The extremism festering on college campuses is a growing national disgrace. While I firmly support anyone’s right to free speech and protest, regardless of their views, the line is crossed when those actions result in threats, harassment, and assault. When they impede other people’s freedoms, such as the freedom of movement, the right to attend in-person classes, or participate in graduation ceremonies, the protest is over. When they begin vandalizing, destroying property, and taking over buildings. When they hold people against their will. These are criminal acts and need to be prosecuted as such.
These spoiled, entitled brats should have to live under Hamas rule for two months. I will guarantee they will have a newfound appreciation for the United States.
It’s very frustrating to watch feckless college administrators, like those at Columbia, capitulating to the demands of the mob for so long. Sorry, but the mob of self-righteous brats shouldn’t be the ones running the campus. It is pathetic to see the lack of leadership. Why are they even negotiating with the mob?
It’s even worse that you now have some schools like USC deprive students – many of whom have already missed out on traditional high school graduations due to the pandemic – of their chance to celebrate this significant milestone as they cancel graduations. This disregard for both our country and their fellow peers is evident and marks a selfish and inconsiderate mindset among these extremists.
And I want to congratulate these mindless bots who are wreaking havoc. You now have Hamas and other terrorist organizations around the world, as well as countries like Iran supporting, endorsing, and praising, the hostile takeovers of college campuses. Think about that. These idiots don’t even take a minute to reflect on who is applauding their actions, and they are clueless about the realities of the world and the consequences of their actions.
Remember, these are the idiots that are chanting ‘Long Live Hamas,’ ‘Death to America,’ and calling for October 7 ‘10,000 more times.’ You have the one multi-cultural country in this region being attacked by the privileged elite who get to live in their little bubbles insulated from the horrors of the world.
However, this problem will only get worse as we head into the summer of 2024. There’s an undeniable sense of déjà vu in the air, reminiscent of the summer of 2020. Remember, when the summer of 2020 was declared the summer of love and marked by fiery but peaceful protests?
Fast forward to the present day, and the echoes of 2020 reverberate with an eerie familiarity. The rise of extremism on college campuses, the erosion of traditional American values, and the polarization of our politics – all serve as stark reminders of the challenges we continue to face as a society.
Unfortunately, it will get worse. The summer of 2024 will not only echo the chaos of 2020, it will intensify. From the rise of extremism on college campuses to the erosion of traditional American values, there are alarming signs all around us and too many are ignoring these warning signs.
But I will break it down after a quick break. So hang tight, and we’ll be right back.
