically supply those troops when they are deployed. Troops need to eat and drink. They need fuel for the military vehicles. They need ammunition and other supplies.
Also, analysts have said that some of the brigades being moved deviate from normal patterns and that these brigades are designed for an offensive military posture, not a defensive posture to protect the territorial integrity of Russia. According to a report, there are 32,000 Russian troops deployed in Crimea and 114,000 Russian troops deployed near the border of Ukraine. It includes 36 tactical battalions of which, 31 are deployed on a permanent basis. (Military Times)
So, we are witnessing a lot of unusual military activity within Russia on the border of Ukraine. But it’s not just about the Ukrainian-Russian border. Russia and Belarus routinely conduct military exercises, and after the most recent exercise, Russia left behind military equipment on the Belarus-Ukrainian border.
Russia is expanding its military footprint and tactical and strategic advantage over Ukraine. If you look at all the military deployments, you can see that Russia now has the capability to quickly move into Ukraine from the North moving South from Belarus into Ukraine. From the South moving North from Crimea into Ukraine, and from the East moving West from Russia into Ukraine.
At the same time, Russia is continuing to weaponize gas by shutting down the Yamal pipeline reducing its exports to Europe. (Spglobal) As energy markets are already stretched thin, this is causing the price of gas to surge throughout Europe.
I warned about this being a potential flashpoint all the way back in April. It’s why you pay attention to The P.A.S. Report. We are witnessing it heat up again.
Remember, as the United States is being perceived as weak and feckless, as the sole superpower is losing power and influence, it’s creating major instability throughout the international community, and our adversaries are able to take bigger risks than they normally would.
And as our officials, both Republican and Democrat, are openly talking about the possibility of Ukraine joining NATO, the situation is being exacerbated. It’s a provocation that’s completely unnecessary, but it’s because we have a lot of dumb officials in charge.
Our officials believe that threatening Ukraine entrance into NATO will force Russia to stand down, but it will have the exact opposite effect as Russia will perceive they would have limited time to act before Ukraine can join NATO and be shielded under the Article 5 charter where an attack on one NATO member is an attack on all members. Our officials don’t realize that Ukrainian NATO membership may be a red line for Russia.
This doesn’t mean conflict is inevitable, but it is certainly a situation to monitor, especially as the global economy continues to decline because of artificial manipulation and the draconian decrees throughout the pandemic. And we are now witnessing another COVID surge throughout Europe that will only exacerbate the problems. Remember, when economies decline, the chances for conflict increase.
Iraq/Iran
Moving to the Middle East, we saw an assassination attempt on the Iraqi Prime Minister, Mustafa al-Kadhimi, where three drones were used in the attack. Two were shot down, and the other was able to penetrate al-Kadhimi’s residence. The Prime Minister wasn’t injured, and we do have the drones. (AP)
It’s suspected that Iranian-backed militias within Iraq were behind the attack. If this is the case, looking at the sophistication of the attack, I have no doubt Iran’s Revolutionary Guard was involved.
These militias don’t have the technological capability to conduct such an attack, and there is no doubt Iran has lost an enormous amount of influence within Iraq, as Iranian-backed candidates and militias lost about 2/3 of their seats on the October 10th election.
Iran certainly wants power and influence over Iraq and has been causing unrest there since the fall of Saddam. This is a key strategic location, and as Iran wants to lay claim to the superpower of the Middle East, this was a direct blow to Iranian ambitions.
Of course, most of you haven’t even heard about this attack because our pathetic media industrial complex ignores international incidents like this and prefers to focus on gossip that has little to no impact on our lives.
China
The Pacific is also another area to watch although I’m not going to spend much time on it because everyone should be well aware of the increased Chinese aggression we are witnessing throughout the Pacific, particularly over Taiwan.
Last week, Australia openly stated that it would back Taiwan and the United States if China were to attack Taiwan. China quickly responded that if Australia gets involved in any conflict and warned that it would conduct a heavy attack on Australian troops and the military facilities supporting them, which essentially means Australia itself.
The Australian Defense Minister, Peter Dutton, warned that China has been clear about their intent, and it would be inconceivable to think Australia wouldn’t support Taiwan and the United States.
And if you want any signs that Australia understands the risk of conflict, look no further than how they’ve been building up and investing heavily in air defense systems to protect and maintain Australian territorial integrity. I brought that up last year, and since then, Australia has increased its defense budget 27% and plans to increase it up to 40% over the next 10-years. (ASPI)
You don’t do those types of increases, particularly at a time when there are so many economic uncertainties, unless you think a conflict is coming, and in May, a top Australian military general warned that a war with China was highly likely.

What Does This All Mean?
