The death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has sent shockwaves across the United States and it has totally upended the 2020 presidential race. The immediate question to emerge is will President Trump nominate someone and the Republican party quickly move to confirm that individual or will this seat go unfilled and let the voters decide. For some, it’s a black and white issue. If you are a Republican or Conservative, you say nominate and confirm. If you are Democrat or progressive, you say wait until the election. However, like everything in politics, many seek to oversimplify the issue and fail to provide an analysis of all potential outcomes. Between the coronavirus, the death of George Floyd, the ensuing protests turning into riots, and surging violence in the inner cities, and now, the passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, there’s a lot at stake.

Nicholas explains the decline in education levels that he has observed over the past 15 years. They discuss what the factors are causing this decline and how it can be fixed.

They continue by talking about the Democrats’ impeachment inquiry and why it is happening solely for political reasons. Chuck and Mark get Nicholas’s opinion on the whole situation and why he believes that President Trump wants the impeachment to go to a vote.

To some, abolishing the Electoral College and adding seats to the Supreme Court is not enough. Some have begun raising questions about the potential to reform the U.S. Senate. The notion of reforming the Senate would be laughable if it was not for the dangers of such talk.

Those that wish to reform the Senate make the argument that the Senate is an undemocratic institution. They believe it is unfair that each state has equal representation regardless of population. They are correct on both points, but they are either ignorant, intellectually dishonest, or are flat out deceiving the American people.
