Intro
Welcome to The P.A.S. Report Podcast you measly peasants. The overlords have spoken, and The P.A.S. Report Podcast will broadcast only compliant approved messaging by our newly created Ministry of Truth. Disobedience from the undesirables within society will not be tolerated.
What a joke these fools are. The fact is that I will never conform to government-approved messaging. I will not censor myself, and I will not recognize the Disinformation Governance Board as a legitimate authority because it’s not.
Throughout the last few years, we’ve seen extraordinary changes in our society and our way of life. The American political philosophy of liberty and freedom, concepts we used to value, are beginning to look like concepts of the past.
We’ve seen this extraordinary effort to diminish these all-important concepts, and over the last few years, there has been an obvious push toward the authoritarian state all disguised in the name of safety and security.
We are now seeing the buildout continue. Last week, the Biden administration has announced the creation of the Disinformation Governance Board housed in the Department of Homeland Security.
This amounts to nothing more than a 21st-century Ministry of Truth and an extraordinary effort to control freedom of speech and freedom of thought.
The Biden administration said that this new Ministry of Truth will combat the problem of disinformation and misinformation, but we all know what the real intent is.
However, no one should be surprised, at least my audience shouldn’t be surprised. I have warned about this in numerous episodes since the start of The P.A.S. Report Podcast. Also, I am one of the few, it seems sometimes like the only one, who warned about this when the Biden administration released the National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism. I did probably around six episodes exposing what the National Strategy is really about.
In this episode, I am going to discuss how the National Strategy, the new Ministry of Truth, Critical Race Theory (CRT), and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs all intersect with each other.
Every American should be aware of what’s happening, and I encourage you to share this episode with family, friends, concerned citizens, and every parent because if we don’t put a stop to this nonsense now, this will be the America our children are raised in, and it will become normalized.
That’s probably the most dangerous aspect of this. While to us these developments are frightening and certainly authoritarian, they want to normalize the state and the government as the all-powerful authority going forward so that the kids today will have no knowledge or understanding of what real liberty and freedom look like.

1984 Is Here
We are not headed toward 1984, we are witnessing the beginning stages of 1984, and we have been witnessing this over the last two decades as more and more power and authority has gotten transferred from the people to the government apparatus.
Initially, the PATRIOT Act was supposed to target foreign terror organizations, but we are now witnessing these tools be used on ordinary Americans. Making it far worse than they want to admit, the surveillance state powers are all-encompassing, and it appears that we are using more tools against the American people than we are on foreign terrorist organizations.
We have deviated far from the original intent of the PATRIOT Act, and it’s why, as a conservative, I never liked this piece of legislation. Throughout history, governments have abused their power. It’s a constant. To think that these capabilities wouldn’t expand and begin to target Americans would be illogical, but that’s exactly what happened.
Many Americans, including those who should know better, had their heads buried in the sand over the last two decades giving the government the ability to expand the surveillance state. Sure, some spoke out and were warning about this, but most ignored the threat as both Democrats and Republicans in office applauded and encouraged this effort.
Throughout the last decade, this extraordinary national security apparatus was revealed for what it was, and the abuses of power were exposed. From Glenn Greenwald uncovering the NSA Prism program to the CIA spying on sitting members of the United States Senate Intelligence Committee to the FBI’s attempted takedown of a duly-elected President with the whole Russiagate scandal and so there are so many more examples, but you get the point, so I won’t get into the weeds.
The scary part is that even after all the abuses have been exposed, you would think people would begin to wake up. You would think that our policymakers would admit that they made a mistake granting these extraordinary powers to the national security apparatus, and they will use their Congressional power of oversight.
I mean for years, Democrats preached against a strong national security apparatus warning about the dangers, and Republicans warned about big government, yet even after witnessing these abuses, some targeting them, they still want to expand the all-powerful State.
It kind of tells you everything you need to know and clearly shows that there’s not much distance between Democrats and Republicans. Scary stuff.
The Ministry of Truth & the National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism
Getting to the Biden administration’s Disinformation Governance Board, which is nothing more than a Ministry of Truth, and that’s how I will refer to it throughout this episode.
So, getting to the Department of Homeland Security’s Ministry of Truth, many are trying to make a connection between the Ministry of Truth and Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter. However, that’s incorrect. This Ministry of Truth began started to be developed over a year ago, and I warned about this.
The Biden administration released the National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism in June of 2021. This means that the Biden administration began developing this strategy on day one of his becoming President.
Understand, that it takes time to build out the framework, go through all the reviews, get the feedback, make revisions, and then get the final approvals from the President to release this document. I warned about this document in several episodes. I went on Tucker Carlson Tonight and Steve Malzberg’s show warning about what the Biden administration intends to do, and how this strategy can easily be manipulated and abused to target political opposition.
