Welcome to The P.A.S. Report Podcast.
All right everyone buckle up for another informative episode of The P.A.S. Report Podcast. If you’ve been listening to the podcast, nothing should shock you at this point. I have been sounding the alarm bells for a few years now.
But even if your new listener, and you have been listening for the last month, you are getting a better picture of what’s going on. A month ago, I broke down the double standards and the unequal application of the law. Where we have two sets of standards. One for one side that clearly shows there are many above the law in the United States- the ruling elite. Then there’s another set of standards used to target anyone who does not submit to the ruling elite.
I then did an episode laying out the abuses of power by several agencies and departments over the course of the last twenty years. I gave specific examples of these abuses and explained that we cannot blindly trust these agencies as corruption continues to fester. I also wrote an article published in The Federalist.
There’s this push within the administration, the media, and the Democrat party as a whole that we cannot question or criticize the institutions within the government. In my article, I lay out why institutions throughout our government have forfeited our trust.
Last week, I did an episode explaining the progression of the rhetoric and actions designed to target political opposition. I explained how we went from bitter clingers to domestic terrorists. I explained the timeline of the last two years where the government continues to build out the administration’s National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism to target ordinary Americans.
And I raised the question that as Commander-in-Chief, if the President and his administration truly believe the crap they’re putting out there, then doesn’t he have the solemn oath to eliminate the threat against the republic? If they don’t believe it, then what’s the end game? How far are they willing to take it?
Then you had the speech last Thursday, and I wrote another article in The Federalist pointing out that his speech was two years in the making. That it was fairly predictable, although I didn’t predict the 1930s authoritarian-style backdrop.
However, after listening to all the commentary since then, so many are missing the bigger picture. So many don’t realize that this is not about Biden or Trump, it goes much deeper than that, and I’ll explain what I mean in this episode.

It’s Not About Biden or Trump
Too many people are getting caught up in the individuals rather than the darkness of what we are witnessing. It’s not about President Biden or former President Trump. It’s about how you have this arrogant ruling class that views half the country with disdain. How they subscribe evil intent to half the country. Most importantly, it’s about how they are using the tools and power of the government to crush their political opponents.
I understand it’s always easier when you put faces to these things, but it reminds me of Hunter Biden’s laptop. There are so many who make it about Hunter Biden. I’ll admit, Hunter certainly lives an interesting life, but let’s be honest, the importance of the laptop isn’t about Hunter’s crack addiction or sex fetishes. It’s about the Biden family business and the corruption where Joe Biden used his position in power to enrich himself and his family.
But since so many focus their attention on Hunter, the democrat response is that Hunter isn’t president allowing Joe Biden to get a pass. Even down to the current investigation that’s being slow walked. It’s not that Hunter hasn’t potentially committed any crimes. The bigger question is why hasn’t an investigation been opened up into Joe Biden and his role in the scheme?
The same thing holds true right now. Everyone is pointing to President Biden as if he is the one making decisions, but remember, he is nothing more than a vessel. He reads the script that’s put in front of him. Just look at the last week. On Thursday, the President comes out to rip apart nearly 50% of the country as threats to democracy. Declaring that they are part of “an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.”
The very next day, reporter Steve Doocey asked the President directly whether Trump supporters represent a threat to America and our way of life. The President was off script and responded, “I don’t consider any Trump supporter a threat to the country.” Literally two days later, on Sunday, the President tweeted out, “MAGA proposals are a threat to the very soul of this country.” (Twitter)
We all know that the President doesn’t craft his tweets. He has a whole team that does it for him, and you can rest assured that any tweet that goes out under his account has to be approved at the highest levels. The main point I’m trying to make is that it is the entirety of his administration and the nameless faceless bureaucrats that believe this. That’s what makes it so frightening. Those in some of the highest positions of power are in charge of the most powerful institutions within the bureaucracy. Institutions that have the capabilities to destroy people’s lives and livelihoods.
Listen Closely to What They are Saying
This brings me to my second point, and you have to listen closely to what they are really saying. Some want to keep their heads buried in the sand. Others continue to lie to themselves. Then you have those living in fantasy land, and I include Republicans in that.
Unfortunately, you have so many people in the United States that lack the ability to think critically. There are so many who argue with me that they are not talking about all Republicans, they are talking about MAGA republicans. They say that any who accuses this administration of trying to target political opposition and label opponents as domestic terrorists are nothing more than a conspiracy theory. Well, if you’re not a fascist, why are you getting mad? That’s how dumb some people are. It reminds me of the Patriot Act and if you opposed it, someone would say that if you’re not doing anything wrong, you shouldn’t worry. How well did that work out for us?
