Welcome to The PAS Report Podcast. This is your host Nick Giordano. Entering Week 8 of the lockdown in New York, and in other states. I can’t believe we will be approaching the two-month mark soon. It is insane when you think about how our lives have changed.

In any event, today I am bringing in a great guest. I have Justin Danhof coming in. Justin is the General Counsel of the National Center for Public Policy and Director of the Free Enterprise Project. Justin is on the frontlines fighting against liberal activism. Over the years, the far-left has engaged in what’s called shareholder activism where they bully corporations to take up liberal causes pushing social and governance issues, silencing conservatives, and marginalizing their customer base.

He is someone who believes in the free market system. More importantly, he is someone who believes in the Constitution and fights against those who are trying to silence and censor others. Justin is on the front, and he is fighting back against corporate America that puts its political wants ahead of the needs of its employees, investors, and customers.
