Intro
Welcome everyone to The P.A.S. Report Podcast.
For far too long, many Americans took a hands-off approach when it comes to politics. Many believed that the government was operating in good faith, and many were consumed with all of life’s distractions.
Then you have others who became disenfranchised by the system. They felt ignored. They felt the system is rigged so why bother getting involved when the outcome is already set. They essentially gave up, and as the years went on, they have completely disengaged from the political process.
However, something has happened. Something has changed, and there are many who don’t yet realize it, but an uprising has started. See, you can only push people so far before they begin to snap back and we’re witnessing that now.
People are tired of the officials acting as petty tyrants rather than the public servants they’re supposed to be. People are fed up with the ‘let them eat cake’ attitude of both elected and appointed officials. People are pushing back against the growing authoritarianism we’re witnessing.
The officials I’m talking about got a little too comfortable. They’ve forgotten that they are public servants, meaning they are there to serve the public. Instead, they’ve let their power go to their heads and now view themselves as rulers as opposed to public servants. They believe they’re smarter than the peasant class, and that the public exists to serve them.
However, those days are quickly coming to an end. Millions of ordinary Americans are waking up to the fact that something isn’t right. That the bureaucracy has become rotten to the core. That rather than engage in debate and dialogue, the public virtue signalers and the moral holy warriors want you to shut up and obey.
The American people have awoken from their long slumber, and they’re not taking it anymore. If Americans keep up the pressure, perhaps, we can foster much-needed change, and maybe we can restore limited government the way it was intended.
However, the people need to keep it up. They need to keep speaking out. We can’t just feign outrage, and then move on after a little time. That’s been the problem throughout the last few decades.
We get mad, we speak up, and then we retreat back to our lives without ever accomplishing anything. The only way to foster change and return power to the rightful authority, We the People, have to keep moving forward.
That’s going to be the focus of this episode. I’ll show how the government has pushed the people way too much, and what people are doing about it. I’ll provide examples of how the government and the officials have pushed Americans way too far, and why the people are sick and tired of all the BS.
I’ll provide examples of how this uprising is succeeding and why ordinary Americans need to stay the course.
And I’ll explain why you need to ignore all the naysayers. You need to ignore the people that we are too far gone. That we can’t really make changes. That the game is rigged and what we do doesn’t really matter. I implore each and every one of you to ignore these fools.

The People Really Hold the Power
Many don’t realize it, but the people are the ones who really hold the power. Ordinary Americans just haven’t exerted their power and influence over the system in decades. While some go and vote, for so many, our civic obligations end there, where, in reality, we have that’s simply where our civic responsibilities begin.
But it’s not that we just failed to exert our power and influence, it’s also because some have encouraged the government to usurp the power and authority of the people. Some have called for more government control.
It’s not that people had ill intent. It’s not that these people want authoritarianism. It’s because they’ve been conditioned to think that the government can solve every problem. They’ve been conditioned to think that only government can keep them safe and secure.
Think about 9/11 and the PATRIOT Act, where we transferred an enormous amount of power to the government in the name of combating terrorism, and many of these same people never realized that the bureaucrats in office would ultimately use these powers against ordinary Americans.
They’ve forgotten that free societies come with risks, and since we haven’t really been taught why liberty is so important, we lack an appreciation for this concept.
Since many within current generations haven’t really had to sacrifice to preserve our liberty, many have taken it for granted and don’t realize how important it really is.
But understand, that our power is baked into the American DNA. It goes to the start of the United States emerging as an independent country. All you have to do is simply read the Declaration of Independence. Thomas Jefferson, assisted by John Adams and Benjamin Franklin, makes it crystal clear as to what our role and responsibilities are within the system, and how we are the ones with the power.
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.”
Now, they also explain how governments should not be changed for “light and transient causes.” What we are witnessing today goes beyond light and transient causes. It’s not like the problem is a simple policy dispute. It goes far beyond that.