See, as a people, Americans are very literal and if it doesn’t come directly from someone’s mouth or if there isn’t a smoking gun, many deny the obvious. It’s like when Trump sarcastically said that Putin should release Hillary’s emails. Anyone with a brain, common sense and a sense of humor knew that Trump was being sarcastic and making a joke. But it sent the media, the talking heads, and the democrats into a frenzy. See, he’s working with Putin. He’s a Russian plant. He’s colluding.
Instead, those who support the current President will say, “The President never said he was going to label political opponents as domestic terrorists. You’re misconstruing what he said.”
And of course, the President is not going to go out there and say, “Hey, my administration wants to target our political opponents so that we can control the power within the government.” Of course, I will never be able to provide a smoking gun email from the President that says, “Hey, Garland. I want you to use the FBI to target my political opponents,” because that’s not the way things are done. So, because President Biden and his administration haven’t come out and explicitly state their intentions, his supporters will ignore the mounting evidence.
Have Violent Threats Against the FBI Increased?
Here’s a better example. The administration and the FBI continue to say that violent threats against the FBI have increased exponentially. You had the Attorney General come out and state that those questioning the professionalism and integrity of the FBI are what’s behind the increase in violent threats.
So just because they say violent threats are increasing, there are so many people who just run with that. But here’s the thing. We have tons of criminal statutes making it illegal to threaten federal officials. We are talking about the most capable and powerful law enforcement agency on the face of the planet. When we bring in the other law enforcement and intelligence agencies, they monitor everything.
If anyone is making threats, they see the posts. They know the names. They know the computers being used. They know the names. They know residential addresses. If someone calls in with a violent threat, they know the cell phone tower used. They know the phone number. They know who the phone is registered to and where the phone was purchased.
Knowing this, I know it is hard for a lot of people, but let’s use our brains. Knowing that the government has these capabilities, if there are all these violent threats against the FBI, why haven’t they arrested those making the threats? That’s a serious question I posed to a friend of mine on the opposite side of the aisle. They said that the FBI was overwhelmed because of the millions of Trump supporters making these threats.
I responded to him by saying, “so, you’re telling me that with the nearly 8,000 special agents, and a support staff of nearly 11,000, as well as nearly 15,000 contractors, you’re telling me that they don’t have the resources to make some arrests out of the millions of threats coming in? Is that what you’re really going with?”
Of course, he had no real response because when you use logic and reason, how would he be able to respond? I mean if there were all these threats coming in, the best way to put an end to that is to perp walk a bunch of people to serve as a deterrent to anyone else thinking about making threats against the FBI.
If you are dumb enough to make violent threats against anyone, including federal officials, you should be arrested and thrown in prison, but just because the government comes out and says something is happening, doesn’t necessarily make it true.
While I do not doubt that some unstable morons were making violent threats against the FBI, which is unacceptable, I do doubt what the administration officials say especially given the lack of arrests and data.
However, it goes deeper than that. If they really cared about threats against public officials, why would Illinois make threatening officials a non-detainable offense through the SAFE-T Act? It’s like when they scream about gun violence, but don’t enforce the gun laws already on the books where they don’t even bring charges against those who are arrested for illegally possessing a firearm. They don’t care and that’s obvious.

Matching Up Words and Actions
While you have to pay attention to the words, you also have to take the rhetoric and match it up to the actions of the administration. To the policies of the administration, and that’s exactly what I have done over the last month or so.
I explained the entire timeline behind the evolution where we went from bitter clingers to deplorables to domestic terrorists. I laid out the policy in the National Strategy and I’ve provided irrefutable evidence of how they continue to build out this strategy. You can ignore the evidence all you want, but just because someone chooses to ignore it, it doesn’t make the evidence any less damning and frightening. It doesn’t change the fact that something very dark and sinister is going on.
And for those that simply chalk these statements up to midterm campaign rhetoric. This is not campaign rhetoric. It goes well beyond campaign rhetoric. This inflammatory rhetoric is by design, and if you listen closely, you can begin to realize that it’s not about Trump either.
Again, while the administration tries to put a face on it, it goes far beyond the former President. Notice how President Biden, his administration, and those in the media will start off using the phrase MAGA republicans, but right after that they change it and say, “Trump and his supporters.”
When using the phrase Trump and his supporters, you are going far beyond MAGA republicans, you are going far beyond Republicans as a whole. Consider that 74 million Americans supported the former president in the last election.
They weren’t all Republicans that supported the former President. Millions of independents, libertarians, and non-affiliated voters support him as well. Don’t forget how the former CIA director compared libertarians to white supremacists and domestic terrorists. Even some disaffected democrats supported the former President.
