According to a newly released Department of Justice memo, Attorney General Merrick Garland, the domestic terrorist label can be applied to ordinary Americans who speak out against local school boards. While this memo may be shocking to some, this was largely predictable as America continues to become more authoritarian. In June, Professor Giordano warned about the Biden administration’s National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism, and it’s clear, the National Strategy is fully operational as the government is increasingly targeting those who express any form of dissent by labeling them as a domestic terrorist.