What we are witnessing today is the complete disregard for our Constitution, and the officials have shown a complete disregard for the people they’ve sworn to serve.
In August, I did an episode titled, Are We Really a Free People: A Tale of Two America’s. In that episode, I demonstrate how 8 out of the first 10 Amendments are routinely being violated.
Since the Coronavirus pandemic began, and even before that, I explained how the Executive branch has an enormous amount of power, and the Legislative branch has failed to provide a check on that power. Since I started the podcast, I’ve been highlighting the abuse of power of the bureaucracy, and I have clearly explained how many of our institutions have become thoroughly corrupt.
We are witnessing the emergence of an authoritarian state, where We the People are expected to bow before the ruling class, keep our mouths shut, and just follow the orders given.
This cuts across political ideology, and it transcends our differences on the issues. There is a reason Americans are mad. It’s not because they’re racists or bigots. It’s not because of white supremacy or systemic racism. It’s not because they’re crazy conspiracy theorists.
People are mad because those in power continually show a complete disregard for the people they’re supposed to be serving. They have turned their backs on ordinary Americans. They dismiss their grievances.
People are rising up because they are tired of being talked down to. They’re tired of being ignored. They’re tired of the ruling elite demeaning everyday, hard-working Americans.
And there is a multitude of issues where we see this day in and day out, but I want to focus on three issues.

Backlash Against School Boards
The first area we can look at is what’s going on with the schools. I harped enough on the national School Boards Association and how they want ordinary Americans to be investigated under the PATRIOT Act and declared domestic terrorists, so I don’t want to harp on that aspect.
What I do want to do is focus on this sound clip because it really epitomizes exactly what I mean. So, I’m going to play this clip in two parts. Take a listen to the first part.
Sound Clip 1- School Board
Ultimately, the guy gave his address and was allowed to speak, but who the hell do these people think they are. Here’s a guy who lives in the district and didn’t want to give his address because he is worried about being targeted by the far-left.
See, the whole domestic terrorism thing was designed to intimidate parents and instill fear in an effort to shut them up. This is another tactic they are using. School boards around the country are now requiring an address to be provided. This is something that hasn’t really been done before.
The school boards are trying to defend the move saying that outside agitators are coming to their school board meetings even though they may not be part of the district. To that, I say so what? First of all, the overwhelming majority of school board meetings consist of parents and community members who are concerned about the draconian decrees and the CRT curriculums.
Secondly, even if they are not part of the district, they still have a right to speak. They pay taxes. State tax monies go to every school district throughout the state, and so they have every right to speak out because they are concerned about how their tax dollars are being used.
What do you think would have happened if the person that was speaking said, “I’ll only provide my address if every member of the schoolboards provides their home address?”
Do you think the members of the school board would have provided their address, or do you think they would have cut off his mic and called the police to remove the person?
Why is it that ordinary people have to provide their home address on the record, but the members of the school board think they don’t have to provide their home addresses? Of course, they will say it’s to protect the members of the school board, but you and I both know that’s BS.
However, the second clip I’m going to play is even worse. It’s worse because school boards around the country have been changing the rules of who can speak at school boards. They’re now changing what is considered acceptable speech. They’re limiting the duration, how long someone can speak, and they’re also deciding what topics can be spoken about. Take a listen.

You hear that. You are not allowed to call out the ruling class elites by name. If you dare speak the names of your overlords, you will lose your right to speak. You can’t call out teachers or administrators either. It doesn’t matter if they’re failing to do their jobs. It doesn’t matter if they may be trying to indoctrinate your children or cover up sexual assaults. If you call out a specific person, you’re done.
Ironically, these school boards will call the police to have you removed if you violate their rules. These are the same schools that are incorporating CRT and diversity, inclusion, and equity, curriculums where these programs slam law enforcement.
This is directly from the NYS Board of Regents, and they say, “The senseless, brutal killing of Black and Brown men and women at the hands of law enforcement – and the ensuing demands for real and enduring racial justice in the face of this inhumanity,” and that’s similar to language used in most schools. Yet, it amazes me how these school board members will malign the police but call them when they don’t like the tone of the parents.
