President Biden Has Given Us Global Instability and a Weaker America
Although crazed MSNBC hosts and the mainstream media paint an optimistic picture of America under this incompetent administration, the truth is plain to see. Nearly every metric from the economy to global stability is worse than it was under President Trump – a fact that even those who lean left can no longer deny.
Last week, Iran did something it had never done before. It launched a direct attack on Israel, our closest ally in the Middle East. Usually, if Iran, the largest state sponsor of terror, wanted to lash out, it would use proxy terror groups like Hezbollah and Hamas to carry out their dirty work. They do this to avoid official involvement and therefore, any direct repercussions, particularly from Israel’s friend – the strong and mighty America.
This ruse is no longer necessary. Too many Americans do not understand the importance of showing and displaying American might. My generation (Generation X) and those younger have generally lived through easy times. Yes, there was the Gulf War in the 90s and the unspeakable tragedy of 9/11, but I’m referring to times when the entire populace had their lives upended, when comfort and complacency were simply not an option, and all Americans had to sacrifice. We are unlike earlier generations that understood grit because they started working full-time at the ages of 9, 10, or 11 years old. We are not from a generation that understood what it meant to go to bed hungry during the great depression. A generation where every American had to sacrifice when we entered World War II, whether it was the young men going overseas to fight on the battlefields or the women who labored in factories and shipyards for long hours while still raising their children.
Modern Western Civilization has had it so easy that we are unable to fathom what a world without a strong America would be like. We’ve taken our comfortable lives for granted and go about our daily routines with a sense of entitlement as many of us now view luxuries as necessities, including smartphones, air conditioning, Netflix, and much more. This is not to diminish anyone who faces personal problems, but as a country we have grown soft, leading to our current government’s biggest concern being the military using an individual’s appropriate pronouns. God forbid we misgender someone in the workplace – we could lose our jobs. An image of Nero playing the fiddle as Rome burns comes to mind.
Do you remember when President Trump was running for office, and the media screamed that he would start World War III, the skies would fall and every imaginable catastrophe would occur? What a load of garbage. What did happen? Well, people of all races, creeds, colors, and nationalities were better off economically and the world was extremely stable. Trump was the only modern president to not become involved in a new war, a fact that irritated the military-industrial complex – there’s a lot of money to be made for a select few during wartime.
Volatile countries treaded carefully, not knowing how Trump would retaliate if they got out of line. In fact, the only commotion came from those on the far left, who provably fabricated stories about collusion with Russia, creating a constant news cycle of false accusations and chaos. Then came the dreaded COVID virus, and I say dreaded not because of its inherent dangers, but because of the Western World’s irrational and harmful response to it, accelerated under the Biden Administration.
Global Instability
From inflation and the endless stream of illegal immigrants crossing the southern border to global instability, it is infuriating to watch how quickly one administration can steer the best country to ever exist to a steep decline. Ukraine and Russia are still at war, with Ukraine losing, despite the billions of tax dollars in weapons and aid from the United States. Bad actors in the Middle East are emboldened under this feckless administration and China has grown much more aggressive, threatening Taiwan, the Philippines, and the shipping lanes in the Pacific.
As with any catastrophic situation, there is always hope. The longer we allow the mental patients to run the show, the harder it will be to pull ourselves out of this mess. The election can’t come soon enough. I hope that people can cast aside their emotions and vote for the person who will restore American strength and resilience.
