Indicting and arresting a former president for political purposes will have significant consequences and risks. The Democrats and their Soros-backed DA, Alvin Bragg, have created a perception of political persecution and thoroughly undermining the rule of law. Remember, the rule of law is a fundamental principle of any free society, and without it, societies can and will crumble.

Political prosecutions will only serve to fuel social and political unrest and erode public trust in institutions, but maybe that’s the point, and I will explain that in a few minutes because I am making a charged accusation.

But on the whole, the looming Trump indictment and arrest have serious consequences and dangers, especially for the people, the country, and the international community. And yes, it does damage our international reputation as a country.

The decision to arrest a former president or any individual should be based on evidence and legal grounds, rather than political motivations. The justice system should be independent, impartial, and free from political influence to ensure fairness and accountability.

How many of you out there can say that you believe this arrest is based on evidence? Let’s be honest, there are some cheering this on, and it’s emotions driving this arrest, not evidence.

We have to recognize that it is crucial to distinguish between political disagreements and criminal behavior. Campaign violations or personal scandals may be relevant in political debates, but they do not necessarily constitute criminal offenses. Any legal action taken against a former president should be based on evidence of actual wrongdoing, such as corruption, abuse of power, or obstruction of justice, among others.

There are so many questions and we continue to see a multi-tiered justice system. One for the wealthy privileged elite, and another for the middle class and the poor. One for those who hold what they deem as the correct ideological beliefs, and another system for those they deem as deplorables and threats to democracy.

The continued weaponization of our institutions are changing this country, and not in a good way. Only when enough damage is inflicted by both sides, maybe then people will come to their senses. But from where I’m standing the arrest of Trump is short-sided, and it wasn’t well-thought-out.

Understand that the arrest of a former president will have significant implications for our political system. It should not be used for political purposes or as a means of revenge. It should be based on legal principles and evidence, and ensure due process and fair treatment for all individuals involved.