And where were all the other so-called Conservatives? Where were all the Republicans, especially those in office? They’ve been largely silent. While some conservative commentators brought up and warned about the National Strategy and stayed on top of it, it was mostly ignored, and many of our Republican officeholders have been silent and are completely useless with the exception of the likes of Congressman Jim Jordan, Senator’s Ron Johnson and Rand Paul, and a few others.
Before I get to how the National Strategy was the impetus behind the Ministry of Truth, we still aren’t exactly clear as to what this Ministry of Truth will do. Nor is it clear under what statutory authority justifies this truth commission. It would be nice if we had a press that would ask that question, but instead, the media industrial complex serves as nothing more than political activists and cheerlead this effort.
There is a complete lack of regard for the First Amendment or the concept of Freedom of Speech. Just listen to all these morons over the past two weeks complaining about Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter as they openly say that to preserve democracy and ensure freedom of speech, we must control speech and censor people.
Sound Clip- Press Loses Their Minds Over Twitter
Do you think these idiots even realize what they are saying? They are always guilty of exactly what they accuse others of doing. They have some nerve talking about the potential suppression of information to sway an election. These are the same people who still don’t acknowledge that the Hunter Biden scandal implicates the entire Biden family. They still suppress this story, and the censorship of conservatives and anyone who deviates from accepted narratives has been out of control.
These people are insane, lack any sense of self-awareness, and certainly don’t think before they speak.

What Exactly Will the Ministry of Truth Be Tasked With
While this new Ministry doesn’t have any legal authority to arrest and prosecute what people say, at least not yet anyway, we have to wonder as to what this Ministry of Truth will actually do.
It’s not hard to see the real intent behind this effort, and for that, we go to the National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism.
The words disinformation and misinformation have now been solidified in the American political lexicon, and the National Strategy refers to this idea of disinformation and misinformation several times. When talking about those they deem domestic terrorists, on page 9, the National Strategy states, “And they can, in some instances, connect and intersect with conspiracy theories and other forms of disinformation and misinformation.”
On page 20, it states, “the Department of Homeland Security and others are either currently funding and implementing or planning evidence-based digital programming, including enhancing media literacy and critical thinking skills, as a mechanism for strengthening user resilience to disinformation and misinformation online for domestic audiences.”
That statement right here serves as the basis for the Ministry of Truth. What they’re really saying when they talk about a domestic audience is that you’re too dumb to figure things out for yourselves, and therefore, you need the government to tell you what’s true and what’s not.
On page 29, the National Strategy attempts to justify this new Ministry of Truth and says it’s necessary to enhance “faith in government and addressing the extreme polarization, fueled by a crisis of disinformation and misinformation often channeled through social media platforms, which can tear Americans apart and lead some to violence.”
The document goes on to say, “Enhancing faith in American democracy demands accelerating work to contend with an information environment that challenges healthy democratic discourse.” What they are really saying is that to maintain faith in democracy, the government must be the gatekeepers of information determining what’s true and what’s not.
How Do They Intend to Determine Disinformation?
So, how exactly do they intend to determine what’s misinformation and what’s disinformation? Easy, just look at page 10 of the National Strategy. On page 10, the National Strategy talks about the type of narratives that can lead someone to become a domestic violent extremist.
Throughout the document, you’ll see references to anti-government and anti-authority sentiment, and those that express these sentiments can lead to incitement and radicalization. Basically, anyone who criticizes the government can be tagged with incitement and labeled as a domestic terrorist.
And we don’t need to look far to see what types of examples they use because, on page 9, the document talks about opposition to “legislative, regulatory, or other actions taken by the government.” On page 10, examples are provided and include, “such as narratives of fraud in the recent general election, the emboldening impact of the violent breach of the U.S. Capitol, conditions related to the COVID–19 pandemic, and conspiracy theories promoting violence–will almost certainly spur some DVEs to try to engage in violence this year.”
Look at those issues, and it’s obvious it only goes one way politically. The document never mentions the misinformation and disinformation of the Russian collusion narrative. It never brings up the myth that police are hunting down young black men. A narrative that led to months of rioting and destruction in major cities throughout the United States. It never brought up the lies that were pushed to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story that former intelligence officials declared to be part of a Russian disinformation campaign. All lies, and just take a listen to DHS Secretary Mayorkas when he was asked about the Steele Dossier being declared as disinformation.
Sound Clip- Secretary Mayorkas Steele Dossier
So, when asked about the Steele Dossier, which was nothing more than complete fiction, this idiot said it’s not for him to opine even though his appearance was to discuss this new Ministry of Truth.
Then you look at who has been tasked to lead this new Ministry, Nina Jankowicz, who has herself spread disinformation, most notably the Russian collusion hoax and the Hunter Biden laptop scandal. She still hasn’t renounced her past statements regarding her contributions to the spread of disinformation, and this clearly illustrates how this new ministry is nothing more than an attempt to target political opponents.