If anyone dares to call out a name of a school board member or staff, the school board will adjourn the meeting, and the person would be barred from all future board meetings. Who do these people think they are?
And if you applaud what a parent says, that’s a no-no according to these tyrants. You can’t express any type of support for parents. And what do they count as grandstanding? These same blowhards constantly grandstand, yet they think their voice is more important than yours.
Finally, you are only allowed to speak to what’s on the board’s agenda. They will decide what you can speak about. Do you think they’re going to put the controversial issues like masking the kids and CRT on the agenda or do you think they are going to leave these off the agenda? Basically, the school board thinks it can determine the topics parents can talk about.
They have nerve and this is exactly what I’m talking about that these public servants believe you exist to serve them, but I got news for them. That’s not the way it works.

First Responders Have Become Enemies of the State
We also continue to witness the public servants take on the first responders who have now been deemed enemies of the state. This is happening all over the country, and no where is it more pronounced than in New York City where tens of thousands of police, firefighters, EMS workers, as well as sanitation workers, are telling Comrade DeBlasio that he doesn’t get to unilaterally declare that they get the vaccine.
As stated by these first responders and sanitation workers, they are not anti-vaxx like the left likes to portray them. They are against one person unilaterally decreeing healthcare decisions that they should be making themselves and with their doctors.
This is a problem the government created. See, those in power didn’t care what these people thought. They didn’t care about their questions or concerns. Instead, they wanted to demonize these brave men and women as fringe lunatics that would ultimately capitulate.
You can only coerce people so much, and the first responders have remained firm. The overlords boxed themselves into a corner and didn’t leave themselves out. They didn’t realize how fed-up people are and how they’re pushing back.
One of the main rules of politics is to always leave yourself an out and this mandate policy exemplifies why, and New York City is showing that. As a result of the ill-thought-out policy, a source tells me that over 8,000 police are off the beat. Some estimate it’s over 10,000 uniformed police officers. 18 fire companies are out of service, and over 150 ambulances buses are not operational.
This is going to be catastrophic for the City, and that’s how short-sighted the overlords are. They say getting vaccinated is in the name of saving lives. However, here’s the interesting part, if you’re vaccinated, & a vaccinated person transmits COVID, you’re protected & symptoms are less severe. If you’re vaccinated, & an unvaccinated person transmits COVID, you’re protected & symptoms are less severe.
When you look at it from that perspective, what’s the problem & why the need for mandates? So, in the name of saving lives because of the mandates, how many people will die with thousands of officers off the beats? How many more people will die with fire companies out of service? How many will die with hundreds of EMT buses off the road? Does any of that make sense?
And New York City is in such a desperate position. Now, the solution is easy. Just pull back the mandates. But no. Comrade DeBlasio and his ilk are digging in, and the problem has gotten so bad that New York City is begging for volunteer firefighters to help the city.
They’re also requesting mutual aid from other parts of the state for first-responders. It is a crisis of their own making, and I would be interested to know if the vaccine mandate applies to the first responders that they’re requesting assistance from.
Now that the first responders have refused to comply, the government has two choices, they either postpone the mandate, which would effectively kill the mandate and the overlords would look weak. It would actually show who really has the power. Or they can stand firm and allow the city to turn into an even worse cesspool than it already is.
But again, this clearly shows how these officials have little regard for ordinary people. The hard-working men and women of America. It’s not about protecting the public. It’s that they want obedience and compliance. Just think of all decrees these people put in place, and how many times the petty tyrants were caught violating their own decrees. It tells you everything you need to know.
Illegal Immigrants Deemed More Important Than American Citizens
Then we have the ultimate sign of disrespect for the people these officials have taken an oath to serve. It is a blatant slap in the face to every single American. We continue to see this push where the officials deem those illegally migrating to the United States more important than the American people.
