Welcome everyone to another episode of The PAS Report Podcast.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and enjoyed the holiday weekend spending some time with family and friends. You know, we are witnessing something remarkable in the United States. Whether anyone wants to acknowledge it or not, we are in an ideological battle for the soul of the nation. As State governments continue to usurp our freedom by restricting our ability to exercise God-given liberties, we are also witnessing the complete denigration of our history, our heroes, and our institutions.

This battle started at the turn of the 21^st century, but it kicked into high gear about a decade ago. Unfortunately, too many have remained silent as we are witnessing an all-out assault on American ideals and values. There are those that want to destroy the American political philosophy all in the name of acquiring power.

Someone that has highlighted this in their work is Professor Richard Salsman, and he’s going to be joining me today. Professor Salsman teaches Political Economy at Duke University. He’s also President of InterMarket Forecasting, Inc., and a Senior fellow at the American Institute for Economic Research. He is the author of numerous articles and books.
