President Trump is moving at a fast and furious pace to implement his agenda, and the attempt to reestablish America as the dominant power. He has been in office for about 10 days, and he’s already worked more than former President Biden did in all four years of his administration.
But more importantly, we are already starting to see results in some areas. President Trump has issued a number of Executive Orders the impact every aspect of governing, from immigration and the border, to DEI, to foreign aid. In this episode, I will explain some of the more consequential executive orders, and I will also talk about the more controversial executive orders that will no doubt be challenged in the courts.
When it comes to executive orders, I am not the biggest fan. Let’s face it, if you have a President that can govern through the use of executive authority then what’s the point of Congress? Executive orders were never supposed to change, modify, terminate, or create law. That’s Congress’s job, and we do have a system of checks and balances.
Now, while some are criticizing President Trump’s use of executive authority, remember, these are the same people that had no problem when President Obama or President Biden used executive orders that many felt violated this system of checks and balances.
Another reason that I don’t like executive orders is that as easy as it is for one administration to push executive orders through, well, the next administration can just as easily undo those orders as we are currently witnessing. Take the Stay in Mexico policy. This was a good executive order that implemented some level of control over our southern border.
And then when President Biden assumed office, one of his first actions was to undo the Stay in Mexico policy, and he opened the floodgates to push the open border agenda which has had a catastrophic impact on our country and our society.
When President Trump was inaugurated last week, one of his first actions, among many, was to reinstitute the Stay in Mexico policy and get control of the border.
This is why I like legislation better. Had Trump pushed Congress to pass a Stay in Mexico law, it would have tied the Biden administration’s hand, and made it much more challenging for him to implement his open border policies.
That’s why I would encourage the President to push some of these orders through Congress and try to get them codified into law. Not only would this make America stronger, but it would make it more difficult for any leftist president to reverse these policies with the stroke of a pen.
Legislation ensures stability and continuity, preventing the constant back-and-forth that comes with executive orders being issued and rescinded by successive administrations. By working with Congress, President Trump can solidify these policies, strengthen the rule of law, and create a lasting impact that benefits the American people.
When it comes to President Trump’s executive orders, some of the orders are symbolic with little impact. Others tackle administrative policy which is completely within the constitutional boundaries of executive authority, and then there are those that directly challenge law or the Constitution, like his birthright citizenship executive order that has already been blocked by a federal judge.
Opponents argue that birthright citizenship is guaranteed under the 14th Amendment. They point to the language contained in the Amendment- “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
Proponents argue that this was never the intention of the 14th Amendment and that foreign nationals have abused it. They argue that this Amendment was specifically for former slaves following the Civil War and the Emancipation Proclamation to prevent Southern States from denying citizenship rights to Black Americans.
I have little doubt that this case will make it up to the Supreme Court, and it will be interesting to see how the Supreme Court rules. I tend to think that this executive order will be ruled unconstitutional, but at least it begins the conversation over the idea of birthright citizenship.
Also, perhaps Congress can begin to debate the question of birthright citizenship and even propose a constitutional amendment that clarifies the real intent of the 14th Amendment.
In any event, in this episode, I want to talk about some of the most impactful executive actions and orders President Trump has issued, how they are shaping the policy landscape, and what they mean for America, and I will start off with Colombia because I think that represents how things have changed.

Colombia and How AOC Accepts Criminal Illegal Aliens in Return for Cheap Coffee
Welcome back to The P.A.S. Report Podcast. So the other day was extraordinary. We have to talk about the whole incident with Colombia. Obviously, the deportations have started. You finally have a government that is being responsive, and understand, we are talking about criminal illegal aliens and those that have already been ordered to be removed from the United States.
The left is apoplectic. They are screaming how this is inhumane. They keep insisting that with the deportations, crops will go unpicked, homes uncleaned, tables not being bussed, and lawns not being mowed. See, this is the mindset of those on the left.
First of all, we are talking mostly about criminal illegal immigrants. How many of these criminals are working the farms? My guess is zero.
But more broadly speaking, when it comes to immigrants in general, it seems as though the left believes that their only purpose is to serve them and that’s all these people are good for. They hold quite a low opinion of them, and when they accuse everyone else as racist, understand, that these are pretentious people who subconsciously push every stereotype, but will quickly lecture you about your inherent racism.
Anyway, getting back to Colombia. Over the weekend Colombia rejected a planeload of criminal illegal aliens that we sent back to Colombia for repatriation. President Trump told Colombia that if they don’t accept their own citizens, we will slap on 25% tariffs, and the tariffs can go as high as 50%.
Immediately, the left started screaming about how the price of coffee was going to increase as a result of the tariffs. Think about that for a second.
Take AOC. She wrote on X, “To “punish” Colombia, Trump is about to make every American pay even more for coffee. Remember: WE pay the tariffs, not Colombia. Trump is all about making inflation WORSE for working-class Americans, not better. He’s lining the pockets of himself and the billionaire class.”