Why does all this matter? It matters because we are now seeing all the ingredients that can lead to a massive global conflict, and if this happens, it has all the potential to spiral out of control. Each one of these situations is dangerous on its own. Combining them makes it an even more dangerous situation.
Right now, I keep all these hotspots separate, but understand, that if one of these hotspots turns into an all-out conflict, all three can blow at the same time.
Unfortunately, the failed leadership we are witnessing here in the United States is only contributing to these flashpoints. See, Chinese officials view this administration as feckless and weak. Factor in the disaster of the withdrawal in Afghanistan, Chinese officials may believe that the United States has no stomach for another conflict. They believe we don’t have the resolve. And so, believing that they would win and be successful in taking over Taiwan, China might be encouraged to take a really dumb risk.
Hypothetically, let’s say communist China makes the calculation that they can move on Taiwan, and the United States responds to protect Taiwan’s territorial integrity. As we’re engaged in a conflict with China, Russia may see this as an opportunity to move into Ukraine knowing that Europe won’t be able to take on Russia without the United States. At the same time, Iran may think the time is right to start taking on the Iraqi government more directly.
In order to remedy the China problem, we should be coordinating with all allies. Instead of General Milley telling China that he’ll give them a heads up if an attack is imminent, both the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of State should be visiting South Korea, Japan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Australia, and India.
We do not have to issue any grand proclamations. Just the mere fact that two very high-level U.S. officials are visiting China’s adversaries would send a powerful message and would serve as a warning to China.
In addition, we can increase the pressure on China economically. I’ve been saying that since the start of the coronavirus, we should have been working with allies all over the world to hold China accountable for its lies. Had we done this, China may not be so emboldened today. Yet, they caused a worldwide pandemic, crippling nearly every nation, and all we’ve heard so far is crickets. Had we created this massive pushback against the communist regime, they may be much more conciliatory today.
When we look at Iran, instead of begging them to return to talks over their nuclear program, we should not be giving this regime anything. We gave them enough, and we should maintain the sanctions to continue to limit the Iranian government’s capabilities.
When it comes to Russia, maybe we should stop talking about Ukraine joining NATO. I think talking like this is exacerbating the situation and making it worse. And I also believe that this type of talk actually increases the risk to Ukraine and makes it more likely Russia will attack as opposed to making it less likely.
So, pay attention to the global arena. As the United States continues to be losing power and influence, more instability is created in the system. The increasing instability increases the probability of conflict. We also know that when economies are in decline, which they are, that also increases the probability of conflict.
All of this doesn’t mean that conflict is inevitable or it’s definitely going to happen. Let’s be honest, a global conflict is in no one’s interest. We all lose if this powder keg ignites a massive conflict, but it’s important to think and develop plans and policies designed to prevent these types of outcomes. You don’t dismiss these types of scenarios as far-fetched or unlikely because history is replete with examples of a country’s miscalculating and these miscalculations spark massive conflicts.
The DOJ is Fully Weaponized
You have failed leadership when it comes to international politics, and sadly, and our officials failed the American people when it comes to the domestic front as well.
Rather than focusing on the things that really matter and impact our lives, this administration has further weaponized the Department of Justice and just about every other government institution. You have nothing but ideologues and partisan hacks using their power to target their political opponents.
I’ve been documenting this abuse for quite a while now. Essentially, since I started this podcast. However, we now have more examples that further prove this point.
Last week, we saw the Department of Justice charge Steve Bannon with a contempt of Congress citation.
Congress issued Bannon a subpoena to appear before the January 6th commission. Bannon refused to comply with the subpoena stating that any conversations he had with former President Trump are executive privilege, and therefore, he doesn’t have to answer questions.
Now, Bannon could have shown up and refused to answer any questions as is his constitutional right under the 5th Amendment.
However, he didn’t and so Congress requested the DOJ move to charge Bannon with the contempt of Congress citation.
Understand, that this is the first time a contempt of Congress citation has been enforced in nearly 40-years. The last time a contempt of Congress citation was enforced was in 1983.
Here is the key question, since 1983, has anyone been issued with a contempt of Congress citation, and if so, were they charged?
The answer is yes, and just to show you how and of course it’s political. If it wasn’t political, why wasn’t Eric Holder, the former Attorney General under the Obama administration, ever charged with contempt of Congress? He failed to cooperate with Congress in the Fast and Furious investigation where the ATF flooded the cartels with American-made firearms in one of the dumbest policies in U.S. history and we are finding these guns at murder scenes throughout the United States and Mexico.
If Bannon’s charge isn’t political, then why wasn’t Lois Lerner charged with contempt of Congress where Ms. Lerner failed to cooperate with Congress when it came to her division within the IRS targeting conservative political organizations?