They intentionally start with the phrase MAGA republicans, and they will pepper it in here and there, but that’s simply to provide them cover. An escape hatch if you will. However, it’s really about anyone who supports the former President regardless of how they are registered to vote.
Remember those in government are wordsmiths. Every word is carefully crafted, and every sentence is designed to invoke a reaction. It is not by accident that they switch from MAGA republicans to Trump and his supporters. It’s by design and it’s a rhetorical tactic.
It’s About You, not the former President
To them, it’s not the former President that they view as dangerous, it’s you. You are the real threat to democracy, the real domestic terrorists, the real semi-fascists. Anyone who disagrees with their narrow-minded point of view represents the existential threat that they are talking about.
How can I say that? Easy. Again, just look at their words and policies. If we look at President Biden’s Thursday night speech, crafted by the nameless, faceless bureaucrats, and approved by people like the chief of staff, Ron Klain, he brought policies into the speech. Just think about where he said they want to take away your right to choose.
So, it’s not about Trump. It’s about policy. Also, I find it amazing how ever since Roe v. Wade, it has always been well established that you had two sides, pro-life and pro-choice.
I get that the majority of Americans want abortion to be legal with strict rules in place. However, regardless of where you stand on the issue, when did we begin classifying those that are prolife as threats to democracy? When did they become semi-fascist? If we are going to talk about radical, maybe we should look into those that advocate for abortion anytime, anywhere, including up to the ninth month of pregnancy, and in some cases, even after the baby is born as the former Governor of Virginia advocated for.
And it’s not just about abortion. He said that Republicans don’t want you to marry the person you love. No serious Republican is talking about anything that has to do with marriage. He stated that Republicans want to end contraception. No serious Republican has called for an end to birth control. So, the President and his administration went out there to knowingly push lies in his effort to brand anyone who opposes the Democrats as a domestic enemy. A threat to democracy.
Think back to the coronavirus where anyone who questioned the mandates was routinely attacked. Accused of wanting people to die. Where you had over 1,200 public health officials declare any person protesting these unconstitutional mandates as pushing white nationalist and white supremacist ideology. Then you factor in the National Strategy which claims that anyone who dissents from the narrative, and questions the response and science of the pandemic may be inciting domestic violent extremism.
Or what about Pillar 4 of the National Strategy stating that the only way to combat domestic terrorism over the long term is to implement strict gun control? Infect our schools with CRT/DEI programs. Institute this idea of equity throughout all aspects of society. These are policies, and what this administration is saying is that if you disagree with these policies, you may be a domestic terrorist.
Or what about when some on the left, and within the Democrat party, call to criminalize anyone who questions and raises doubts about climate change? Those who are opposed to the Democrat’s radical climate agenda are routinely targeted as climate deniers that want people to die. What about those opposed to the so-called Inflation Reduction Act which does nothing to lower inflation? Well, according to this administration, they’re all MAGA republicans.
I mean most of the issues I just mentioned, there were always two sides, but now you have one-side accusing the other side of being a threat to democracy when they don’t support the Democrat policies and the media happily pushes the narrative. You get accused of undermining our institutions whenever you question or criticize them. When you point out specific examples of the abuses of power you are accused of undermining trust in our institutions. Are you kidding me? These institutions did it to themselves.
Only Democrats Can Question Elections
And when you point those things out, they immediately go to questioning the integrity of elections and January 6th.
See, you’re not allowed to ask questions about Zuckerberg injecting $400 million, essentially taking over local election operations. You are not allowed to ask questions as to why big tech, the media, and 51 or 52 former senior-level intelligence and law enforcement officials declared and censored any talk about the Biden laptop as Russian disinformation even though they knew damn well it wasn’t.
And now we learned that the FBI, yes, the same FBI that has been politically weaponized for years, went to Facebook to push them to censor posts involving the Biden laptop. And you can bet that if they went to Facebook, they went to the other social media companies as well.
Funny how these frauds now care about the integrity of elections. See, they have short memories. They seem to forget that they challenged the 2000 election, but let’s just say I cut them some slack with that one.
Well, why did they challenge the 2004 election even though George W. Handily beat John Kerry, also known as Lurch?
They forget that Trump had a decisive electoral victory in 2016, yet Democrats challenged that election as well. For God’s sake, Hillary was blaming everything and everyone for her loss, even Macedonian content farmers. Hillary still hasn’t accepted the results of the 2016 elections. The same Hillary Clinton that said that Biden should not concede under any circumstance.