I want to remind everyone that these are criminal illegal aliens that people like Congresswoman AOC would rather remain in the United States so they can have a cheaper cup of coffee. They don’t care about the brutal crimes these people committed. They don’t care about the victims of those crimes. We are talking about theft, assaults, drug trafficking, human trafficking, rape, pedophilia, and even murder. But AOC isn’t worried about that. Instead, she cares more about the price of coffee. Again, it just shows the mindset of those on the left.
In any event, the Colombian President initially tried to go toe to toe with President Trump, and he announced that they would tariff American products. He released a long diatribe in a statement, basically, lecturing America on what our immigration policy should be.
About an hour later, Colombia capitulated and accepted its citizens to be repatriated back to Colombia, and that’s the key. So, not only do people like Congresswoman AOC care more about the price of coffee, they also show how little they know about geopolitics and power on the world stage.
President Trump understands American leadership. He understands that we have far more leverage, and we can use that leverage to advance our policy interests, and this incident relates to his America First Policy Directive To The Secretary Of State and the Reevaluating And Realigning United States Foreign Aid executive order that he issued where our foreign policy must be based on core American interests, and put the country and the people first as opposed to what we have been witnessing over the last several administrations.
If you go back to any of the four previous administrations…Biden, Obama, W. Bush, Clinton…the second Colombia refused to accept their own citizens, those administrations would have backed down immediately.
Not only would they have backed down, but they would also have issued weak statements, and the bureaucrats behind the scenes would have told the president that there is nothing we can do about it. In fact, they would have recommended that we spend more foreign aid and send more of your tax dollars to Colombia so the Colombia can prevent people from making their way to the United States, and I am using quotes around the word prevent, because over the years, we have provided billions to countries in Central and South America to stop the flow of migrants as if that’s worked so well.
The truth is, they would have allowed Colombia to dictate terms, leaving the American people to bear the burden of harboring criminal illegal aliens. President Trump, however, demonstrated that strong leadership and a willingness to use America’s economic power can achieve results that prioritize the safety and interests of American citizens.
The reason this is important is because it sets the tone for the next four years that America is no longer just going to roll over. That we are the dominant power, and we are going to act as such.
This incident is a clear message to the world that the United States will no longer allow foreign nations to dictate terms or take advantage of our generosity. President Trump’s decisive actions show that we are reclaiming our sovereignty and putting the interests of the American people first.
And to understand this, I’m going to dive into some of the other executive actions and orders that the Trump administration has issued – ones that are already making waves domestically and internationally. Don’t go anywhere because we will be right back.

Executive Orders and Their Implications
Welcome back to The P.A.S. Report Podcast. When it comes to executive authority, President Trump has wasted no time. One of the first executive orders was enforcing the Hyde Amendment that was passed by Congress and officially bans federal funding for abortions. The fact that previous administrations, especially the Biden administration, circumvented Congress and disregarded this commonsense policy. By reinstating the enforcement of the Hyde Amendment, President Trump is not only adhering to the law but also signaling a commitment to respecting Congressional authority and the separation of powers.
Another executive order, and one that is very important, deals with AI, and also is bringing in a $500 billion dollar investment from the private sector to invest in our AI infrastructure. The Removing Barriers to American Leadership in Artificial Intelligence EO will allow the United States to streamline regulations, foster innovation, and maintain its competitive edge in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. It reduces the red tape in an effort to remain at the forefront of AI development. Remember, this is a national security issue as whoever leads in AI and quantum computing will become the global power of the 21st century. Of course, in the end it won’t matter because ultimately the robots will enslave and kill us all, but for the time being, this allows for greater investment in American jobs and innovation.
Another EO that too me is so important is the declassification and release of all information pertaining to the assassination of JFK, RFK, and Martin Luther King Jr. Not only is this EO fascinating to me, but it is really important for the American people to know the truth and have transparency. Let’s be honest, if these were open and shut cases, why have the records been sealed for 60 years? If it was really just Lee Harvey Oswald taking out Kennedy, why such secrecy? That to me is the biggest thing. Listen, I am not going to go down all the rabbit holes, but the only reasons to keep the files hidden from the public is because either certain agencies played a role in the assassination, failed in their duties to prevent such assassinations, or failed to properly investigate what really happened. It’s either one or a combination of those things. If a government agency was involved, they don’t get to shield themselves from culpability. If it was just based on incompetence, again, the government shouldn’t keep information to cover up its incompetence. Release the information and let the chips fall where they may.
Another executive order is in regard to Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism And Restoring Biological Truth To The Federal Government with the recognition that there are only two genders and biological males shouldn’t be able to compete in women sports. Just as important is that federal funds, your tax dollars, cannot be used to promote gender ideology. This is something over 80% of Americans agree with, and let’s be honest, this shouldn’t even be an issue. The fact that President Trump had to issue an executive order reflects the sad state of our culture that we even tolerated this nonsense for this long.