Now before the left starts screaming xenophobia, bigot, racist, white supremacy, or that White America doesn’t want brown people in the country, this has nothing to do with legal immigration, which may need to be reformed, but most Americans don’t have a problem with legal immigration. This has nothing to do with not having a heart and not wanting to take in those less fortunate.
I already proved how we essentially don’t have a border, and how many of these people will go to already struggling communities and create more problems.
But this latest move is absolutely disgusting and whatever bums are suggesting this, need to resign immediately.
Late last week, reports surfaced that the government is trying to reach a settlement with illegal immigrants where individuals can receive up to $450,000, and families can receive up to a $1-million if they were separated from their families at the border.
I mean, damn. If I knew that was the case, I would have tried to sneak in with my two children. I can use some money. But on a serious note, this is a spit in the face to every American.
Apparently, if we enforce our own laws passed by Congress, and laid out in the Flores Agreement, we are now going to be paying out billions of dollars to those who violated our sovereignty and came to the country illegally. This is truly astonishing.
And here’s the kicker, if you’ve been a victim of illegal immigration. If a family member was killed by someone who illegally entered the country 3, 4, 5, times, you have no recourse. You can’t sue the government because of the idea of sovereign immunity. Yet now we have the government bending over backward to give away taxpayer dollars.

The warnings were there, and many ignored those warnings, and now we see the results. Many in the Democrat party have made the political calculation that it’s more important to cater to potential future voters than current American citizens.
It’s actually disgraceful, and as I said, it’s not about being cruel or heartless. It’s about common sense. You can’t just have unending surges of people coming across the border. It’s not as simple as some want to make it out to be, and there are so many unintended consequences of what we’re witnessing.
It isn’t rocket science. When you have entire family units and single parents coming over with their children, those children need to be supported. So we already send them to vulnerable communities already collapsing where the resources are limited, and it takes away from other vulnerable Americans.
It’s why I advocate that anyone who crosses the border gets placed in the wealthy elite communities. We all know the problem would be solved overnight because these people are the biggest hypocrites out there. This should be part of the Republican platform.
We also know that the enormous number of people coming to the United States also suppresses the wages of the most vulnerable populations, and it shows that the public servants have zero regards for communities they claim to care about.
I mean, just think about many in the Black communities that advocate reparations because of slavery and segregation. Think about how insulting this is. Every two or four years, Democrats will go into the Black communities, claim how they are fighting for these communities and represent them, and once the election is over, these same people disappear. If you are one of those people who advocate for reparations, they pay you lip service. Yet, if you’re an illegal immigrant, you are going to get paid hundreds of thousands of dollars because our government enforced laws passed by Congress and ruled by the courts.
Now, I don’t support reparations at all. I think it’s a horrible idea and provides no benefit whatsoever, but I do believe those who do advocate for reparations need to open their eyes to see how phony many of these officials are.
If you’re a veteran, you should be outraged. You sacrificed so much, yet many of the needs of our veterans go completely ignored. Some have had life-changing injuries, and what do you get?
Think about how many single parents are struggling. Trying to make it week to week. Working two jobs and still find the time to raise their children the right way. They should be outraged.
Look at the tent cities popping up in every major urban area. Perhaps we should do something about that before we give illegal immigrants $450,000 to $1-million a pop.

Closing
But it’s things like this that are serving as a catalyst to get people more engaged and get these bums out of office.
People are angry and they have every right to be. Maybe we needed this wake-up call.
The public servants have revealed themselves for the petty tyrants they really are, and these public servants smear the good names of those public servants who are doing the right thing. The good ones who actually care about the people they’ve sworn to serve.
The left has completely hijacked nearly all institutions of our government, and it will take work to right the wrongs we are currently witnessing.
But it begins now. It will be interesting to see how the elections play out to see what the sentiments are within the country, and the results aren’t in as of this recording, but I want to remind everyone, it’s not just about going out and voting.