And the first two pillars in the National Strategy describe exactly what the Ministry will do. In pillar 1, the document explains how the government intends to work with outside entities, creating a public-private partnership with different groups and businesses. While it doesn’t talk about specific groups, I have no doubt they will enlist groups like Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).
Beginning on page 19, pillar 2 explains how to prevent individuals from being drawn into the grip of domestic terrorism, the government must be proactive at “reducing both supply and demand of recruitment materials by limiting widespread availability online.” Will this new Ministry of Truth be the ones responsible for controlling the supply and demand of information online?
And how can they control information online without being able to control what people can and cannot say, and what they can and cannot see and hear? This is nothing more than widespread censorship.
The Goal of The Ministry of Truth
Understanding how they will do it is important, but even more important is to examine what they want to accomplish. Again, the National Strategy is our guide, and the obvious answer is that they seek to push a political agenda.
However, they want to push the agenda without political opposition. See, it’s not about debating ideas. They don’t like the debate because it’s very easy to poke holes in their arguments. What they seek to do is silence, censor, and marginalize their political opponents to push their radical agenda.
This is made crystal clear when you take a look at pillar 4 of the National Strategy where it talks about the factors that contribute to domestic terrorism, and the only way to solve it over the long-term is to ram through the far-left agenda. Just take a look at pages 27-29.
It calls for the implementation of strict gun control measures throughout the country. It talks about Congress providing financial relief to millions of Americans by empowering the government to create more government-run programs and services.
It also talks about critical race theory (CRT) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs. It doesn’t cite them by name, but the report states, “ensuring that Americans receive the type of civics education that promotes tolerance and respect for all and investing in policies and programs that foster civic engagement and inspire a shared commitment to American democracy, all the while acknowledging when racism and bigotry have meant that the country fell short of living up to its founding principles.”
Rather than emphasizing the progress we’ve made over the last 230+ years, they want to push this idea that we’ve never lived up to our founding principles and that America remains a racist and hateful place.
It also talks about the concept of equity specifically where it explains that advancing “equity for under-served communities” is essential to preventing their amorphous idea of domestic terrorism. It’s interesting when you read that because it sounds like they are saying domestic terrorism is done by minority communities, and they resort to domestic terrorism because they don’t have equity. Sounds pretty racist to me.
LOCKDOWN: The Socialist Plan to Take Your Freedom
CRT/DEI Are Part of the National Strategy and The Ministry of Truth
Understand this is the direct connection illustrating that it has nothing to do with disinformation and misinformation, it’s all about pushing radical policies designed to socially engineer society. Consider that pillar 4 explains the policies necessary to defeat the problems of domestic terrorism over the long term. If these are the necessary policies, then what happens when you oppose them? Wouldn’t opposition to these policies mean that you are supporting domestic terrorism?
That’s how dangerous it’s become. Pushing a radical agenda, not only on our society as a whole but to manipulate children in the process because we wouldn’t want them to grow up to be independent thinkers, right?
When it comes to CRT and DEI programs, these loons scream that these concepts are not being taught in classrooms, and it’s the radical right pushing this disinformation. In the very next breath, they accuse anyone who is opposed to CRT, DEI, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), or the variety of other names it goes by, as being racist. They’ll scream that you don’t want real American history being taught and you want to whitewash our history.
So, on one hand, they deny it’s being taught, on the other hand, they accuse any opposition of racism.
Now they have gone so far as to rebrand CRT. Some are now calling it Culturally Responsive Teaching. They say that this approach allows teachers to connect with the student’s culture, language, and life experiences.
This idea of culturally responsive teaching is ridiculous in and of itself, especially given how the leftists constantly generalize. They make it as if all Hispanics are the same, but a Chilean person is much different than a Mexican. A Cuban is different than an Argentinian. When it comes to African Americans, why do we assume a Nigerian is the same as a Somalian. A Botswanan is the same as a South African.
This idea of Culturally Responsive Teaching is insulting because what it does is make large-scale generalizations.
These ideas are also dangerous. The main purpose of a robust public education system is to bring us together as a society. To understand and value the importance of core American political philosophies. To get students to appreciate the United States and understand what it means to be a good citizen. And to get newly arrived people to assimilate into the new American culture.
The idea that we must base lesson plans on the color of a student’s skin, or their heritage is completely ridiculous. As I quite often argue, our national motto is E Pluribus Unum– One from many. Out of many, one.
How can our nation survive when many don’t even know the importance of citizenship and their civic obligations to the country? When you continually devalue the concept of citizenship, you just have a bunch of people on the same mass of land. And when you don’t know the importance of citizenship, you don’t care about contributing to a society you’re unfamiliar with.