Then you have several executive orders that put an end to the ponzi scheme of our tax dollars going to green energy initiatives that haven’t been successful, and for America to develop to unleash our energy capabilities. I don’t need to go into depth about this, but it’s an all of the above energy approach, oil, gas, nuclear, and green energy when it makes sense.
There are a bunch of other executive orders, but I can’t go into detail about every single one. However, I do want to talk about the two most impactful executive orders, and I will break it down after this quick break. So hang tight, and we will be right back.

Addressing DEI in Government and Confronting Drug Cartels
Welcome back to The P.A.S. Report Podcast. I do want to get to two extremely important executive orders. The first are a series of executive orders that deal with DEI. President Trump signed a few orders that ban DEI from government departments and agencies, and prevent the use of our tax dollars flowing to DEI initiatives, and thank goodness.
It is about time that we rid ourselves from this toxic ideology that has served as a cancer in our society. The fact is that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, is neither diverse or inclusive. It fosters division, and lumps people into groups based on grievances. It promotes tribalism, pitting groups against each other.
Most importantly, there has not been a single study that shows any type of measurable improvement in outcomes. By prioritizing identity over qualifications, DEI undermines and erodes the foundations of a merit-based society. It has infiltrated nearly every institution, from education to the workplace, creating a culture where individuals are judged not by their skills or character but by arbitrary characteristics like race or gender.
President Trump’s executive orders send a strong message that federal resources should not be wasted on initiatives that divide us or lower standards. Instead, the focus should be on equal opportunity, empowering individuals to succeed based on their abilities and efforts, and achieving the objectives set forth in an agency’s mission. This marks a critical step toward restoring common sense and fairness in our government and society.
As of last Wednesday, all DEI offices were shutdown, and DEI staff were placed on leave. Some will be reassigned and some will be laid off, but the days of DEI being the cornerstone in every department and agency are over. So too is the endless gravy train of tax dollars flowing to DEI initiatives throughout the country. Going forward, your tax dollars are prohibited from promoting the toxic DEI agenda.
Another very important executive order was the designation of drug cartels, the Mexican drug cartels as terrorist organizations. And I spoke with George Hill about this a few weeks ago. So I have the link up in the show notes. You can check it out. It was a fantastic episode. George Hill is a former FBI supervisory intelligence analyst, and he understands how the cartels operate. I mean, he’s done an enormous amount of intelligence work when it comes to these cartels. And
This is long overdue because unfortunately due to failed American policies, we have allowed the cartels to grow stronger. We have allowed the cartels to build up their capabilities, and their resources. We have allowed and empowered the cartels to make billions upon billions of dollars. Their human trafficking portfolio used to be about $300 million. Under the Biden administration, it’s ballooned up to $3 billion.
And where there’s money, there is power. Understand, these cartels are extraordinarily capable. They have military-grade weaponry. They have training. They hire mercenaries. And this, while it is a necessary executive order, in my opinion, it does have consequences. Things are going to get ugly. And we have to be ready for that. We have to begin to change our mindset. We already started to see skirmishes between the cartels. Our border patrol getting into a gunfight. Now, no one was killed in this gunfight. But these cartels are extraordinarily dangerous and they’re not going to sit there and accept the fact that they’re going to lose billions of dollars. Okay, so we as Americans have to have our mindset prepared that we are going to see some incidents along the border.
We are going to see incidents of cartel violence in American communities. We are going to see the targeting of law enforcement officials, government officials, and even maybe judges. And we have to be prepared for that. Not only do we have to be prepared, we have to remain steadfast. We can no longer allow these cartels to operate with impunity. We have to start to defang them. And it’s not an easy thing to do because they’ve been ignored for so long.
And we have to put pressure on countries like Mexico that has really done nothing. You have the Mexican government where numerous legislators or bureaucrats are afraid. They live in fear of these cartels because of the power the cartels have. And then you have tons of officials on the cartel payroll. If Mexico is not going to play ball, there needs to be economic consequences against them.
We cannot allow this anymore. The reality is, given Mexico’s resources, Mexico should be one of the wealthiest countries in the world, but for the last 150 years corruption has destroyed that country. It’s kept that country in a dire state and the Mexican people shouldn’t be accepting this. It’s completely ridiculous. Mexico has great agricultural lands.
They have industrial capabilities and natural resources, such as oil and natural gas. The fact that you have these cartels that control, estimates differ. The CIA estimates that about 35 % of Mexican territory is controlled by the cartels. Other intel agencies say, “No, that number is actually a lot higher. It’s about 40 to 50%.” And then the Mexican cartels are contesting another 10 % of Mexican territory for control.

We cannot have our cartels controlling territory like this. So we have to take a stand. And with Trump’s executive order, we begin to do that. Now, not everything is going to go perfectly, obviously, in any administration. I’m not going to agree with every policy. But this administration has been off to an extraordinarily fast start. And I think it has to do with the former president having four years to plan it out of what he wants to do.
This time it seems that the Trump administration is much more organized. They know what they want to do. They have everything ready to go and they’re going to work at a fast and furious pace.
