Media Blackout on Out-of-Control Migrant Crime

Since Trump ran for president in 2016, the left-wing dominated media has consistently and boldly lied to our faces, often denying truths we can see with our own eyes. There is no better example of this than the complete obliteration of our Southern Border, courtesy of the Biden Administration. Since Biden took office in 2021, there have been over 6 million encounters with illegal migrants at the border and 1.7 million known gotaways – these are the illegals whose whereabouts within our country are unknown to authorities. Keep in mind, that these numbers exclude all the people who illegally crossed unbeknownst to Customs and Border Protection. It is a large increase compared to encounters during the Trump Administration. The reason is obvious, as his strong stance against illegal immigration deterred millions from making the dangerous journey here.

First, I would like to point out that there is a difference between legal and illegal immigration – the far-left has blurred the merits of this point by equating the two when broaching the topic. The vast majority of Americans welcome legal immigrants into our country, however, the flow of illegal immigration is undoubtedly interfering with the quality of life for the average American citizen. Besides being a huge drain on our economy and healthcare system, and negatively impacting the quality of education for our youth – something that is already in tatters, illegal immigration is also bringing a tsunami of crime.

These crimes range from DWI incidents that either kill Americans or cost them large sums of money, as these individuals do not have insurance, to identity theft, assault, kidnapping, rape, and murder. Recently, there has been a string of brutal and shocking crimes perpetrated by illegals aliens. One disgusting element is that many in the media, when reporting on these crimes, omit the fact that an illegal migrant committed the offense.

Rachel Morin, a beautiful 37-year-old mom of five children was raped and murdered in Maryland by Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez – an illegal immigrant. I read about this vicious crime in USA Today. Not only does the author of the report neglect to state the fact that this loathsome individual was an illegal in his headline; he never reveals this important bit of information at all! Instead, Martinez-Hernandez is referred to as “an El Salvadorian citizen” toward the end of the article.

Another incident involved Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, an Ecuadorian illegal, who violently attacked a 13-year-old boy and girl in Queens in the middle of the day. The illegal migrant, who was wielding a machete-like weapon, tied the children up and raped the girl. Those children will be haunted by this malicious act of violence for the rest of their lives. Once again, the news article I linked on this story from ABC News, refuses to mention that this man was here illegally. Instead, they refer to him simply as an “Ecuadorian man.” Luckily, some individuals in the neighborhood recognized the man from police photos distributed in the area. Upon realizing that this was the monster that ruined the lives of two innocent children, local residents sprung into action, punching and kicking the man and detaining him until police arrived. At least some semblance of justice was rendered. It’s important to point out that like so many of these incidents, this individual had committed prior crimes and was ordered by an immigration judge to be removed from our country two years ago.

Jocelyn Nungaray, a 12-year-old girl from Houston Texas was murdered last week by two repugnant illegal migrants, Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel and Franklin Pena. The duo lured young Jocelyn to a convenience store and then to an area by a bridge, where she was strangled to death and left in a creek. Once again, the report linked from NBC News fails to mention in the headline or the article that these men were illegal immigrants. Toward the end of the article, it was revealed that the suspects had immigration violations on their record – that’s it. These two animals entered the country illegally a few months ago from Venezuela. They had previously been arrested by Border Patrol but then were released with an order to appear in court sometime in the future. What an unthinkable but preventable tragedy.

What is it going to take for our government to put the lives and well-being of its citizens first? What’s it going to take for the media to report on these cases accurately and honestly? Why is the illegal immigrant always given the benefit of the doubt? No matter what happens in November, the country must galvanize and demand sound immigration policy, otherwise, tragedies like these will increase exponentially.