Then you have the so-called Transition Integrity Project, they claim they are nonpartisan, but the Transition Integrity Project consisted of democrats and never-trumpers and was financed by a bunch of Soros groups. I mean who the hell runs election simulation war games?
These people forget that they were the ones who started the not my president hashtag campaign when President Trump was in office. They were the ones who constantly questioned the legitimacy of the 2016 elections, and they unleashed the full power and authority of the bureaucracy to target a duly elected president, but they ignore that.
What about Stacey Abrams refusing to accept the Georgia gubernatorial election in 2018?
My goodness, these are the same people that have been questioning the legitimacy of the 2022 midterm elections that haven’t even happened yet. They are already questioning the results of the election.
In January, President Biden was asked if he believed the 2022 elections will be fairly conducted and its results will be legitimate. President Biden responded, “I’m not saying it’s going to be legit. The increase and the prospect of it being illegitimate is in direct proportion to us not being able to get these reforms passed.”
The House Majority Leader, Steny Hoyer, agreed with President Biden when asked whether he supported Biden questioning the integrity of an election that hasn’t yet happened.
Senator Chris Murphy said that he worries that changes to Georgia’s voter laws, which they routinely lied about, will “ultimately result in the loser being declared a winner.”
Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Beson is warning of Republican violence and disruption without providing any evidence.
Congressman James Clyburn also said that he is concerned that the midterm elections won’t be legitimate unless the federal government takes election operations out of state hands.
They’re Labeling Political Opposition as Violent, but Where is the Political Violence
Now to January 6th because they seem to think they can keep pushing the political violence narrative. First of all, nearly every Republican and Conservative I know condemned the riot at the Capitol and called for anyone who broke laws to be prosecuted.
However, we don’t believe it was an insurrection like they keep pushing, and we do question the treatment that those arrested are receiving with some of the people still stuck in solitary confinement for over a year, and they will remain in solitary confinement until their trial. This is a violation of both the right to a quick and speedy trial as well as a ban on cruel and unusual punishment.
But more to the point. January 6th was a riot that lasted a few hours, and out of the million plus people that attended protests, it was a few hundred people that went into the Capitol.
They keep using this to say those who voted for the former President are politically violent, but name me an incident since then? Not for nothing, but cities around the United States are becoming unlivable. Random assaults, looting, car thefts, murders, and homeless camps all over the place. People have to live like prisoners in their own homes because they’re afraid to walk the streets.
But they want you to ignore all that. These same people didn’t care when police stations were being burned down. When businesses were being destroyed, ultimately destroying the livelihoods of the employees and the business owners. When statues and monuments were being desecrated. When federal buildings were being attacked, that was all okay because those were just fiery peaceful protests.
It goes far beyond hypocrisy.

They Want the Violence
And understand, many within the power structure want violence, and I don’t say that lightly. Just look at all this talk of a civil war.
While some people are posting this nonsense, it is the media driving the narrative. Just do a quick google search of civil war, and you will see headline after headline about crazy right-wingers fermenting civil war.
All this talk of civil war is nonsense, and sometimes you need to turn off the news because they are out of touch with reality. First off, it’s not like we are seeing roving mobs of democrats and republicans battling in the streets. We coexist well together. We go shop at the same grocery stores. We shop at the same stores. We attend the same schools. We live in the same neighborhoods, and we generally get along with each other.
Second, and this is no offense to the younger generations, but do you believe that the current generations have the grit to fight a civil war? Do you really think people with their man buns and skinny jeans are ready for a battlefield? If you cut off internet access, how many people would go into full meltdown mode?
Most importantly, we don’t want civil war because we know we all lose, and our way of life will forever change. We know that once we go down that road, there is no return. We know that if civil war breaks out, everything that we take for granted today, every luxury we have like dining out, air conditioning, electricity, and clean water, is gone.
Every community, every block is filled with republicans and democrats, conservatives and progressives, libertarians and independents. So, are we going to engage in urban warfare on every block going house to house? Are we going to engage in hand-to-hand combat with our neighbors who we’ve hung out with, shared a beer with, raised families together, and socialized with?
Have they thought about what a real civil war actually means? Are you prepared for civil society to collapse?
But there is a reason they push this narrative, and what you have to worry about is that the more they push this narrative, the more it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. The power the government continues to usurp from the people, and wield that power against their political opposition, the closer we inch to conflict.

Whether they know it or not, they are creating the next Timothy McVeigh, and some want something to happen because they will use it as justification to target their political opponents. They’ll scream see. We told you they are violent. That they want to destroy America and our way of life.