If Bannon’s charge isn’t political, then why wasn’t Bryan Pagliano, an IT director and Hillary Clinton aide, charged with contempt of Congress. A contempt charge should have been issued given that Congress provided a subpoena to preserve all of Hillary’s emails, yet the servers were wiped clean after the subpoena was delivered. Then he refused to appear before Congress while under subpoena and submitted a letter stating he refuses to cooperate under the 5th Amendment.
We now have validated, and it’s something I’ve been saying for the last two years, that senior FBI officials have knowingly misled Congress when it came to the Russian collusion investigation, and how many of these same officials openly lied to Congress, yet not a single one of them have been charged with perjury. What about James Clapper the former DNI Director who directly lied to the Senate when he said the NSA doesn’t spy on Americans? Why wasn’t he ever charged?
So, let’s not pretend this is anything but political. Let’s be honest. It’s all about politics. Unfortunately, the statute of limitations has run its course with the cases I mentioned.
And I want to make clear, this isn’t to defend Bannon. He should have shown up, and either pleaded the Fifth or taken a page out of the Clinton-Comey playbook and just state “I don’t recall” to every question asked. This is to say that the same standards should apply to everyone. That’s the remedy. It really is simple. You can’t pick and choose these cases. You either prosecute anyone and everyone who defies Congress, or you don’t prosecute any of them. Standards are important.
These are the types of things that they do in 3rd world countries, and it’s abundantly clear that’s exactly where we’re headed if we keep up this nonsense. It’s a disservice to the American people.
FBI Targets O’Keefe
We’re also seeing James O’Keefe and Project Veritas being targeted by the weaponized Department of Justice and the FBI.
Here’s the background. Apparently, Biden’s Daughter’s diary was stolen, and someone approached Project Veritas about it. Project Veritas couldn’t confirm its authenticity and so they didn’t report on anything about it.
Here’s where it gets bizarre. This is a diary that is considered personal property. If her diary was stolen, why would the FBI be investigating that? This would clearly fall under local law enforcement jurisdiction, yet we have the FBI acting as Biden’s personal law enforcement agency.
The FBI then issued a search warrant and seized O’Keefe’s phone and devices from Project Veritas. A few days later, emails started to leak to the New York Times as to what’s on O’Keefe’s phone. Now do the math. FBI raids and seizes O’Keefe’s electronic devices and then stories start appearing in the press clearly showing that the FBI is openly leaking information to the Press.
To all the lefties out there, do you really want to sit there and argue with me that this isn’t political? It’s clearly a tactic to instill fear and silence Project Veritas. Don’t forget how many officials have been exposed as the frauds they really are by Project Veritas.
There are many within the bureaucracy that wants to shut Project Veritas down or discredit them to put them out of business. They have a political target on their backs, and this is a direct threat to the 1st Amendment and our Freedom of the Press. Again, the remedy is simple, hold all the bums that abuse their power accountable.
Any official who weaponizes the bureaucracy for political purposes should be immediately removed from their positions. It’s an insult to the American people and shouldn’t be tolerated under any circumstances. It seems like the FBI has become nothing more than an extension of the establishment and the Democrat party.

Education System
We are not just witnessing the failure on the federal level, but our education system, and those in charge of it, are probably the best representation of how our officials are failing the American people. Not only failing the American people but demonizing them as well.
First of all, and I want to take this head-on. I am so sick and tired of hearing those in academia, the media, the school boards, and the Democrat party, repeatedly state that Critical Race Theory isn’t being taught. See, these people think the American people are dumb. They think we’re ignorant that they can blatantly lie to us.
Critical Race Theory is being taught. They may not call it that. In a lot of places, they call it Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity. In other cases, they call it by other names.
At the same time, they say CRT isn’t being taught, they label anyone who criticizes CRT as racist. It’s disgusting. They say it’s white supremacy at work. That white people feel threatened by CRT and that’s why they don’t like it. That this is nothing more than a whitelash and shows that white people want to control and dominate the system.
These people are seriously demented, and they have no substance to their arguments and that’s why they peddle in race-baiting. They routinely show their disdain for the American people.
Sorry, it’s not racism. I just don’t want kids being poisoned by this racial CRT BS. Because that’s what it is BS.
They say CRT is nothing more than teaching American history. Again, this is nothing more than BS. CRT is not American history, it’s theory. It has nothing to do with history. The core idea of CRT is that race is a social construct, and that whiteness looks to dominate the construct.
You don’t believe me, just read Ibrahim Kendi’s book, How to be An Antiracist, or read White Fragility by Robin DeAngelo or Me and White Supremacy by Layla Saad. See, books like these are the basis for many DIE programs.