Disinformation Being Pushed on Children
Also, these education programs are nothing more than disinformation themselves. Many schools throughout the country have incorporated elements of the 1619 Project, even though the 1619 Project has been thoroughly discredited including by historians who are to the left of the political spectrum.
The public education system has devalued the ability to think critically. It’s virtually nonexistent in today’s educational environment. No longer are students being taught to question everything. Instead, it’s a system based on obedience and compliance. It’s a system where, when it comes to issues, there’s a clear right and wrong. No gray areas for these people. Just simplistic thinking and a political agenda. Failure to adhere to the narratives will get you labeled.
And any parent who dares to speak up will be targeted under the National Strategy. Just think back to when the Department of Education reached out to the National School Boards Association and encouraged them to write a letter to the Department of Justice. With the Department of Education’s assistance, the letter requested that the Department of Justice begin to use the PATRIOT Act to investigate parents because parents were disgusted with what their children will learning and had the audacity to speak up about it.
I did an entire episode on this in October of 2021 in an episode titled- Are You a Domestic Terrorist? This was an extraordinary move by the Department of Justice which began threat tagging parents, and illustrates the dangers of the National Strategy. Again, while Conservatives, Republicans, and even some Democrats, expressed outrage at the DOJ school board memo, none of them connected it to the National Strategy which is completely ridiculous.
I also encourage everyone to read an article on Substack by Darian Burns. While he focuses on how Colorado is changing the standards for K-12 institutions, it reflects what many schools are facing throughout the country. I have a link up at The P.A.S. Report.
He lays out how we see at each stage the changes that are being made to socially engineer an entire generation. Introducing concepts like equity at the very start. Replacing the idea of the family with the concept that the community as the idea of the government and state become the responsible entity for raising the children. Remember what President Biden said last week, that when students are in the classroom, they belong to the teacher, not the parent.
Moving on to imbalance of power and introducing social concepts as early as second grade. In the following years, the curriculum doesn’t focus on civic obligations, but rather on political activism. Throughout the years, these concepts are reinforced. See, those pushing this poison in society believe that waiting until college to indoctrinate is too long and that you must get to these students when they’re young.
It’s all designed to control and manipulate minds and goes to the heart of what the National Strategy and the Ministry of Truth are all about. Ordinary Americans can no longer be trusted, and those in power must not tolerate insubordination.

Closing
I’ve used direct quotes. These are the words laid out in the National Strategy, and it lays out the roadmap for the enhancement of the all-powerful surveillance state.
When we talk about the idea of disinformation, think to yourself- throughout history, who have been the largest purveyors of disinformation and misinformation? The answer is simple. It’s government.
But Secretary Mayorkas says not to worry, the government will respect everyone’s rights and American citizens won’t have their speech monitored. Take a listen.
Sound Clip- Secretary Mayorkas Americans Won’t be Monitored
Yeah, okay. We were told don’t worry about the PATRIOT Act. It’s only going to be used against foreign terrorist organizations. If you’re not doing anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about. How well did that work out? Well, not well at all considering the NSA’s Prism program where they were little spying on every single American by capturing their data as the officials continually denied that American citizens weren’t being monitored.

So, excuse me if I don’t trust the government, a government where the senior-level bureaucrats have routinely abused their power. When you have these departments and agencies run by complete ideologues, it’s guaranteed that the Disinformation Governance Board will be politically weaponized.
Republicans in the House and Senate should announce that if they take the majority, they will withhold funding from DHS until the newly formed Ministry of Truth is disbanded & the National Strategy is rescinded as a policy. Any Republican that doesn’t call for that doesn’t deserve to get your support and they certainly don’t deserve to be in office.
This idea of a Ministry of Truth needs to be killed now, not once it’s fully implemented because once it’s implemented, it will be nearly impossible to dismantle. Think to yourself, how often do you see government programs go away?
And the Democrat’s stunning shortsightedness is mindboggling. Stay with me here. Who is the one responsible for the overall management of the Department of Homeland Security? Well, it falls under the purview of the President as the President serves as the Chief Executive. In 2024, what happens if a certain former President gets elected? Do you think the Democrats would support a Disinformation Governance Board controlled by former President Trump or any Republican for that matter?
Of course not. They would be apoplectic and would call for it to be immediately removed from the President’s authority. See, be careful what you wish for because the same political power grabs you applaud today because the people you support are in power are the same political tools the other side can use when they get into power. It’s shortsighted and dangerous.
I’m consistent about government power, and I don’t care who’s in charge. I don’t care if it’s Democrats or Republicans, both will abuse their power. It’s the beast that government is, and not a single one of us can predict who will be in power 10, 15, or 20-years from now. That’s what makes it so dangerous, and it’s why this idea of the Ministry of Truth needs to be destroyed before it’s fully operational.