All it takes is one fool to do something and everything will change. They know that there are a lot of very unstable people out there on all sides, yet they keep pushing. That’s what frightens me.
But, But, But, The Republicans Engage in the Same Tactics
I can hear people on the left now…but, but, but, Republicans engage in the same tactics. They use words like socialist, Communist, and Marxist when talking about their political opponents.
Yeah, that’s true, but there are several differences. First off, you don’t hear Republicans use words like purge, deprogram, reeducate, or eradicate when talking about their political opponents.
We also don’t declare that anyone that supported Biden is an enemy of the state. We don’t call those who voted for President Biden domestic terrorists.
They’ll scream, but Trump called Democrats fascists, and my response is what’s your point? First off, you don’t justify bad behavior by pointing to other bad behavior. Secondly, it’s not about being called a fascist. Democrats have labeled millions of Americans racist, xenophobic, bigots, misogynist, and fascist for years. It’s the fact that the former President didn’t embark on a campaign to target ordinary Americans and label them as domestic terrorists. More importantly, He didn’t unleash the highest and most powerful institutions within our government to target political opponents.
And you have Democrats in office that openly state they’re socialist. They openly push socialist and Marxist policies, but here is the key difference. Take people like Senator Sanders and Congresswoman AOC. They routinely spout socialist/Marxist philosophies and policies. I have never heard a Republican or Conservative say that they should be labeled as domestic enemies. Certainly, no Republican in a position of power. No one has said they can’t believe in socialist policies. They are allowed to believe what they want. It’s called freedom of thought. We will point out the destructive nature of Marxist and socialist policies.
There is only one side that uses words like purge, re-educate, deprogram, and eradicate when they talk about political opposition. That’s the difference.
Find the perfect tires!
Don’t Take the Bait
Again, it’s not about Biden or Trump. It’s about you. Be smart and don’t take the bait. Unfortunately, the former President is continuing to take the bait and plays right into the Democrat’s hands.
This is where the former President falls for it every time. Listen, I understand that he is bitter and angry. I would be too. I don’t know a single person that would be able to weather the relentless assaults. From investigation to investigation, two impeachments, the nonstop leaking of false information. Anyone else wouldn’t have been able to withstand this assault.
But why play their game and do what they want? The former President constantly brings up things he shouldn’t, and he constantly says the things that Democrats want him to say.
Take last week, when the former President stated that we should hold new elections and he should be reinstated as President. Why even say that? Why go down that road? Ask yourself, if he plans on running in 2024, do you believe statements like that are going to draw in any new voters?
His base is already with him so there is no point to make statements like this because no one who is on the fence is going to say, “now I support him.” Instead, they’ll just stay home because they don’t like the current President either.
I’m on record with my thoughts about the 2020 elections and all the BS that took place, but statements like that don’t help him and you’re just giving the Democrats ammunition.
When he gave the rally the other day, why even call President Biden an enemy of the state? President Biden and his administration have revealed themselves for who they are, and the media was covering Biden’s speech so why give them an excuse to change the news cycle? It doesn’t make any sense.
Listen, the Biden administration is a disaster on every front, whether it’s the economy, inflation, energy, the supply chain, education, or international affairs. You name it and they’ve screwed it up. That should be the story.
Don’t take attention away from the failures because the talking heads are looking for any excuse not to cover these failures. Don’t give them what they want.
Just remind people what the economy and gas prices were like when you were President. Remind people of the stability within the international community. Remind people of the opportunity zones. Remind people that they had good-paying jobs and how the median income shot up without being eaten away by inflation.
That’s what people have a hunger for, and that’s what will draw in new voters. Let others talk about the grievances.

Closing
President Biden’s speech was dark, gloomy, and filled with contradictions. The speech was not intended to unite Americans, nor was it meant to win over any new voters. While President Biden stated he “will not let anything tear us apart,” the speech was intended to do just that — by instilling fear and targeting his political opposition.
That’s why it’s important not to lose sight of the bigger picture. That it’s not about Biden or Trump. It’s about every single American.

I harp on the threat the National Strategy poses to every single American, and I have been calling out the abuses of power for several years. We have to be aware of what’s going on.
As we head into the 21st anniversary of 9/11, we have to remember who we are as Americans. We have to remember that we live in the greatest country in the world. We have to remember that it’s We the People that make this country great, not the government.
As for 9/11, I’m going to have a very special episode with some great guests. It was a day that scarred this nation, and while we saw the worst in humanity when a bunch of Islamic radicals from al-Qaeda used our planes as weapons of mass destruction against us, murdering thousands of innocent Americans, it was also a day where we saw the best of humanity.