It’s really insulting when these idiots tell the American people that CRT or DIE aren’t being pushed in our schools.
Target List
But it’s far worse than that. We now know that officials in several areas of the country are creating a list of parents who complain about these types of programs or that complain about kids wearing masks all day.
We know this is the case in Loudon County Virginia. It’s probably the main reason Glenn Youngkin won the governor’s race. A group of teachers compiled a list of parents who disagreed with what their children are learning. What is the purpose behind creating these lists? Are these target lists, where the children of those parents who complain will be the ones to suffer retribution? Should teachers and administrators really be creating lists targeting the American people?
But Loudon County Virginia isn’t the only place this is going on. A few days ago, Fox News reported that the president of a Scottsdale Unified School District in Scottsdale, Arizona school board has been making his own list, and the names included on the list “appears to be anyone who has spoken out about anything against the district publicly or online.”
The president of the Scottsdale Unifying School District is denying that he had anything to do with the creation of this database. According to the report, this is an extensive database that includes background checks, marital records, financial documents, professional certifications, and more. Now, what would a school board need all this information for, and does anyone really believe privacy exists anymore? When the president of a local school board can allegedly collect all this data, we have to ask what was the intent?
In another incident, you have a California school board member caught on a hot mic saying F you to a parent that was speaking. You have a teacher’s union in Rhode Island suing a school district to prevent the school district from turning over curriculums and other documents to a parent. Basically, the parent filed a FOIA request for these documents, but the union is arguing that their union member’s privacy rights outweigh the public interest.
Think about that for a second. The teacher’s union is saying that the teachers, who are public servants, that what they teach outweighs a parent’s interest in knowing what their children are learning. How demented is that?
Again, this falls in line with the theme of the entire episode, and it’s that these officials have failed the American people. They provide no real leadership, and they’ve politically weaponized all aspects of society creating the division and the uneasiness we’re witnessing.
The remedy is common sense. Get rid of these school boards. They are mostly useless anyway. But accountability must be instilled within the system at all levels.

Closing
And I’m going to be releasing an episode, probably by next week, on how we fix the education system once and for all. How we create an education system that actually educates our children and gives them a stake in the community. It’s an episode you won’t want to miss.
And then you look at the Kyle Rittenhouse trial. Normally I don’t comment on trials until the trial is over, and as of this recording, the jury hasn’t rendered a decision. However, when you watch the coverage, it’s not that it’s horrendous, it is, but it goes deeper than that. It’s sinister. The media race hustlers are out in full swing and creating racial tensions on purpose.
If you read the reports or listen to the coverage, they’ll constantly bring up how Rittenhouse is a white kid, yet they never bring up the color of the people he shot so you have a huge segment of the population that thinks Rittenhouse is a racist and killed black people. The truth is that Rittenhouse shot three people, all white, and two of them died. The media is knowingly misleading the public, and they know that their reporting is designed to stoke racial tensions. I’m sorry, but I rarely use the evil word, but how the media is reporting on this case is evil.
But keeping with the theme of this episode, I keep hearing that Rittenhouse should have never been in Kenosha in the first place. Well, these people never ask the question why was Rittenhouse and others in Kenosha? It’s simple, because of the failed leadership of the officials. Had the officials actually done their jobs and allowed the police to do their jobs, Rittenhouse wouldn’t have been there.

Instead, you have a bunch of morons who told the police to stand down and allowed the rampage throughout the city. The government of Kenosha and Wisconsin failed the people of Kenosha, and the officials are the ones who bear the responsibility for what happened.
The recurring theme of this episode is that we don’t have great leaders anymore. I could have provided a ton of examples to further prove my point, but it would take too long. Too many of the officials are ideological partisan hacks. They’re a bunch of radicals who’ve infiltrated the system over decades and don’t really care about the American people.
Don’t forget, former CIA Director John Brennan identified as a communist, and he isn’t the only one. In 2003, former FBI Director James Comey was doing an interview and said before he voted for Jimmy Carter in 1980, he was a communist. Yet, the media will constantly push the notion that Comey is a Republican because he was registered as one. Comey is nothing more than a political hack who is an authoritarian that thinks he is morally superior to everyone else.
But it really is amazing how so many of those within our government once identified with communism, and a hell of a lot of them probably still do.
But this isn’t hard people. We have the power, and we can hold our officials accountable. We can call out their feckless leadership. We can call out the weaponization of our institutions. We can highlight the abuses of power.
If the media isn’t doing it, then it’s up to us, the American people, to do it. At the same time, we have to offer solutions. We have to explain why the big government apparatus has failed. We have to explain the importance and benefits of small, limited government and restore the proper balance into the system and return the power back to the American people.
